Opened mail account ([protected]@ibibo.com) in ibibo in 2010 and that mail id i given in my fb account and some other websites.. And now my fb account got blocked and fb team send a mail to my ibibo mail to unlock my fb. But i am unable to open my ibibo mail ad also cant find the website where have to login for mail. So i request you to please help me to open my ibibo mail once.

On the night of 22nd July 2023 on the Goibibo mobile app I tried booking return flight tickets Kolkata to Vadodara but the transaction was shown to be unsuccessful, I tried the booking process twice through my Bajaj Finserv InstaEmi Card but the transaction failed both times( for the booking nos. GOFLDNTANDHPXSV11176 and GOFLDNTANDXH2FOJ8856. Later when I checked my Bajaj Finserv InstaEmi Card details it is shown that the amount of 31947.75...

goibibo no any consumer care for failed trasaction . no any email id for complaint .

We did flight bookings for Mumbai to Mauritius and return via Goibibo in Jul 2020. However due to covid we were unable to fly and Air mauritius/Goibibo has provided us credit voucher that we can use for future travels.
I have contacted Air Mauritius for next travel however I got to know that, the status of voucher has already changed by Goibibo to refunded. We have not received any kind of refund or communication from your side. br...

I made a booking but never received the tickets though the money got deducted from my account. I tried connecting with the customer support but the number always say we are available 9am to 12am midnight(7 days a week) but no one answers the call. Please help me procuring a refund of my transaction that I did on Goibibo to purchase a flight ticket using my Yes Bank Credit Card.

When I did the transaction on the goibibo app l early morning around 1 am on May 24th, the transaction did not go through but my credit card got charged for Rs. 1, 02, 356 . I got the status saying, wait for sometime...

I just made a booking for the date 23rd June 2023 after making the payments the date on the ticket was 21st July. The call center says they will have to check the technical problem. This is actual fraud, now they will ask me to pay extra and change the date.

I have booked train ticket from Thane to Miraj jn of 31 May in go confirm category in which I suppose to get 2x refund.

On 23rd May i have booked train ticket from Madgaon (Goa) to Yesvantpur (Bangalore) for 28th May and even till today the status is same as in the attachment i have added to this complaint. When i tried talking to customer care they said it's not our department and i have a call recording of the conversation too.

I was booking air ticket in the name of Rishabh Raj from Ranchi to Jaipur on 23.05.2023 for 07.06.2023 but ticket booking charge was deducted from my SBI bank account but could not redirected to goibibo site due to slow internet connection. I had complained SBI about the same. SBI says that the transaction was successfully processed from their end and I had to contact the merchant.
