i was open my mail account in ibibo.com in 2006-7. it also my fb account mail id. some how i lost phone and i am unable to open my ibibo mail for security key. so please send me your mail box link as soon as possible.....

I booked international flight ticket through Goibibo. Flight was cancelled by airline making it eligible for full refund. I made request to goibibo for refund which hasn't been processed till date. There is no direct way in IVR to connect with refund team. Even if you get connect, support team is unprofessional and doesn't provide correct status update. I have booked a bus ticket from Ahmedabad to Surat on 20th Dec for travel on 24th Dec. Ticket amount of Rs.609/= was deducted and the error was Transaction Failed & payment status awaited as per Goibibo portal.

There is no way to reach the customer care. Website provided "Email ID" is working as Automatic reply system, and the replyed email not having a Reference No. Airline was refunded the my cancelled ticket to ""Goibibo"". but from Goibibo I couldn't get the refund, and couldn't reach them.
It's like cheating the customer....

I booked 5 bus tickets from Kanpur to Agra on 24 Dec 2022 with Booking ID - GOBUS01C325DBAD. We had to cancel our tickets as the bus was preponed because of which we could not reach. The bus operator assured us of a full refund. While filing a complaint, it showed we would contact you within 5-7 working days. It has been more than 20 days but it is still showing " we are working on your complaint"....
