I have been having more than rs.20 balance in my idea prepaid number and i suddenly received a message that if i don't recharge my number, the outgoing services will be barred. I called the customer service and they are saying that it has been made mandatory to recharge atleast 35 rupees every 28 days for outgoing services and if not recharged for 90 days the sim will be deactivated. It's ridiculous that they are charging like a postpaid...

I bought a sim on 6th november, 2018. The idea executive said it will be activated within 4 hours. Today is 14th november, 2018 and yet the sim has not been activated. I have raised a complaint through email to idea and their response is not helping me. Number to activate: [protected]

They charge ₹300 for this kind of careless service. This is the service they provide. They take activation charges and do not activate the sim....

I recharged 29th October 99Rs for 28 day unlimited talk time after recharged i asked costomer care Representative of 29th October but he told me this is 28 day unlimited plan and suggested some technical issues. on 10th November 2018 CC Rep and Supervisor told me our pack validity only 12 day. and not properly guidance to costumer by Telephone company...

There is network busy in on my number for last 3 days. Please resolve the problem... Everytime i call there is netwrk bsy and i am also not able to receive the calls from any of my contacts... It is really badthat such a big company have such type of network errors.. Authorities should take strict action towards this or i have to change my operator for better results.....

I'm using idea for more than 2 years. I got a message saying my connection will be barred if not recharged but my account has rs 27 balance. When called to customer care they say this is idea's new policy. The recharges they suggest are only valid for just 1 month and after that even if i have sufficient balance i'm supposed to recharge otherwise connection will be barred. What kind of attitude is this. Please do something.

I had done an idea mobile recharge for rs 398. The amount has been deducted from my account, but the number never got recharged. I called up the customer care and they said the amount will be reverted in 3-5 days. But it's been three weeks since then and the amount has not been reverted back.

I did a recharge of 348 on my phone via your myidea app. The money was deducted but recharge was not received. The customer service is not helping me either. They keep on saying that the recharge was not done and are not looking to the transaction id. Check to this issue asap.

You dont have any shame in charging for your prehistoric technology in the name of 4g. I have been facing this issue for a long time. Either you stop calling it 4g or we will stop using your stone age service. We do have other bright options for selecting carriers here since jio came. Apart from that i am also considering sueing you for low speed internet in the name of 4g. Meanwhile the owner should honestly consider taking classed from...

And i noticed my phone had currency
Balance was consumed, i took a duplicate sim for my number on 1/11/18
And checked my balance was just 6 rs only
Around 50 rs of the balance was consumed so i need to know the call details so someone else has used my phone number so kindly provide the call records of my number and location details if my numbers imei number is changed...
