I have 6 idea pre paid connection and i wanted to add one more connection through port from other user, i have got the upc number so i went to idea gallary at margao near hari mandir in dalal commercial center, there i have interacted with the person named mr. Raj he told me that i have to make first recharge of minimum rs.425 and not below that and then the process will start and it will take atleast 7 working days...

Four days back one employee fromm idea @hyd called me and told about fancy numbers without any deposit.
And they shared some numbers through watsapp, I selected one from the list. Immediately one executive came to my home and took my eKYC, finished the process and gave a sim card.

Data service is being worst day by day.. I had already complained about it more then 5-7 times on chat on idea app and on so many of calls but they keep telling that the server is down so they cant help at the moment, i have few call recordings also with the customer cares executive, total data balance is been wasted, i want my money back or else atleast give me a proper reply with solution soon or i will port this to another service provider......

I want to have call barring password for my movil mobile phone.
Mere number se kisi call nahi lag raha customer care ko bhi nahi. Bas outgoing call barred dikhata hai or kat jata hai. Maine call settings main ja kar sahi karne ki koshish ki to password maag raha hai... Please help me
