I called on 198 and told them that there is no network in my idea celluar phone.
But there is no update on this as yet. We cant able to receive/dial any call from belw mentioned idea nos.

Please suggest whether i switch to another cellular network services due to the network problem in my house.

I am sorry to mention this that idea, whose services i am using since last 10 years, has degraded themselves to a level that they dont have even a qualified educated hr management who just cant hire and train well behaved, educated, sophisticated customer care executives.

I Have a idea number [protected] the sim card is registered with my name Syed Amer Aleem and it is linked to Aadhar Card also and i am using this number since last 6-8 Years, recently i had recharged with 398 rupees plan in which i got 1.4 GB Data per Day unlimited Call and 100 sms per day but the network is very bad and internet speed is also very poor, whenever i am making calls voice is not clear and calls gets disconnected...

From airtel it was said that to pay the bill extra so as to fecilitate smooth porting and the balence amount will be credited to airtel by idea in first bill. But If I call idea then they are telling that it will be blocked in that account itself as advance... What the hell...

Yesterday i met with an accident near health caps factory village tajowal in distt. Nawanshahar and lost my phone along with idea postpaid sim having number [protected]. Now it is switched off.

Kindly help me in this regard if you can provide me the location of phone etc. Otherwise block my sim so that misuse of mobile number can be stopped.

I submitted request for postpaid to prepaid migration in idea store. Next day i got call from idea customer care and offered 299 postpaid plan with 50 rs discount and additional 10 gb data. So i accepted their offer but they did not provide additional 10 gb data which was mentioned by customer care person. Upon calling to customer care, they are not adding 10 gb data to account and not checking the call record to confirm what customer care...

Realky shane on u people. Customer care of idea always lie and cheats with the customers. These people have made the mentality to disturb the customers and dedudt their unnecessary amount everytime. These people don't have self respect and guts to their income. Really these people have deducted my rs 20/- and not refunding my money. Really these people should ne sacked off out. As iam customer of idea company, prior to idea i was the customer of airtel but from idea company a excutive and his manager calls me before two months and expain about the scheme of plan 211 (Excluding tax) and i accept that plan and convert to idea.
Now i got the bill of rs349, regarding this i asked to customer care, then he told me that they drop me in plan 389. This same thing had done by airtel also, so when...

Idea network is completely worst.. Their behaviour with the customers and i faced a problem like migrating from postpaid to prepaid, even paid all bills.. Still they were asking to pay some more money without any reason.. I explained clearly, still they were calling and torturing me like a hell..*.. Why should i pay when there is no need.....
