Recently I ported my sim from Airtel to Idea. The sim was activated the signal was il getting.., but the problem is not able to register and call to 59059 number. It’s got disconnected several times, tried surely more than 38 times. And in the time of activation in Idea customer care I paid 399/- for rc. This recharge also not yet done ...fully disappointed with Idea ever .

Today getting phone call from idea bill collection agent and without checking that bill paid or not call me and using cheap language and told begger to me and threaten me that i will stop your services.
Employees are so chep and rude with customer.

Distt nainital (Uttarakhand). I am having an idea connection. My all 5 family members also have the same service provider. As i know there are 210 idea connection in my village. But we dont have signals here. I have taken 4g plan although i am not getting a single 2g network.
I used to call idea customer care daily but they are not taking...

I'm anila nair and i purchased idea 4g lte smart wifi hub (Number - [protected]
; kerala circle) on 7th april, 2017 with the purpose of establishing internet connectivity on desktop computer. Although it was working fine initially, for past 6 months i have been having issues with it - ranging from low connectivity to connectivity dropping altogether. I have registered complains with the idea post-paid customer service...

I duplicated my idea sim because the early sim had some network problems. But after it was duplicated it is not recieving any messages. Not only common messages but also otp messages are not recieved. My number is [protected]. All other services are working perfectly. I have recharged idea number [protected] 3 times since all the three times the loading of page got stopped. The message also not came. But after sometime my account got debited 3 times. I want the money back. All the three times during online recharging the page loading get stucked before the confirmation page appear. I am registered with dnd.in spite of this i am disturbed by untimely calls and sms littering my inbox. Email headers are mostly of idea like im-imajew, ix-curoqz, ix-cfymsg, im-cartwf, etc. I have never heard of these companies nor interacted with them

I have been using idea since a long time. The signals were fine until the mid of july 2018 and i am still facing the issue. I live in gokhalenagar area of pune. When i shifted there, i was satisfied with the signal i used to get but like from the mid of july 2018 the signals have gone really weak. I get one bar of 3g data and everytime to get 4g i have to put the phone on airplane mode and then use it. But that lasts for not even 2 minutes...

From evening, automattically the outgoing call are barred and when i am turninf off they are not turning off and showing network or sim card error.
I put the sim to off call barring but same notifictn it is showing of network or sim card error.

We got activated 4999 plan in our postpaid idea phone [protected]. But the service is horrible. It didn't work here. We had to face a lot of inconvenience on arrival. I have idea mobile. After resolving 4g service complain[protected] in my area, nothing seems working at all. Idea customer care keep saying its resolved but now its worst showing no network. Customer service is also worst when they transfer call to senior, he/she not able to listen to my voice and disconnect the call. It happened daily.
