I ported mytata docomo phone number to idea recently. Yesterday my tata docomo network got disconnected and i inserted my idea sim. I was advised by idea agent to call 59059 after inserting idea sim. When i tried calling the above mentioned number, it does not connect. Kindly resolve this issue as this is my primary contact number. My phone number is [protected].

Hello i am jaipal living in rajnagar area palam gali no. 14. There is very difficulty to contact any person with mobile network. And face the lot of problem for a call due to no any network in this area. Please resolve the issue of network connectivity in this area. Many people are suffering with the network. Hence it is requested to pls resolve the network issue as soon as possible....

I have never trusted the provider they forcibly took my aadhar records by blocking my number previously and I. Had no choice in contra Supreme Court discretionary decision. They.they robbed my money previously from my account rs 9 or so stating some company policy of giving better service and when I took the issue they told me company decision. I have strong doubts my data is likely to be sold as they had no reason to take my aadhar mandatorily...

Sir it disturb me when i am studing plz stop this nonsence msg. And also my 100rupees is deducted due to this power flash messages. Ye mujhe continuesly 8-10times cancel karne padhte hai tm jakar m kuch kar pati hu mobile per aur t aur kabhi mujhe urgent call karna to ni kar pati pheli msg. Ko cancel karo 8-10 times then kuch kar saku...

I ported out from voda postpay to idea prepay. I cleared the last bill. After 2 months o[censored]sing Idea said I have dues to voda. If I don't clear, my no will be deactivated. I mailed voda, they sent me reference no. I paid the last due amount. Still Idea has kept my no on hold to make outgoing calls....

I Am a user of idea cellular from many year but from a long time I faced network problem. I make many complaints but all in vain. Now a days I make call after many attempts. People who want to contact me complaining me that your mobile is always out of coverage but I am always in network and signal show on my mobile and many times call dropped. Too bad experience...

Unable to send sms, registered complaint to customer care executive on 198.
Today i received an sms from idea that the complaint is resolved and issue is closed, i am still unable to send sms, customer care executive says that in our system issue is solved, he also refused to raise appeal to the complaint. I requested to transfer the call to senior, then he replied that no senior is available to take...

I received a message from 53010 stating "dear customer, you have been charged rs 5 and your current balance is rs xxx". Without my permission they just deduct my balance and i didn't get any details regarding the deduction of my balance....

I already complaint on dated 15.09.2018 for permanently disconnected my mobile sim services, after i complain only one time idea customer support call me but she said i understand your problem and forward your complaint to higher authority and within 72 hrs we resolve your complaint but still no call no msg i get by idea higher authority please help me....

I am using idea since last two months worst service and today they stop my outgoing calls without any information. When i called up to 198 the operator says because of my bill is pending with my earlier mobile company they stop my outgoing calls.
They says they sent me message about the same on 10th of this month but i did not received any message on 10th of this month regarding the same. And if my bill is pending with other how they...

What the hell is this idea? What are you doing. I have 4g handset and i also have 4g sim card. And i have dont recharge of 399 of 4g pack. It's not coming 4g it's coming 3g. I have called your customer care 50 times but nothing happened. This is the last time i am using idea and i will not recomend idea to any one. Airtel is best and idea is wrost. Do somthing i[censored] can idea.😐...

Don't provide well services from network side. They harass too much after contacting. I request to convert from postpaid to prepaid but after contacting & without any permission they activate a new low budget postpaid plan. If i asked why they did the customer service provider respond me that they did it with the permission of the consumer. They neither provide any well service nor provide any attaintion....

This is the third time that my amount was deducted stating that i dialed *123# but the funniest thing is t that time my phone is in my table draw n i am giving a lecture on stage. Its better to portfrm this nonsence. My last five call data also not showing that i dialed that number. This is happening to some more of my circle also. Why idea people doing foolish things n loosing customers....

This all started happening after the vodafone idea merge. I am able to use cellular internet though. I am also carrying a vodafone sim in parallel. I have made this complaint on 21/09/2018 since then i had spoken with two of your customer care representatives. Both of them have not been able to give me satisfying answers, hence i asked them the name or email address of his or her senior and requested them to do not close the ticket until my problem is solved.

I am specifically disappointed with the treatment i got today on call, the girl disconnected...

I am living in gandhinagar where idea's main office is located but still i am not able to get better network in my home. I am not able to receive proper signals. Don't always find a way to fool the customer. i was dialed *121# to check the best recharge and it shown that in Rs 149-UL L/N/R+1GB /D, 28D, when i recharge to the same amount then i got a message MRP-Rs 149, ULT L/S/R + 1GB 3G Data+100 SMS/Day(Now you are giving only 1 gb data) One of the worst cellular company of india....
