I am complaining to idea from last 4 years for bad network in our area but ideawale gunge behre sirf timepass krte h or false statement dete h. Sir jld se jld network sahi kr denge but no one seriously fix the issue, no calling no internet. Tumse agar ni ho pa rha h to band kr do yaar or pakode becho....

Dear sir/madam,

Idea is worst service provider related to network services especially in pune circle.
Please do take strictess action and cancel their licence with immediate affect/

The network with call drop even i can i am not able to call help line like 100 in emergency it happens 99%.

I updated my idea 3g sim to idea 4g, i am unable to receive any messages from others friends, banks etc. Due to my business i am usually & time to time in need money transfer regarding otp sms from my bank (Which is ok before upgrading to 4g).
I contacted customer care of idea they told me it is activated after 24 hour, although my all services is activted except messages....

I got message from 51998 number. One message charge 3 rupees on my number in 2 time. I am not interested your service. So please deactivate service in my number ([protected]). It is happened two times dtd.04/10/2018 (Which was not know to me at that time) and 2nd time it is today i. E. 06/10/2018 for text msg of joke on wife in telugu please resolve as soon as possible...

I had a postpaid connection from idea company allotted no was [protected], i have stopped using this connection since 7 months back with adjusting all dues, but company generated bill for next month and then sent notice to me. And i link my all bank accounts in this number, i was port this number from tata docomo to idea but when i land here in saudi arabia i can't get network i tried to put sim many mobile and search manually or automatically but i did't get network

Firstly service desk girl who constantly call us to pay the bill amount they doesn't have manners how to speak with the customers. After paid the bill we ask to deactivate the postpaid service they doesn't help for that now that sim is not activate from last one and half month still idea charged us bill of rs 850.. Who will be answerable for that bill desk doesn't present any record of the bill.

I have taken this mobile no.in 2011 after submitting address proof etc. Due to which i was able to use the mobile no. From 2011. Many times complainted but no action taking.
Really it’s very worst network in the city.
Simply showing many offers but without network straight.
Giving so many unlimited offers but no use a 1% to citizens.

Hi i have 2 idea connection one is prepaid and another is postpaid.

Network are showing full in phone but when we called error showing on screen that network not a available and also call dropped.

I have complain against this in idea but did not received proper response and still facing the same issue.

Networks are not working properly.

The cug plan under vodafone idea (Formerly idea) is of zero utility now. Our company, technowave id systems (P) ltd requested for 2 numbers 18 days ago and they have not yet been activated. The sales executive, mr ratheesh and the key accounts manager, meera sreedevi always cites one reason or other to not activate it. They neither respond to calls or mails when a complaint is raised.
