I am having idea number and the thing is that they keep sending messages regarding linking the number to aadhar despite honourable supreme court order that it is not mandatory yet. They keep sending 2-3 messages daily and it's really annoying or frustrating. When i talked to their customer care they just said we put the complaint about this and the messages stops for a day or two, but again they starts sending like they were doing before....

Sir i bought a idea sim on 04th march but till now my sim not active network is available but call not connect even 59059 numbers and incoming also blocked m trying to contact customer care but they also told u have no problem in ur sim but m suffering this problem since last 5days so plze help me for this i have only 1 number i m facing so many problems for this purpose...

I am writing this complaint regarding unbilled amount of 5035.05/- of postpaid bill. I have already paid 2130/- on dated 21st march 2018. Every month company misguide about monthly plans, even company not remind your last date of bill, this is a very big issue.

Company also misguide me for sms plan so its not my fault for this 5035.05/- amount of bill.

Suddenly sim card not detected mobile no [protected] at 26 mar 2018 suddenly at 1930hrs my mobile show no sim card i have checked in another mobile also no sim card detected in another mobile and another sim is working in my mobile also sim no[protected] no physical damage to sim card i've recharge my no today and there was already rs 46 balance...

I have ported my number from aircel to idea. Its been 5 days but my sim is not working. The phone number is really important. I paid 50 rs for new idea mnp sim and the person of the store told me that within 3 days your number will get ported to idea. But there is no signal on my number. Its really frustrating because the number is really important. Please help...

50rs amount has been deducted without any call/msg alert.
I contacted customer support, but they says it's done by you customer. But seriously i didn't subscribe any vas services.
The customer care person is not willing to lodge any complaint nor refunding my money they charged unnecessarily.
Please accept my complain and return my balance...

I am facing issues with my phone network & internet intermittently and very badly since last 1-2 weeks.

Phone calls do not connect, it displays "call failed", if the call is connected the voice is not proper or the line is crackling, internet does not work, tried using lte, 3g and 2g as well, no luck

I had idea post paid no [protected] while we were going to village for that we had taken roaming pack / data booster pack and unlimited plan for calling as per idea customer care executive he told us that in unlimited pack the call charge will not applicable as you had taken roaming pack also and they charged bill of Rs. 4500/- I told send detailed billed for the same I have noticed that each and every called...

I was using idea post paid connection of rs.349/month plan with 1gb data and unlimited voice calls. My bill date was 16th of every month. I have ported my idea number to other service provider on dec 03rd. I have already paid my bill amount of rs.403/ dated 16th nov on 28th nov and apart from that paid rs.350/ extra amount to suffice my remaining period bill amount (For 18 days from 17th nov to dec 3). I took an idea sim ported from aircel on the number [protected]. Its the second time i took the idea sim as the previous sim not activated due to false number o[censored]pc, and after taking another sim of idea by mnp they told it will take 4 days for the sim to activate but till now there is no such action i took the sim on friday i. E dated 23/03/2018. Please i kindly request to activate my sim as soon as possible i am suffering of this problem...

Idea cellular, the worst network i have ever used!!
I ported my number to idea few days back. I was told that i will be getting 30gb data per month with unlimited calls and 3000 messages free. Further unused data will be carried forward. All this was under the post paid plan of 299 which makes it to be rs354 after tax.
But after activation i have received only 20gb data. I have already filed a complaint with the idea customer...

Idea company giving flash messages every time whenever internet connection has been lost about usage of internet. sometimes when mobile data is off the also they are flashing a message on my mobile screen if i cancel them i becomes text message in my message box. i am mentally harassed from this messages when i asked company customer care executives then don't any idea to cancel. so pls help me by taking necessary action about this metter....

My wife sim no. Is [protected]. On 16 mar 2018 i paid ₹ 147 for topup for unlimited voice calls offer. The recharge was successful. But i am unable to make voice calls even after the recharge is successful. Called call center next day to check i was told everything is ok and it will reflect in 24 hrs. Even today (26 mar) unable to make calls.
