I had paid the bill of rs.5431 via cheque number 781484 which is cleared on 14.11.2017 and on 15.11.2017 all of my numbers has been bared. As per the company i had not submitted the complete amount of rs.5431 against bill number upp[protected] dated :23.10.2017.

Where as in my books and statement the same amount is been debit from the account. Due to barring of the services my business and mentally i also suffering.

I got a message this morning saying that i have subscribed for juice up and deducted 75rs. I have no idea what that is and i didn't even subscribe that. I called 198 and that customer care representative is arguing with me telling me they will deactivate it but the 75rs is non refundable. I thought customer care people are supposed to be helping not arguing or talking back. I'm a student and rarely recharge. 75rs is like 2-3 months charges...

I Really don't remember for how many years i have been customer of IdeaCellular, maybe 10 years or so. I thought to port out of Idea because i was being relocated. Hi, my mobile number is [protected], recently converted this to postpaid to prepaid. I moved to canada recently, it was working fine when i came here i was receiving proper sms. From last 4 day there is no service on this sim, due to this i am not able to receive the otp and other required sms. This has 300 + balance. i have made recharge of 399 rupees, at the same day of recharge am really frustated from the flash messages regarding freebies left and u have left .. balance and all, which is coming on my screen on 3 to 4 sec of time,
i want to stop all this nonsense....

My balance 100 rs deducted for downloading animation nazara but i didn't download any. how the idea network deduct my balance. i need refund of my 100rs balance. idea network should take immediate steps to refund my balance. don't deduct unless activate confirmation given by users. refund my balance 100rs......

On 8th november 2017 at 4:07 pm, vas message has pinged me activating fashion world deducting ₹100/- without my consent and later the same thing happened on 13th november 2017 at 3:18 and 4:10 deducting ₹15/- and ₹100/- respectively. As i was never interested in these packs and also deactivated them, i demand my money to be refunded. Otherwise i am left with no other option to change my sim card.

As everyone aware that in postpaid connection hidden charges charged in mothly bill. My bill generated today and i surprise that charges of rupees 483.02 usage charge after calling to idea care came to know that its data charge of 115mb data usage. I am using idea no since more than15 yrs so again as per last month complaint idea has to give waver of this extra wrong charges rupees 483.02. Otherwise force to change opr or trans in prepaid....

My Issue That company give me validity only for 35 days.

My name is pankaj parate. I was using my idea no from last 10 years back with idea as prepaid. Last 1 month idea activate vas services form his end without confirmation & when we called to customer center they said sir services are activated from your end. This is very irraculas. We are not activated any services but unnecessary deduct amount from a/c....

From last 4 days i'm facing alot of problem as my sim card is not showing network and even incoming and outgoing call is not possible because of this, i'm residing in limbodi, phase 1, indore. Although when i'm going out of this area it's showing full network, please solve this problem asap otherwise i will have to switch my number to some other network...
