I would like to inform you that one juice up service is activated today 3rd november 2017 from web for my no. [protected] for this it took 100rs. Charges per month. After calling to customer care i am not satisfied with his response that call after 4hrs to know the status and if you use any service then it will be chargable. As i stated that i haven't used any service or download anything named juiceup services is activated without my knowledge....

On 26th october at 0152 pm i got a telephone call from no.[protected] informing some offers i am getting from bank and took my data. At 2:06 i received a message which stated that 724841 is the otp for txn of inr 4999.00 at ideamoney. Within an hour of the fraudulent withdrawal i mailed a letter addressed to [protected]@idea. Services of idea is very bad. Idea deducted my balance many times. First time it deduct 25 rs then 30 and then idea deduct 54 rs. I called to customer care many times but they are not refunding. Before this, my experience with idea was very good but now i thing that idea is fraud. They are not refunding my balance. And customer care employees are also not cooperative. I have a per paid connection which i opted to port to airtel hyderabad circle. I generated upc code for the same and submitted to airtel. Then on 14th day i came to know my porting plea is rejected by idea. When i called idea customer care i found they did not have information why was my porting request cancelled.

But it's been an year I am trying to much for it. I visited many idea outlets also the head office, I gave them all the documents along with the application 7 to 8 times and there representative always told me that your complaint is still in process, you can ask them about my complaints times, , sir kindly help me I am so frustrated from this,...

I have, this month, received the following communications :

1. 8 voice calls from customer service
2. 6 ivr messages
3. 6 sms messages

All of these asking me to pay my bill on time. And atleast 3 smses & 3 calls came to me after i made the payment & i had the payment confirmation from idea.

If idea cellular can look at their records, i haven't missed a single bill in the last year...
