I was looking for wheel chair facility at tadepalligudem station on 5th nov, 2017 from 2-3 pm. Unfortunately, i could not find as porter. Please make sure that wheel chair service is offered at all times as it impossible for disabled people to come from platorm 2 to platform 3. I request the indian railways to take immediate action about this issue and solve the problem....

The service provided was not at all good
Washrooms were drastically in a very worse condition. Even worse than that we were not provided with food and when provided it was too late some were provided early but when we asked them for our food they started talking in a very bad way.
If this continues i will not travel this train again. I travel oftenly but this i the first time....
