I have asked for water purifires internal filter with company servising center since last 3 weeks they are not repling when i asked them the reason told to me that they dont have stock they dont have delivery persons for it.

Also this perticular part we have to orderd it form company only.It is monopoly.

We have to pay Extra for part and again for delivery boy also.

We encountered a problem in our Kent RO system last week where we were not getting any filtered water from the output tap. We called in the service center and the service guy (Ashutosh) didn't take more than 5 mins to check and say that everything needs to be changed. That includes 3 filters, the membrane, and a pump.
