I purchased kent grand uv from your dealer - shiv shakti electronics- surat, 15 sahyog complex, near mann sarovar, amroli, surat on 09.05.2007, after that nobody came for checking, last one year it is not working, somany times i contacted diff. offices and people in kent. nobody responding, nobody sending persons to repair. i spent 15000 rs. and my equipment is not working we are suffering, pl. help me to get repairbr...

i have purchased kent ultra uv water purifier from big bazaar meerut(U.P) cost Rs 6490 in the month of march 2009, and i m very disappointed to see the purified water

WATER IS OVER FLOWING FROM THE KENT MACHINE STORAGE TANK EVEN WHEN THE MACHINE IS NOT CONNECTED TO THE POWER SUPPLY, WHICH IMPLIES THAT IMPURE WATER IS BEING PASSED WITHOUT EVEN BEING FILTERED.

DEALER ON BEING APPRISED ABOUT THE PROBLEM IS DELAY DALLYING THE ISSUE RATHER THAN LOOKING INTO THE COMPLAINT.

THE DOOR TO CONSUMER FORUM WILL BE RESORTED IF THE ISSUE IS NOT RESOLVED AT THE EARLIEST.

I have purchased a kent ro water purifier from their distributer M/S BAHL AGENCIES GURDASPUR . DATED 25/10/2008 WIDE BILL NO.218 .Their is much leakage in its suplly . After informing dealer there is no reply from their end . so pls look into the matter & do the needfull .

This is comapny who cheated me. They change their HELPDESK number everymonth. The day I bought it, number has changed 6 times. Because of this, I couldn't get service and my UV system in purifier got damaged. Though water quality is very good in my area, still it is struggling to work. Call center is really nasty.Never buy this comapny product. I wish if I can find mail ID of HEMA MAILINI to report it as I never got theor Quality Manager...

a complaint is logged and the technician visits and replaces the part, problem resolved at that time.

I bought Kent Grand product from Siri Technologies (Koramangala). Within a week, it started giving some or the other problem. Siri Technologies has a very very bad service. I had to call them so many times and literally beg them to fix the problem. It is really frustating to go through this kind of situation after spending Rs 14000. Kent should immediately do something about this....
