Dear luminous i had purchased inverter, battery and panel. Everything was operating well but after 2 years battery backup was going to worst condition. I complained about this and after many calls your engineer visit and concluded that there is fault in my battery and it is under warranty and they ask me to drop the battery to a shop and after 16 days i got back same battery with same issue i complained again and it was send again for replacement...

I had purchased a KW solar panel system from Kanpur dealer in front of Anand Puri, Kanpur Nagar before a day . Wherein, a panel is heavily scratched in middle. Please replace its panel immediately and it is also requested to a make a arrange for installing its system....

My luminous battery are discharge very fast. And also it's under a warranty. Please change my battery....

Display problem in Inverter...

We have got a new Luminous UPS . Which is causing the issue from the day of purchasing. They have not advised to purchase UPS that is suitable to our Office. We are disappointed with this product and decided to return but they are not accepting our request.
Device is not compatible to our Infrastructure....

I have purchased Luminous Cruze 2kva inverter with two 150mah batteries only few days ago having serial numbers HAKB83C1243281 N9K494F1050979 AND K9K494E1550273 through online mode on luminous website. The inverter is showing full charge within few minutes and then shows low battery within few minutes with no load .. I raised complaint regarding the same and an agent visited for checking the same .. He checked for few minutes...

My name is Tuhin Chakma and I have purchased 2kva Cruze Inverter along with 2 RC 18000 150ah tubular batteries with order ID [protected] on 28th September 2020 but they told me the seller won't be able to deliver . Luminous inverter high voltage 260v...

Dear Team,
I purchased NXG-1400 inverter on 20th June 2020 and till date, I raised 7th time customer complaint regarding overloading issue. every time engineer came and replaced PCB, after 2Hrs from changing his PCB same issue again came. same was happens every time.

After 15th July Engineer inform me they order for replacement, but still there is no replacement.

Complaint was raised on 18th jun for inverter batteries not providing backup, was under warranty, purchased date 22 dec 2018. Batteries were sent for testing by luminious service team and was confirmed that both batteries to be replaced. Now the service team is saying that we need one earlier and one post bill from the dealer as batteries were produced in 2016 and sold in 2018.
