Mts recharge not successfull

many times i called cc of mts but i bothered the services of mts and behaviour of cc employee . nobody keen to intrest to resolve my spped related querry with is pending from last 5 days or more complaint no is JUL 61 which is closed by mts cc without intemiated me . i cant beleive this type of behaviour mts do with our customer . Service is not good and They are hurting my heart

Not refunding the device even after their commitment
