Pathetic service provided. I have called more than 25 times but didn't got any solution. I have ordered Vaibhav kota doria saree and I have received wrong product Khusi silk art saree. I have ordered for sandisk 16gb class 10 memory card and they have delivered class 4 memory card to me. So I have called them to return the product and they picked up my product and after picking up more than 50 days have been over still they are not refunding my amount. they are fraud.. it'z going to around 2 months nd till now they have not yet taken the defective product and exchanged it.. i orderd for 12jwellery sets and all the sets are defective.. the customer care executives only say that we will call you in 24hrs but there's not such.....

The product that had been delivered to me has very low quality as compared to the descriptions. Also, there are deviations between actual delivered product and the descriptions.
