I have been using Reliance CDMA phone since last few months. Since last few days my phone was not working so I register a complaint online. They informed me that they stopped CDMA service and customer has to upgrade to GSM. I have been using this number since long and there is no intimation from Reliance that they are stopping service. Moreover, I need to pay for an upgrade though it's asked by Reliance. There is no response from the customer...

I have bought WiPod dongle from reliance site on 10 Jul 15 with the following plan
Wipod DC + Unlimited Plan (Mumbai)(Unlimited Plan for 1 year), Order number ZRFENAQJC, according to reliance website.
This dongle was activated on approximately 21st July 15

120 Rs balance deducted on 31st may 2016 without any reason.
From the last 2 months more than 500 Rs. deducted which has not been refunded till now.
Customer care executive not responding. I am highly disappointed by their services. Please suggest what to do inn this case.

Please support in getting my refund from reliance.

I am a customer of reliance communication from a long time. But after I get the sim card activated the balance was deducted without any service activated on the number. I talked to the customer care No. 198, but the response was zero by calling "Sir we can't help you this time. The system or link is down. Please call after 2 or 4 hours." I am posting this complaint as I'm not able to get to my father on his Reliance no it tells me that his number is stitched off which he will just not do.

I had taken new connection on Dec-2015 but from January to till now in each month at-least 5-6 days my Internet gone shutdown and i had complaint so many time for proper solution for dis-connectivity of Internet but all of them not taking my problem seriously. I bought reliance CDMA dongle in the end of month of March.
Paid the bills of 2 months on time as well.
And before the due date (27 May, 2016) of payment of bill my internet stopped working.
Then i got the information that Reliance have closed the CDMA internet service and now they are telling me to buy a new 4G dongle and upgrade it.
And the dongle i have is useless and Reliance don't support hardware.br...

There is a big cell phone tower adjacent to residential area "dwaraka enclave" a.T.Road, maligaon charilai, guwahati - 781011, assam. It is on roof top of united bank of india, kamakhya branch. It is very much hazard for public health due to emf as it is a thickly residential area.
So, it is requested to early removal of the tower adjacent to public residential area as soon as possible....

I have used your netconnect+ 3.1psotpaid billing amt 686 INR since last 5 months but from last 45 days it is not working. signal not receiving properly it blinked red not green. they promises 3.1 mbps but not received 144 kbps.signal strength is very week on the name of 4G upgrading they stoped old service. I have mailed many time but nobody replying.

I am reliance netconnect user since 2010, thro' postpaid services, using internet across south india. The dongle was bought at rs.3600/-.. From few days getting phone calls from numbers like [protected], [protected] etc., to upgrade to 4g forcebly. Also dongle to be bought at extra cost. I refused to buy new dongle as i don't want to migrate to 4g. Also my present dongle is newly bought at chennai for rs.900/- (As old dongle got broken)...
