1. With due respect, i would like to inform you that the above said mobile no. Was ported on 01 jun 16.
2. I received a msg from reliance customer care for inserting the new sim and televerification on 01 jun 16.
3. After inserting the new ported sim, there is no network at all in sim till date.

No service of new reliance prepaide gsm sim's

I have got 28/05/2016 two reliance 4g gsm sim's instead of old same numberof cdma sim's.02/06/2016 onwards cdma service stopped. But the new reliance prepaid 4g sim's

Calls outgoing stop due to reliance staff mistakes

I have problem with the reliance offer and service.

Your sales staff is not proper knowledge your sales staff no is [protected] and[protected].

Previous i use vodafone your sales staff give me 497/- rs plan.

Broadband money back

I had stopped my broadband service (On nov 2015) before 2 month of completion (On feb 2016), as it was not working for 1 month.

They told me that i will get my remaining money back within 45 days.

I had do so many calls to customer care and emails to customer care still i do not get my money back (Rs. 798).

I never trust on reliance - customer care is just bull.

I disconnected the rcom land-line phone no.[protected] on 25th apr'15 but rcom is not refunding the security deposit. According to rcom it is refunded within 60 days but now more than one year have been passed but i am not getting the security amount yet. Dongle stopped working without any prior notification

I have purchased a reliance3 dongle in december 2015 and in the month of may 2016, i got that recharged for 3 months plan but the reliance company stopped the cdma dongle in the mid of may and when i went to the reliance store they said that the recharged amount will not be refunded and no dongle will be given in replacement to this cdma dongle.

This is clearly a fraud done by reliance to its subscribers.

Regarding gsm numbers

I have registered a complaint against reliance and i have not got any update or revert on the same, kindly revert me back as soon as possible


the complaint is against never issued from reliance, they have issued me 5 gsm numbers but the generated is for 7 numbers and now they are asking me to pay bill of all 7 numbers when i have only got 5 active numbers then why will i pay for 7..there executive make fake commitments...

I get a message on 23May "Dear Customer, you have consumed 100% of your total quota allotted. 3G speed will be throttled to 64kbps till next bill. To check data usage send to 55444."

As per the scheme on the website and while applying for it was told to me that 2GB would be allocated.

I have recharged my number with Rs 359 for which I got 7.5 gb promo data and 2.5 gb main balance data.According to companies policies promo balance is utilized first and then main account balance but my main balance is being used.And the more big problem is that i cant even contact there call center idk why.Please consider my request as soon as possible....
