I have purchased data card of reliance 2 month back.

Now reliance is closing the data service for CDMA network, so the data card is becoming of no use.
The is now telling to purchase the new 4G data card.

There were no prior intimations from the company regarding the same.

They have to replace the existing data cards with new one free of cost....

Mai aapki reliance company ka ek gsm no use krti hu. Jiska number h [protected]. Mujhe aapki company se kai din se msg aa raha tha ki 498 ka recharge karane par mujhe 10 gb ka 3g net balance milega.

I have been charged rs.150 for upgrading of reliance cdma sim to 4g sim for my number [protected] at dhamankar naka, reliance galler, bhiwandi. Dist - thane, maharashtra. They are charging for each and every customer for upgrade of sim. Our cdma sim got stopped and to start the service they are demanding rs.150 for resuming the services to the new 4g sim.

This mail is to update you that my Reliance Datacard has no network since last three days.

We have been speaking with Reliance customer care executives since last 3 days twice a day but we are just getting some fake commitments that data card will start within next next 6 hours. some time they say it will get started by night 11 hrs: 59 min:59 sec.

Not getting any bars under range symbol.
When tried to connect i am getting "Remote Computer did not Respond" message.
Not able to connect since last 3 days.
Tried contacting customer care service of Reliance netconnect, but didn't able get in contact with their customer representative, as the call gets automatically disconnected when selected the option for contacting their representative through their customer service...

I use Reliance Netconnet for the past 3-4 yrs. The service was never up to the mark. My dongle is HSD, but I never got the HSD Speed. Now in May 2016, Reliance has made it compulsory for all the CDMA customers to change their services to 4G. And they have shutdown the HSD services without any prior notice. This conversion from HSD to 4G is costing every customer 899 rs. The company is least bothered about the customers wish to change or not...
