This is a long term issue present with samsung e-store. I have ordered an galaxy a51 (With an exchange of old j7 2016). Order id [protected] from their webiste on 29th of july and got it delivered on 4th of august. Pickup of old device at pincode 507003 has been scheduled on 5th of aug which got cancelled 3 times till now due to non serviceable area which was is false as even today 13th of sep it's showing exchange...

I bought samsung galaxy a10s few days ago, but now phone's battery is soiling. Due to which issue joint of the phone is falling apart, i also visited service centre and mailed many times to samsung for same but they said you have to pay inr 7000.
While taking this phone of inr 9500. Kindly resolve the issue immediately

I had bought a samsung mobile on 11th july 2020. After using few days i got speaker issue. I have contact the samsung service center. They have check the issue and told me it will take one day to fix. When i went to get mobile. They are telling many parts need to change and currently mobile parts not available at service center.
So you have to wait around 10 day. Its more than 20 days and still no solution.
