We purchased a new samsung refrigerator and in 4 months it stopped working
We contacted the samsung customer care. After several requests and calls they did send the engineer and suggested to change the compressor but eventually in 2 days the new compressor again stopped working.
Again for few weeks we had to continuously contact the customer care and ask for help.
Later they found that the refrigerator had gas leakage...

I own samsung galaxy s10 plus mobile phone. The back panel broke some how. I ordered for a new back panel in samsung care and paid ₹5100/- in advance. They called me after 13 days informing that the back panel has arrived, and they changed the back panel. My samsung a50s phone is in warranty service center employee take and recieve my phone since 15 days before and now they said my phone doesn't have sticker on back so we don't repaire or change your phone know tell me if my phone doesn't have any sticker on back so why they take my phone, my original bill from me is it your customer service and customer satisfaction. You are such a big name but deeply inside you are doing very cheep work...

After submitting my damaged mobile in tezpur service center, they told parts not availavle and will be given new mobile. And for that i have collect from guwahati. But in this pandemic and lockdown situation, it is not good to harass a customer....

Purchased samsung ww80j52g0bw front load washing machine from reliance digital on 2nd sep 2020 (2 days back). The product got delivered on 3rd sep 2020 (Yesterday).

Installation engineer came, unpacked the machine, just after connecting to the water inlet, the water gushed into the tub (Power not turned on). He tried to check whats wrong. Turned on the power, heavy pump motor noise just after turning it on.

Purchased Samsung M31s mobile on August 8th 2020. With the charger that came with box my phone is charging sometimes and its not charging some times. In 1st week it connected 7/10 times. In 2nd week phone is charging 4/10 times only. And now in 3rd week its charging only once after 10-15 attempts.
