On 19th march 2017 i have bought samsung galaxy j7 prime from vijay sales...

After few days my phone started showing problem on optional key so i went to samsung service center (J. B. Nagar branch) so they told me we have to keep it for observation then will tell you what a the problem, after keeping on observation...

It's been almost 10 days since i'm complaining on the toll free no. They send me details of the technician but the technician do not take calls nor do they bother to call u back. They say we r busy n will call back.. But no use. I have a frost free refrigerator.. But there is a lot of ice formation inside and hence water continuously drips down. It's a pain to clean the water.. N it's not the first time but problem after ever 6-8 months....

I have purchased new samsung j5 prime sm-g570f/dd 32gblast week and found the product upto the mark as par samsung brand.
But the problem is there with sound quality. It very poor as compaired to the my old model galaxy i9300 model. I have seen other models too but same is condition with the model. This is for your kind information that i have purchased led tv on 15/09/2016 model ua40k5570aumxl serial no. 0a563zeh800682 from haldwani (Uttarakhand).

Hi, i have bought one handset from samsung - c9pro on 17th june 2017. With the handset i was provided with additional accessories like samsung memory card of 64 gb and one screen guard which was made to fit for c9pro... Though like other screen guards, it was small and does not cover the entire screen.

I have purchased s8 mobile on 17 th june, the promoter of samsung told me that im eligible for a free wireless charger and she insert all sims into my mobile handset. Lots of days passed away when i asked the the same to her she told our sir will give email to company and u ll get your wireless charger. Alas when i inquired the same at call center they told me that you are not eligible to get that offer as you have inserted different sim...

I am herewith complaining towards your poor service for my c9 pro mobile.
Last 3 months back i purchased a c9 pro mobile but now the device is operating by itself and sometimes it hang.in spite of regular visit to local samsung service center but there is no result as they are replying that they don't have updated software for c9 pro.
If you are not able to provide service then why should you sell the product in the market....

This is regarding quality/technical issues with note-5 that i am using from last few months

Please note down point issues in my handy

1) screen starts flickering when in use.

2) phone starts ringing without sim and even after switched off

3) exponential heat up issues

4) repeated hang up once self-upgradation.
