Worst service from kolkata samsung service centre. Never call kolkata service centre [protected]... Not sure wether this is fake number or a way to cheat customer... Very distressing to buy Samsung A.C. On October 05, 2016 i bought one 1.5 T AC. Obviously it was towards end of last summer. This year when tried to switch on, it didn't. I have purchased Samsung A5 2016 mobile on 13.03.2017. With in one month I had issues with phone i was not able to hear voices while making calls. I have bought a Samsung TV which was delivered on Thursday and Installation completion due date was 1st july. Till today(3rd july) none called us from Samsung india to get the installation done.

I am a user of samsung s7edge and extremely disappointed with the phone. I bought the phone around 5months back but never thought that i would get such a defective piece. The phones display got changed at the customer service center (Mass communication, kotla) just 15days back and they said that it's a manufacturing default..
