Samsung product & services has worst quality. This was my last association with samsung.in future neither i will purchase any prod. Of samsung nor i will suggest to anyone. Have RT28HCLS1 model since 5 years. Recently condenser developed leak, as confirmed by Samsung approved technician. However, repairing methods i am not happy with.
