I have been using this Sony Xperia Z Ultra mobile from six months now and still in waranty. Six months earlier I had purchased this mobile from Amazon.com on 4th December 2014. Now in some incident it got completely dead. It was mildly raining, not much and my mobile was in my bag when this all happened . The mobile hardly got wet due to rain but, I dont know for some reason it didnt start and thereafter it was completely in a dead condition....

I purchased a sony car audio amplifier on dt: 3 june 2015 with retail invoice and warranty card whose copy is attached with my complain.

I found it not in working condition while installing in car so i handed it over to nearby sony authorized service centre whose job sheet copy is attached.
