I have received isd billing about in my bill dated 1dec2017 and made a complain regarding with vodafone, initially denied logging complain but forcing hard then they logged the complain and closed the complain without any root cause of resolutions/ customer satisfaction.

I had paid rs 130.00 by using online payment trough the credit card for a normal recharge to the vodafone no.[protected] of kabita biswas (My sister). I was doing this using my vodafone app as a unregistered customer. All process was o. K. Otp was sent by vodafone billdesk. The otp was 336804. After pressing confirm button the transaction amount had deducted but transaction id is not displayed. Still now the above said voda number is not credited....

My vodafone number [protected] was deactivated suddenly yesterday. May i know the reason and how can i reactivate the number asap. This is really frustrating experience for me as a customer, no prior information was given to me about the deactivation, the sim was operational until few hours before deactivation. i am using your service more than 4 years. But last 3 month your network connectivity is irritating very badly. complaint was already raised on 28th Sep 2017 about connectivity. But still no response and nothing to be changed in the issue. If you are truly deserve as well need your customer kindly resolve the issues at earliest....

Hello have mobile from past 3-4 years, the sms and call logs are been leaked by someone (Phishing) and recently got heavily charged through whats app and other app download charges
. Even recently got another new sim number for broadband, this too is been leaked by someone similar to phishing. Am having troubles with my family and social circle due to phishing problem....
