I have been cheated with rs. 34940/- through my sbi credit card on 19/12/2017. On that day when i was busy at my work, i got two phone calls from a lady (Mob. No. [protected]) at 15.31 and at 15.34 on my mobile phone. She has made 5 fraudulent transaction of amounting to rs.34, 940/- from my sbi credit card.

Please take necessary steps against the person who is holding the mob. No....

value added service being added without request

I have been having a vodafone postpaid connection 99625020* for the last 10 years, and am seeing that vas are getting added for the past few months. Every time we call vodafone, they say amount is being reduced, but again bill is inflated. Talking to customer care is of no use as they say my # is block listed but nothing happens after that. wrong internet usage charges

I am using voda no [protected]. Recieved bill as on 21-dec-17 having wrong usage charges for internet rs 500. On 18th i was wrongly charged for internet usage. I called customer care many times for this issue but not get a proper respond even called appellate authority no[protected] but call disconnected by executive. Why should pay for the same if i have not used the services....

regarding porting the number from docomo to vodafone

Sir we are very disappointed with your third party provider from GLOBAL DIRECT code no IS 003, name Mr OMKAR DODEJA who is supposed to be trainee manager and is the associate of vodafone as his I'd card mentions and resides in ulhasnagar.
In November first week he took all the relevant information to port my wife no [protected] docomo to Vodafone. Till date the number is not ported saying that docomo bill is not paid. But the payment...

vodafone full game

I am using my no.[protected] since 10 years for now.This year May, a lady named Soniya called up and ask me to port my no.[before that it was in airtel for past 7years]the proposal was good so I proceeded, few months everything was fine, but later, the foul game started, auto downloading, auto services activation, that too in huge amount.

I am user of vodafone from last couple of years but i am totally shocked that after payment of my old mobile bill and get that account closed on date 28.03.2016 with conformation of your customer care executive for payment of bill of my mobile no. having problem with 3g connectivity

I did a rechare of 458 in rajasthan vodafone then two days after my 3g network is not connecting and registers i have comlain on vodafone 199 no. And register a complain, they gave me 24 hours and now it is 48 hours and till my problem is not solved by vodafone company, i'm having problem with my data not using it very well my 1 gb data not used properly, what i have to do....

port out sms

Unable to generate upc for my vodafone numbers. Everytime i try to send port out sms to 1900, i get"message sending failed" error.

However, i am able to send sms to other numbers.

I have contacted vodafone customer service several times and was provided with unprofessional responses like check the message settings and message centre number.

Looks like vodafone is purposely blocking customers...

Since reliance gsm ([protected]) has started closing it's services, it requested each of its customers to port their numbers. I also got a message from vodafone stating that i should approach the nearest retailer to port my number to vodafone.
When i approached a retailer who has been running his office in belapur, navi mumbai, he first lied to me that my reliance number would be blocked if not ported before 30th november. I didn't...
