Hi,
Regarding my mobile no: [protected].
Before porting out, i had paid all amount at Vodafone store and even had paid some extra amount as per the instruction of Store executive in Navi Mumbai.
After that there was not outstanding amount i had received neither on email nor though call/SMS.
Now Vodafone people are sending me Legal Notice Email demanding for due amount(which is not due).

I had applied for portability on 28Oct16. in 4-5 days, SMS that your port request has been rejected. i went to Vodafone store and ask for reason, executive suggest, remaining payment has not clear, while asking for remaining amount, they said they dont. if they dont know remaining amount how could i pay it, and switch to other operator ?...

I would like to inform all to be aware of Vodafone. they charges even without your request or even if your request for reversal for the same they do not do it even they do in one month and they will again charge in next month. odea fone charges rs 1500 extra in my bill, and once i started firing them then they reversed and again in the next month bill of october they had chareg same amount. they are unafair in dealing.

I purchased vodafone wifi alacatel from Vodafone store Alambagh Lucknow.
Paid 4 months rental i.e. Rs. 4000 plus immediate activation charges i.e. Rs. 250.00.
Now I am bot able to connect it with my system.
And then contacted the company and none of them responded well. They are totally irresponsible towards the customer. I am facing lot of hardships as I am in to distribution. I am not able operate...

I have been charged Rs 756 for October 2016 for my mobile no. [protected]. saying that I called to 51717 and talked for 54 mins and same thing is happened for November month also, as i came to know this from customer care that Vodafone is charged Rs. 2016 for November month also.
I have been much sensitive to make expenses and calls and a balanced life is maintaining.

I am writing this after prolonged interactions with various teams of Vodafone.

My vodafone [protected] which is a corporate connection of IndusInd Bank, had 4g services active on it. Suddenly my 4g services were deactivated . I discovered the same on monday after i was not getting the required speed. I complained about the same to the customer care...

I have two nos. Vodafone corporate postpaid sim vide no [protected] & [protected]. I want to convert postpaid to prepaid of this to nos. I applied several times in Vodafone mini store with proper documentation along with company's letter but till now conversion not done. So I don't pay two months outstanding bills. If conversion made I will pay all outstanding bills. Take necessary action please.
