I have bought 4 Half Sleeve Shirts of Koutons from your site but unfortunately i didn't like the quality of the product. So i have returned it to your Bangalore Warehouse by Blue dart Courier on 23/08/2014 from Mumbai. Just now i have tracked blue dart with the reference number & it says the product has been delivered to the Bangalore warehouse on 27/08/2014. But till date I haven't received the total amount of Rs.1548 (Including Courier Charges) as a credit points or refund the total amount (1548) to my bank account. As I have already send a mail to there team regarding this issue & even I had called them many times, but no response am getting from them. Now I don't want to hear anything from this team, I want my total amount as mentioned above to be credited soon in my banks account. For bank details you can mail me on [protected]@gmail.com. They asked me to pay rs.699 for this contest and i paid that amount through online. for that payment they had given rs.699 worth credit points and they asked me to pay rs.10000 to continue in the contest. This was not at all mentioned in their website. so i didn’t agree it and asked about my rs. 699 back. they said it's credited on your 100bestbuy account as credit points mode. so you can purchase any other item worth for rs.699. at that time i didn't find any product worth for my requirement. yesterday i've tried to use those points and i'll come to know i can use only 5% to 10% of my credit points in single purchase. so if i want to use all my credit points (699) then i supposed to buy more than 10 products and need to spend for approximately rs.5000. (for getting back rs.699 and i’ve to spend around rs.5000) For example if i want to buy one product worth rs.699 then i can use only 50 to 100 points (this is already set by 100bestbuy for product by product) and remaining rs.450 to rs.500 i've to pay from my pocket. like that if i want to use my paid credit points i've to spend again approximately rs.10000 for some useless products. this is complete cheating no other online shopper is doing this kind of bogus. now i need my money return back to my account. i’ve attached all the screen shots related to this transaction. please help me to get back my money.

      I am raiyan tufail patel and i am from vaniyambadi and my complaint is as follows: on 19.06.2013 i received a call from 100 bestbuy that i have won the contest and i have to pay rs.7999/- for getting the product that is ambrane mini laptop lp-7 with 100% cash back and a free deal coupon of samsung galaxy s4 and they told me that the product will be delivered to me with in 10-15 working days.I waited for 20 days but after 20 days when i called the my calls and e-mails were unanswered.After that i asked for the refund because i did get my product to which they told me i have to send them the payment proof and after getting the proof they told me that i will getting the entire amount of rs.7999/- with in another 15 days.After struggling with them for one year again i received a call on 13.08.2014 that i will be not be the money directely instead i will be getting the product that is mentioned above.Till now i did not get my product and they are also not responding to my mails .Please sir look to this fraud company and help me to get my product as soon as possible. Contest Name: Google Nexus 5 (Black, 32GB) : Pay & get a chance to Win Contest Coupon They asked me to pay Rs.699 for this contest and I paid that amount through online. For that payment they had given Rs.699 worth credit points and they asked me to pay Rs.10000 to continue in the contest. This was not at all mentioned in their website.         I am also same victim like you with 100bestbuy.com, I have already 19, 999/- credit points, in other words Rs. 19, 999/-. I tried to buy a mobile through their website, I faced two problems. 1 The prices are very much higher than other online shopping websites and 2. Credit points can not be utilized fully.In this situation how can we buy the products on their website?? Our money is blocked and they use it for their own purpose and when we want to but anything they can not allow to utilize 100% credit points.
        In view of the above we should get together who have been cheated by 100bestbuy.com and go for legal action and teach them a lesson. We can easily find victims like you and me on the this website.
        I submitted complaints in this website as well other websites but there is no any action against them.
        Please check the possibility and reply accordingly to get our money back.

        I feel so sad. You lost almost Rs.19, 999/-. I don't think this complaint will do any recovery steps for our money. You see I already attached those screen shots and mentioned it was contest. But their customer care people asking order id and order item and etc., Simply they are cheating and looting our money. Atleast we'll make awareness to other people don't buy any thing from this site.
        Can we get our money back through initiating legal action???

          Complaint dated 23.09.2014 Dear Sir, This has reference to your comment on Akosha Team Ticket No.978647 Dt. 23.08.14 in which connection I advise you that on 19th June, 2014 I purchased Styker Heavy Duty Juicer at Rs.567/- out of which Rs.252/- adjusted from my credit point by the system and balance amount asked for payment for Rs. 315/-which was paid by me through Visa Debit Card on 19.06.14. Now the entire amount has been transferred in my credit point without my consent. My intention to buy my desired product and not to increase my credit point which is available only at their will. Please let me know what is the protection of the customer as a purchaser.. As a fair deal I expect that Rs.567/-* ( *breakup as Rs.315/- paid by me on 19.06.14 plus credit point Rs, 253/-adjusted by the system on 19.06.14) to be adjusted against my new purchase which they are not doing. Please ensure that at least Rs 567/- will be adjusted against new purchase and similar problem should not be occurred again and fresh amount should not be placed to my credit point. Please verify my credit point before 19.06.14 and after 19.06.14 you will find the fund received from me.The Company indulged the anti-consumer practices by placing the amount in credit point. Please let me know how a customer like my status a retired 72 years Senior Citizen is benefited from such a online deal from a on-line seller like100bestbuy.Instead of resolving the issue only harassing the customer.               Hi, I have participated Sony Experia z2 on 13th sep 2014 and realized that this is not useful any more and try to cancel my contest and the combo offered products, but I sent so many mails to [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com which are suggested by call center people. finally they shipped the products but we did not accepted and returned back.                 I participated in a contest from 100 best buy. The contest details are just 299 rs for 2 Fila T Shirts and 699 rs for Apple I Phone. In this contest their is a chance to win Apple I Phone, if not it happens i will receive 500 points to my 100 Best Buy account, by that i can do online shopping as per my choice. But the thing has happen that 2 Fila T Shirts has delivered to me is not my Size and I didn't win the Apple I Phone. But i didn't received my 500 points. Regarding this I raised many complaints for 100 Best buy customer care about my sizes and 500 points. regarding my t shirts they told me that they will do reverse pickup but not happened till today.                   In august 6, 2014 in a random survey I got to participate in a contest where I had to pay 699INR by my debit card and promised to give the money back as the credit point in 100bestbuy account. They claimed that using those points I can buy anything from 100bestbuy. After paying they called me and demanded another 10000INR for further participating. I denied to participate further. But I didn't received the credit points back. I have talked to their helpline several times. The communicating person gave me a deadline of 6th September; but they didn't returned it. This is being such a fraud that after calling several times later they didn't even receive the phone.

I am odered one tablet, one shirt, and a set of saree in the online shopping site www.100bestbuy.com. and at that time i was pay the amount through my debit card. This is one year befor. But after one year i dont get none of these ordered items. And also not refund to my bank account. I mailed to their coustamer service more than 50 times in the past one year for solve my problems. But i dont get any valid solution. And also called their coustumer service more than100 times in this duration. But idont get the valid solution. I lost my money in this sopping.                       To 100bestbuy.com Dear Sirs, I am writing this letter with good confidence and gesture that your company will help me after going through the following and prove that your company is 100 best buy. I have purchased a DELL Venue & Tablet in June 2014 vide Invoice No:1013004 dt.23.06.2014 ; Ref No; 31653533; AWB No: [protected] and the following are the details of your Bill. Item Code: 31653533 Description : DELL Venue 7 Tablet(16GB, wifi) 1 no. 14401.00 This Tablet was procured from you against a combo pack offer. I am not having any plan for purchasing a Tablet but after I received a call from your personnel that I was selected for a Combo pack of Dell Venue Tablet and a mouse. for Rs.15, 299/-. I was informed that I wlll get 50% cash back to my Account . The actual cost of this Tablet is Rs.9000/- only. I dont know about your website and its terms and conditions and based on the assurance given by you I paid Rs. 15299/-.online. After payment I came to know that the 50% cash back is not to my Bank Account, but it is in terms of credit points to my account. This is mere deceiving the customer by giving wrong information. I lost Rs.7, 000/- after deducting the cost of this Tablet. With the amount I paid I might have purchased a better configuration Tablet with SIM facility of my choice. I have received only Tablet and not received the Combopack. I was surprised that a Polo watch was sent to me with out my order and acceptance. The Tablet sent by you was put in operation 2 days back. The Tablet is not being charged with the Charger. After the switch is on, it is being switched off after few seconds. This is continuing every time i tried to switch on the tablet.                         Dear Sirs/Madam, I have submitted complaints periodically through your good website against 100bestbuy.com regarding their frauds and cheating with the people. Yesterday I tried to shop a Samsung galaxy Grand 7102 through their website. The price was mentioned Rs.21331/-, I have a total Rs. 19, 999/-credit in my account on their website. Hence I have to pay only balance Rs.1, 332/- on option to utilize credit points. As per their telephonic calls and mails, I have to pay only balance amount, but when I chose the option to utilise the credit points, I was given credit for only Rs.1, 849/- and remaining amount I have to pay them. Please see attached snapshot for your kind perusal and reference. The same mobile is available today in Rs. 17499/- on another website (Flipcart), hence they are charging price higher than market price. I called customer care support team regarding the same, They replied that we are not authorized to solve this issue as we do not have not authority about this, we register your complaint and authorized person will contact you for this matter. I have not received any call from them regarding this issue and I am really very disappointed due this type of behaviour from 100bestbuy.com Sirs, I have two strict complaints against 100bestbuy.com. 1. Prices are very much higher than other online shopping websites and 2. Non utilization of total credit points to buy anything without any prior information to the customer. This is clear fraud and cheating with the customers, therefore you are requested to take appropriate legal action against 100bestbuy.com website to sort out these types of issues permanently.                         Dear Sharangee Dutta,

                        Yes I paid a total amount of Rs.19, 999/- in three steps (Rs.7, 999/- on 15.02.2014, Rs. 11, 999/- on 26.03.2014 and Rs. 1/- on 29.03.2014 to participate in the contests. I received 2 tablets (1 Acer and 1 Lenovo) after a long following up and spending a lot of time and money.
                        I tried to shop the mobile as stated in my complaint, but could not shop the same as the prices are very much higher than other online shopping websites and non utilization of 100 credit points.

Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A102. & he request me to Pay 13, 999/-, I said i want all details by written Mail, I Fwd them mail with Three Points... . 1 I have to make Payemnt of 13, 999/-, which will secure to my Trail Balance A/c. 2 Free Gift -Micromax Canvas Doodle 3 A102 ( + Power Bank+Watch) With Sony Xperia Z2 3 You will not deduct my Trail balance of 13, 999/-, I can utilize it later for Other Shopping Purpose. They sent reply E-mail, "sir, you can do payment.IT'S our advertisement policy.nad you are selected as a lucky customer of the day." On Telephonic with Mr.Kumar speaks very Confidently & revert, sir i am your Guide & will secure your Profit, he gives assurance that in upcoming 7-8 working days. If you will not win you will get credit points." Now what is it, i don't know from where Suddenly contest Comes. When they written declared already that I am winner so how they Pull me Back as Participant. From Dt.08.09.14 to 11.08.2014 almost 8-10 mail & 15-18 Telephonic Conversation done but Never they Discussed on Participation of Contest, I have all details in my mail & From day 1 Conversation done it, If want mail Copy I Can Provide, You will found they never Used word like “Contest Participation.” 100Buy is Clearly Cheating with me.                             I participated in the contest of mobile phone by paying Rs.699 on which it was said win or get back cash. the cash was not returned but was credited in their websit from where we have to purchase a product. after some arguments, i still agreed to buy a product..its been a month the product is not yet delivered. i am fed up of calling the customer executives and have wasted almost a balance of Rs.200 making them calls everyday. the names of the customer executives are : Mr. Raj singh, the senior executive whose number was been forwarded to me by the jr.executive Mr.sunil. the phone is always switched off. Mr. Ravi Kumar who promised to deliver the products and was not available later on phone calls. Ms. Sarita padna and some Ms. Tanu who just disconnected the calls. the customers are treated so badly...I am on the urge of crying with this sort of behavior of 100bestbuy. just cant take this anymore..my Rs.800 are stuck with this online website and other expenses are different. Please look into the matter and try to get me either my product or my money back

After 1 week, we have recieved the delivery where i have found that the wrong material has been delivrerd (Samsung galaxy black star pro) worth rupees 7000/- only for which i have regsitered the complaint for product return and refund of amount which they have promised me.                                       Dear Sirs/madam,
                                      Please refer my complaints of 10th April, 9th may and 27th May submitted through your good website against 100bestbuy.com.
                                      First of all I want to say that I am not being informed regarding the results of the contests for which products I participated (Samsung Galaxy 4, Nokia Lumia 1020 and Nokia Asha 206) even after 4 months passed. They declared results of the contest on their website, but the products for which I participated is yet not declared. I asked them through mails as well as phone calls regarding the winners of the products as stated above, they replied that you are not lucky winner. I also asked them to inform me the name of winners for the products, but they denied to inform reality. It clearly shows that contests for the subject products have not been conducted and winners have not been declared.

                                      Secondly, when I want to buy anything from their website specially mobiles, the prices of the same are very much higher than other online shopping websites like Flipcart, Snapdeal, naaptol, Amazon etc..So it is very difficult to buy the product from their website and the amount deposited in their account which is paid at the time of participating in the contests became idle for a long time. I paid a total amount of Rs.19, 999/- to them and still it is unutilized due to the reason stated above.

                                      I found a lots of complaints against 100bestbuy.com on your good website regarding various issues from all over India and it is necessary to save the innocent people from such types of frauds playing by 100bestbuy.com.

                                      In view of the above, you are requested to look into the matter and take appropriate action against them.
