I am cheated again by 100bestbuy - (Suksh technology)
Already i have communicated earlier and sent mail stating that very clearly do not need your product and do not
Process for dispatch as i need my money back to my credit card account. Even today i have received the courier box from by deihivery courier. As i suspected you are the one of the best fraud
Company for ever.
I got shocked when i opened the parcel in front of delivery
Boy. Instead of product (Hcl tab) you people kept stone inside the parcel. I have
Taken the photo and asked couriered boy to returned back to you but they do not
Have option to taken back the product. As i had talk with avinash (Manager) from deihivery
Team, he has asked me to write the compliant and give to courier boy to take
Action and he has confirmed that sukesh technology guy will come and return
The product..
As i requested already, i need my money back to my account without delay
If i am not getting refund my money rs.12999/- back to my credit card account another 2 to 3 days, i will file the complaints to police station with my proff and will come there bangalore office with police and who is my point of contact make sure will put him/her into jail at least few days.
History:-
I am really unhappy with the service and customer support provided by the 100 best buy (Suksh technology). This is to bring to your notice that i had participated the contest sony on 24th june
2014. For this contest initially i had paid the contest entry amount of rs.699 and immediately i got a call from your customer executive who informed me to go further in the contest i need to pay amount of rs.12, 999 for which i would get hcl tablet and polo watch with amount 50% of around rs.8000 reverted back to my
Credit card but the problem here is i haven't received the promised product and
Nor the amount is credited back to my credit card account. I am cheated by
100bestbuy (Suksh technology) company. I requested them for the refund all my
Money back to my account the total of rs.13999. I am not interested to be with
100bestbuy any more, they are not at all transparent and everytime i call
Customer executive my calls are disconnected by the customer care executives
And not giving proper response i have written many mails and till now they haven’t
Replied to my emails.
Already i have emailed to all this email ids

The amount rs.12999/- will be refunded to my credit card account..
