        Dear sir I have requested for shirts through your website but item its not have ordered after i paid the courier person amount when i open it the shirt size and they have send it half sleeves not full which i requested and i order for festival, and your sales people when i call them they said it was by mistake and they advice me to send it back they will credit the point and they will not give us refund money.             100BESTBUY.COM SENT MAIL ME TODAY.
            THEY WROTE ME THAT THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER ON REQUEST OF ME.
            BUT I DID NOT REQUEST THEM TO CANCEL MY ORDER.I FORCED THEM TO DELIVER MY ORDER.
            THEY CANCELLED MY ORDER AND REFUND MY HARD MONEY AS CREDIT POINTS AT THEIR SITE.
            I CAN USE CREDIT POINTS TO FURTHER PURCHASE.I CANT USE WHOLE CREDIT POINTS BECAUSE THEIR SYATEM WILL DEMAND MORE MONEY FOR ANY PRODUCT WHICH I WANT TO BUY FROM THEIR SITE.THEY ARE DOING FRAUD VERY SMARTLY.PLEASE FORCED THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT OR CREDIT CARD.

                  I was surfing from way2sms.com and i was shocked with advertise that sony experia at rs699. Market price of sony experia is minimum rs.12000. When i clicked advertisement and filled up the purchase form. Also confirm the order by phone for cod. Later when i tracked my order, i saw that they had dispatched the wrist watch, when i called to customer care, call could not be connected. Also there is no provision to cancel the order.
                  This is cheat with customer and waste of my time and internet use. Shows one add and delivery different. I searched whole site to have secion of my orders so we can make any process on order. But i could not.

                    Hello sir/madam I brought a product from 100bestbuy.com. Which their customer service given completely wrong information about the product and forced me to buy. They have given completely wrong info not even a single bit was original information from them. Later on i realised and asked them to cancelled the product but intentionally they delayed and finally when i reached them. They are said your product has been delivered. Even that product is no use for me. I am asking them to take back my product and refund my amount as cash. Please do the needful. I don't think they are running a company. They are full & full trying to cheat other - please help me to get back my amount from them, even take proper action to avoid other to get cheated by them.                       Team, I am cheated again by 100bestbuy - (Suksh technology) Already i have communicated earlier and sent mail stating that very clearly do not need your product and do not Process for dispatch as i need my money back to my credit card account. Even today i have received the courier box from by deihivery courier. As i suspected you are the one of the best fraud Company for ever. I got shocked when i opened the parcel in front of delivery Boy. Instead of product (Hcl tab) you people kept stone inside the parcel. I have Taken the photo and asked couriered boy to returned back to you but they do not Have option to taken back the product. As i had talk with avinash (Manager) from deihivery Team, he has asked me to write the compliant and give to courier boy to take Action and he has confirmed that sukesh technology guy will come and return The product.. As i requested already, i need my money back to my account without delay If i am not getting refund my money rs.12999/- back to my credit card account another 2 to 3 days, i will file the complaints to police station with my proff and will come there bangalore office with police and who is my point of contact make sure will put him/her into jail at least few days. History:- I am really unhappy with the service and customer support provided by the 100 best buy (Suksh technology). This is to bring to your notice that i had participated the contest sony on 24th june 2014. For this contest initially i had paid the contest entry amount of rs.699 and immediately i got a call from your customer executive who informed me to go further in the contest i need to pay amount of rs.12, 999 for which i would get hcl tablet and polo watch with amount 50% of around rs.8000 reverted back to my Credit card but the problem here is i haven't received the promised product and Nor the amount is credited back to my credit card account. I am cheated by 100bestbuy (Suksh technology) company. I requested them for the refund all my Money back to my account the total of rs.13999. I am not interested to be with 100bestbuy any more, they are not at all transparent and everytime i call Customer executive my calls are disconnected by the customer care executives And not giving proper response i have written many mails and till now they haven’t Replied to my emails. Already i have emailed to all this email ids - [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@suksh.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com but no one Has responded yet.                               had online paid 1319 ruppes for jones jeans, but company not send me jeans also not return my money. Only given me credit point, when i used credit point for next purchasing, but asking for 50 to 60 prasent amount. Multiple time mail i ncompany wesite but not responding also customers care not given me satisfaction answer. It's fraud website, they are chitter and chit to customer.

                                    I ordered a PUMA t shirt for Rs.750 with order number 31009340 and I received a wrong t shirt, for a lesser price and different brand and size. I have tried writing mails to them and talk to their customer service like 100 time with no answer to return the product and either get the t shirt I ordered or get a refund.
                                    100BestBuy.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      Sir, I had ordered a product on this website on 10th May 2014, I havent received the product nor the tracking number which was suppose to be sent within 24 hours. I keep calling on the customer care no which never responds. I have already paid for the product and I need a refund. Reporting a complaint against this website making false claims, taking the money from the consumer and not delivering the product. Product yet not Delivered on 5th July after many mails and calls to customer care, there is almost 2 months passed

                                      Directly not answered me but http://www.akosha.com/ solved my problem thanks to them and if you want to submit complaint properly go to http://pgportal.gov.in/ and lodge your complaint
