I ordered a product from 100bstbuy.com[protected]. I got my product from 100 bestbuy.com & but it is not the same as i ordered. Colors are different, style are different even product fabric are too different like low quality. Even i opened the packet the packed plastic is unsealed. My complain number registered[protected] by nirmal, the 100bestbuy executive. I have sent product via overnite express tracking number ([protected]) on return address. I have also attached a copy of courier details to them. After that, i have called so many times in customer care and always i heard same line "our executive busy with other customers". If some body picks a call then he says sir our server is down please call after 1 hour or tomorrow. Even then i keep call to them they picked call & say sir your issue resolve in two day, a week, till today evening an all that. It has been passed two months & still waiting to resolve the issue. I got the mail from 100bestbuy.com for refund. The amount they are refunding that is not the actual amount. The actual amount is Product cost (Rs. 1165) + and the courier charges what I spent on to send back the product on return address (Rs. 404) & total is 1165+404=1569. so Please pay courier charges as well according to had word with 100bestbuy.com executive. He said to refund courier amount with product cost as well.

    We have ordered a product in 100bestbuy.com. And they have returned some wrong product. And we have raised complaints against that product to them after they didnt recollect the product also. We have returned the product with our own money and they got it that next day itself. But they didnt replace the product yet. Two months we have waited and they didnt responding. We are totally frustrated with the service. We need immediate action by them.
    Want the amount return along with shipping charge and courier charge.

        Hello sir, i already send back that defective black color mobile (Your courier service person came and collected product from my address). I never seen, this kind of worst service. Last two month continuously i called (More then 100 times) to your customer service that you mentioned in the about replay. Same kind of replay only they said wait a some more days, some more days. I also waited long time. This month 4th and 5th i called again, that time you said that mobile model is unavailable in your site. So your are trying to arrange for the replacement, again i waited for two days. After two days i called again, that time you said that the courier service is unavailable that why you haven't dispatched the product and once we are dispatch the product that time the tracking number will my mail id. So again waited a week, But without any tracking number and information form your side, i received a mobile last week only (Aug-14). The worst things is the same defective mobile i received with same black color. First, read the customer complaints, why the customer returning the product and what is the problem with the product and while re-sending the product for replacement your are not checking the product and your are not cross check with customer complaints. I never seen a product shipment has done without any tracking number. Finally i received the same mobile (Defective mobile, first time received na that mobile). After that i called again (Aug-14) and informed that i received a same defective mobile, that time you said that you will send a new mobile to my address and that old defective mobile u will collect from me. So that i waited again. But yesterday (Aug-20) i called and asked about the status of the mobile, then your are telling that the received old defective items i have to send to the product to concerned address present in 100bestbuy parcel. I'm asking one things, on aug-14th itself i called na, that time why your not informed this kind of details and now your telling it. After long discussion with your team, then your given a conformation for getting my money back with in two days. See sir, i wont send it again and again, i[censored] want please come and collect it from my address and i don't want any replacement for that. I want my money back now. This much delay for a single product is too. Still one more day is there to get my money back. Please don't think to cheat me again.

        I per your request, i tried to send the product, but it shipment cost goes around rs.800. so, I wont send it. first time mistake is acceptable, but again you send the defective product. its is not at all acceptable.

              Dear sir, This webste http://www.100bestbuy.com is totally fraud, people think when we buy things in their contest, they doesnt give price to any one, they offer price only those person who buy things more then 10000 rs, so everybody careful with this site, dont play the contest please, they will not give u any price, they will offer the price who purchase more then 10000 rs shopping, and the sale mob at 150% rate the actual rate of mobile is 7500 rs the sale for 11000 this is known as 100buy.com so people dont buy and dont play contest be carefull, i m the victim they fraud with me thxs. Take good action against his site, hope this site will banned soon sir.

                I was congratulated and told that in the contest on the 15th august 2014 i am lucky customer for sony xperia z2 mobile with special price for rs.699/- by a mail from [protected]@yahoo.co.in. Accordingly, i remitted the amount of rs 699/- by transfer of fund which was also acknowledged in the merchant site url://www.100bestbuy.com and i was advised the order details :order number:[protected]. Today morning i received a call from a representative of your company whose mobile no is [protected] who congratulated me and told me that the product will be delivered to me to my mailing address within 2 days. After that one person whose mobile no is +[protected] contacted me and ask me to visit the site and communicated that the product to be selected and product for which i remitted the money as winner will not be sent to me. I refused to obliged as this is nothing but cheating. How you can say this after communicating that i am the winner for the product in the contest at a price of rs.699/-. Kindly let me know the mails and other communications i have received are genuine or not. Otherwise i am filing a complain to police as my younger brother is a senior police officer who can approach crime deptt to nab the culprits. If not, why the company is not keeping the commitment, please let me know by mail and return the amount remitted to you yesterday by tomorrow positively. Thank you. By the advice of customer, i made the payment and it was promised that the product will be delivered with in 6 to 7 days.                   Sir, after 48 hours of the complain no action has been taken by t 100bestbuy.com, rather when I called the customer care the reply was that, 'there is a problem with the courier service, the item will be dispatched today'. This was the reply on 13 Aug 14. On 14 Aug 14, when I ranged up I got the same reply. On 15 Aug 14 also I got the same reply. I don't know what to do now. Please, Please, help me out.

                    I ordered for pack of 5 koutons formal shirt from 100best buy. The product got delivered on 03rd july, and is not at all satisfactory and the reasons are as mentioned below: 1. Ordered for formal shirts as per the advertisement on the website but casual shirts are delivered 2. Size ordered for 42 but 40 got delivered 3. Ordered for koutons shirt but some local brand is delivered 4. Colour totally different from what ordered Product was returned on 14jul and till date refund is not processed.

                      Sir/madam I have made a complain on 06th august 2014. But, still no communication have been made by the 100bestbuy.com officials.in the previous letter i asked for refund the amount of rs 1560/- for making order. I have asked for refund only because one of three products i ordered i had received and found the product was not original for this immediately i returned the product. Today on 12th august 2014 the bluedart (Situated at port blair, south andaman, andaman & nicobar islands) courier service called me to collect one product send by the 100bestbuy.com. I surprised that the product reached at around 320 km far of my given delivery address i. E. Diglipur north andaman. I frequently mailing to the 100bestbuy.com to refund the amount i paid for. But the 100bestbuy.com sending me some different product this has been confirmed by the mail they have sent me.                         I had participatedin a contest with the mentioned site for a mobile phone. for that i had paidinr 699/- to them. Afterthat they give me code to scratch, Iscratch it and got a gift (a mobile, one branded power bank & a reachwatch) which i haven’t received completely till date. had received the powerbank (in pictures it was different and had received a different one) For thegift i had been ask to pay inr11999/- It’sbeen informed to me that it will be credited to my account as credit points. I havegot credit point but there is some miscalculation from the companies end and igot 18697/- credit points for life time for further purchasing. Ihad punches some cloths from the site but yet not received, While purchasingonly i came to know that i can’t use the credit points fully for the paymentthere will be only 50% credit points and rest i have to pay from my pocket (it'a trap) · todayon 11/08/12 i received a call saying they don’t have the products which i hadordered. · ijust don’t want to go ahead with the company, i want to withdraw all my claimsand want my money back. · ireceive one china made power bank as gift i am ready to give it back to company/orany other solution is needed. · idon’t want to participate in the competition anymore because the company willgive me some fake product as they had given me china made power bank as gift. · theresenior staff never receive calls, never got reply for important e-mails Verypoor experience i had been cheated, i don’t want anything just help me to getmy money back if possible please.

                          I received a wrong order on june 5th, i called the customer care team and they said they will send a person to collect the parcel, they dint send anyone for 1 week and when i called back and demanded for an explanation for this they said, no one is available sir please send it on your own we will refund you the cost so i sent it back, i even tracked down the order i sent and i found out that it reached on 18th june. I have called for at least 30 times since then, and all the time customer care support people are saying that there is a technical problem, please wait for 2, 3 days. Its been more than 60 days, i dint get any update I ordered for a combo of 3 swank men chinos (Maroon + green (Skc-609) + brown (Skc-607) and i received 3 brown trousers. All are similar trousers. I paid 150 rs for returning the parcel. I even sent them the dtdc pay receipt. My contact number is [protected].

                                It is very strange that you have all the information at the time of order by searching through mobile no. But when a complaint is made that becomes irrelevant. It shows that you are not serious about the complaint. I got a call from your representative also who was having all the details, but he asked me to make a payment of Rs.1 as delivery charges for resending the consignment and he told me that this is company
                                policy. However when I asked the detail of the account details in which I can make the payment, he told me that the payment can be made by Debit/Credit Card only and I have to provide the detail of my Credit/Debit Card to you.
                                It means you are making fool of the customers. You first send the goods which are not as per order and then ask for card details on the pretext of having a policy of Rs.1 delivery charges and then use the card details for making wrong payments in your favour.

                                Further you are not providing ant invoice with the order which is contravention of our land laws. It seems that you are also not paying Excise/ VAT to the respective governments.

                                  Sir/Madam, I had placed a order of three products worth Rs. 1560/-(Two shirt and one trouser) to the 100bestbuy.com portal on 30th June 2014 one of the shirt has been delivered to me on 1st August 2014 just after one month which is not of original brand it's totally duplicate. I have immediately return the product by the Indian Post on the next day. the shirt which I placed the order was 'Blackberrys' but they send me a different colour and duplicate one. And the details of other two product is not showing in the tracking details. the problem I have several time consult to the given contact No. i.e. [protected] and also send them mails but the site administrator is not responding. today again I made a call, one of their executive confirms me that they will call me back just after half an hour but still I didn't receive any call. This type of commitment they had made previously also but didn't call me. Now I want the amount which I had paid to make the order.Please take necessary action so that I can get rid of this site.                                   I have made a complain on 06th August 2014. But, still no communication have
                                  been made by the 100bestbuy.com officials. In the previous letter I asked for
                                  refund the amount of Rs
                                  1560/- for making order. I have asked for refund only because one of three
                                  products I ordered I had received and found the product was not original for
                                  this immediately I returned the product. Today on 12th August 2014 the Bluedart
                                  (situated at Port Blair, South Andaman, Andaman & Nicobar
                                  Islands) courier service called me to collect one product send by the
                                  100bestbuy.com. I surprised that the product reached at around
                                  320 Km far of my given delivery address i.e. Diglipur North Andaman. I
                                  frequently mailing to the 100bestbuy.com to refund the amount I paid for. But
                                  the 100bestbuy.com sending me some different product this has been confirmed by
                                  the mail they have sent me.

                                  Further, I am requesting please refund the amount instead
                                  sending some different products.

                                    I paid 699 for a contest entry this month on 3rd july 2014 and its brought me a lot of pain and misery instead (have the entire conversation recorded on my phone) i was immediately called and asked for 9999 as an entry for a contest for the nokia lumia 1020 and i paid that amount on 7th july 2014 and got the amount of 10698 credited to my 100bestbuy account. i was told i am selected in top 15 people for this offer and that the results will be declared in 15 days. i was promised two watches and an iball silver slide 2g tablet (7236) as free gifts for this contest, that would be shipped within seven days to my address on the call (have the entire conversation recorded as well). i received the tablet however no watches in the parcel that arrived. there are no contest results as yet and no mention of it on the website and i am wondering if my money was spent based on a lie. i went online and tried to redeem my credit points that are there, however when i select any product i want to buy, it still asks me to pay 75% of it instead o[censored]sing my credits on the website. this is a scam. you can’t go around misleading people like this and then sending an invoice priced at 9999/- for a product whose mrp is 6999/- and that too a gift. the product was a freebie and it cannot be invoiced as 9999/- this is plain cheating. secondly, if credits are on your website, then why should i pay for products instead of redeeming them for products listed to get my money out. my money is stuck and this is what they are doing with many customers i learned about. They responded and said: Dear amit furtado As per our company policy you cannot utilize your credit points in single purchase credit points will be deducted as per your purchase. So we kindly request you to utilize credit points as system allowing you to use and rest of the amount need to pay on line. Regards 100bestbuy I responded to that: Hi Your website says • all participants will get cash-back in terms of credit points (for eg:100% cashback: if you buy any deal worth rs 100 you will be getting 100 credits points in your 100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy For eg:50% cashback: if you buy any deal worth rs 100 you will be getting 50 credits points in your 100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy) • with this points user can buy any other products on 100bestbuy Why doesn't it clearly say what your saying so that customers are not fooled. Who wants to makes single purchase even when i have to buy shoes worth 699 i have to make a payment of 400 out of that and only 299 goes from credit points. whats the logic behind this and why isn't it made clear on your website in your terms and conditions. this is misleading information. I need my money back then you can collect your free tab else i have the recordings in which your representatives have quoted stating that you could buy anything with the credit points and you don't have to pay anything more. i will hand it over to core and put it online on all websites i am aware of or start a fraud case against you. I have proof you are misleading people instead of being clear with them i give you three days

                                        I purchased one shirt and two bed sheets from 100 best buy. it costs a total of 1547 including shipment and was paid online. But i got only one shirt which is different from that i ordered and lower in MRP comparing that given on site.I dont yet recieved two bedsheets.customer care responds in a irresponsible manner and now they are not replying

                                        i got only two mails after confirmation of order.i lost rs 1547 after confirmation from my account. The sms sent by 100 best buy has no order no etc..it contains just my address.the order date is 14-7-14 and my phone no is [protected].am aslo attaching the slip pasted above the parcel of shirt i recieved. that shirt too is a fake product.the second mail i got after confirmation had the details of shirt only.screen shots of all mails are attaching here.
