I had ordered for a pair of jeans from 100bestbuy. However the size was not correct, and as per the replacement procedure i rang up customer care and they asked me to send the product for replacement with the correct size. They also told me that as there was no pickup service available here, they said they would reimburse the courier charges. Accordingly i sent the jeans back, but inspite of my repated mails they did not replace the product nor did they respond to my queries.

Complaint marked as Resolved The company sent me the replacement which was pending for almost 3 months immediately after filin of the complaint. Thanks to you, I got the product. However the courier charge was not reimbursed, but thats Okay for me...
