Hi I ordered in online 5 coutons shirts through 100 bet buy but they sent 38 size for this i called to customer care and raised complaint for reversse pick up this is done before one and half month back. Still i didnot get any reverse pick up for 100 best buy and i didnt get any new shirts also. Its cost around 1200.\ My details are Durga prasanna kumar Cell no [protected]

    I am really unhappy with the service and customer support provided by the 100 bestbuy. This is to bring to your notice that i had participated the contest on google nexus 5 on 22nd april 2014. After which there is no updates or news from 100 bestbuy. For this contest initial i had paid the contest entry amount of rs.699 and then i got a call from your customer executive who informed me to go further in the contest i need to pay amount of rs.12, 999 for which i would get free micromax funbook mini wifi 3g tablet (P410i) and a reebok wrist watch and the amount of 12999 would reverted back to my credit card by 100bestbuy. But the problem here is i haven't received the promised product and nor the amount is credited back to my credit card. I feel like i am cheated by 100bestbuy company. Order nos is 14215902 which has no track on shipment nothing on it and i don't find any such shipment followup on website. I requested them for the refund all my money back to my account the total of rs.13998. I am not interested to be with 100bestbuy any more, they are not at all transparent and everytime i call customer executive my calls are disconnected by the customer care executives and when i ask for supervisor it is informed that i will get a call back. Which i have never got it till now. I was also informed to send an email to [protected]@100bestbuy.com and they will provide the solution. Till now they havent replied to my emails. I have emailed to all this email ids - [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@suksh.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com but none has responded to me.       Hello sir, I already send back that defective black color mobile (your courier service person came and collected product from my address) . I never seen, this kind of worst service. Last two month continuously I called(more then 100 times) to your customer service that you mentioned in the about replay. Same kind of replay only they said wait a some more days, some more days. i also waited long time.

      This month 4th and 5th i called again, that time you said that mobile model is unavailable in your site. so your are trying to arrange for the replacement, again i waited for two days. after two days i called again, that time you said that the courier service is unavailable that why you haven't dispatched the product and Once we are dispatch the product that time the tracking number will my mail ID. so again waited a week,

      But without any tracking number and information form your side, I received a mobile last week only (Aug-14). The worst things is the same defective mobile i received with same black color.

      First, read the customer complaints, why the customer returning the product and what is the problem with the product and while re-sending the product for replacement your are not checking the product and your are not cross check with customer complaints.I never seen a product shipment has done without any tracking number. finally i received the same mobile( defective mobile, first time received na that mobile).

      After that i called again(Aug-14) and informed that i received a same defective mobile, that time you said that you will send a new mobile to my address and that old defective mobile u will collect from me. so that i waited again.

      But yesterday(Aug-20) i called and asked about the status of the mobile, then your are telling that the received old defective items i have to send to the product to concerned address present in 100bestbuy parcel. I'm asking one things, on Aug-14th itself i called na, that time why your not informed this kind of details and now your telling it. After long discussion with your team, then your given a conformation for getting my money back with in two days.

      See sir, i wont send it again and again, i[censored] want please come and collect it from my address and i don't want any replacement for that. i want my money back now. This much delay for a single product is too.

      Still one more day is there to get my money back. Please don't think to cheat me again.

      As per your request, i tried to send the product, but it shipment cost goes around rs.800. so, I wont send it. first time mistake is acceptable, but again you send the defective product. its is not at all acceptable.
      Refund my money and if you want, you can collect the product from my address. But, surly i want my money back.

        I ordered for blackberrys combo pack of 3 men assorted shirts on 17 june and received the product on 21 june (saturday). firstly there was no order no. provided with the order, the worst thing i have ever seen while shopping online. secondly, the product i received was not genuine at all, it was totally fake. all the 3 shirts are some copy of original blackberrys shirts. all 3 shirts do not appear to have the same type of logo even though when they are of same brand (blackberrys). on the top of the site the first thing i saw was 100% genuine products, which i am completely sure this site is not delivering. i already own some original and completely genuine products from blackberrys and i know how they look like, so it was not difficult for me to recognize the fraudulent product. the logo is fake, the quality of cloth is worse than that and neither of the shirts have the original tags that comes with the genuine products. i request for the refund (not in the 100bestbuy account) and not any replacement.             I ordered a the teemaker indigoblue full sleeves denim double pocket men shirt (rcdsh-ib) initially on 17th march 2014 with the reference order no. 29540326. i was promised 10 days of delivery of the product but 2 months passed without receiving anything but false promises from the customer service. they kept saying that the product had been sent to the courier service but failed to provide any tracking no.. after my complaint on 26th may 2014 they gave me a new reference no. 30650919 for my order and since then have been delaying my product on the pretext that it is out of stock. however it is almost a month again, i have been continuously trying to reach them through their email [protected]@100bestbuy.com but they fail to provide me with an appropriate response..

                              I was ineterested in a combo deal in 100bestbuy.com, and place order for it and made full payment thru netbanking on 12 may 2014. And in their website in my account they have updated like the item sent thru bluedart with a awb no, but the no is not valid, in the bluedart website it shows that there is no consignment on the given no. I have sent so many emails to their service, care, info emails (100bestbuy.com) there is no response an di got only automated reply. While trying their customer care no only can hear recorded voice, no body attending the complaints.                                   This is balaji, from hyderabad. I have ordered goods from 100bestbuy.com may a times, and when comes to my last transaction its around 7999/- with the product naming "datawind ubisurfer 9 netbook (White)" was delivered where the actual product ordered was "ambrane mini laptop lp-7" and also the order was cancelled before delivery. The customer support team has assured me that the amount will be refunded in to the bank as i have cancelled the order. Instead of cancelling the order they have sent a worng product which was not at all ordered by me. The prodect is sent back to the same address the next day after the delivery and the acknowlwdgement is taken from the company that the product is received at their end. A complaint is registered regarding this with 100bestbuy.com in 2013 and its almost around 6 months and there is no response from the team of 100bestbuy. Order no. 12877088 Reference no. 26758359 And the dtdc tracking no. Of the item sent back is v14769478 No customer care executive is responding and processing this request in a correct manner.                                   Again the same thing repeated. Datawind Ubisurfer 9 Netbook is again sent back to my house with out any conformation or call.
                                  Also the device is not working.
                                  Also the box doesn't contain the warrenty card, bill, user manual.
                                  The device is not ordered by me. And the issue started with the payment of 7999 for participating in a mobile contest.
                                  The thing is, I have cancelled the order which the person from 100bestbuy asked me to do with in 5 min of the payment.
                                  A conformation of that is done. But its still not getting cleared and these unwanted waste material are delivered.
                                  Also the cost of the device is mentioned as 3997 where the payment done was 7999.
                                  How and what is this thing happening to me.
                                  I am not going to tolerate this any more.
                                  If i am not going to get the money refunded as cash or check in my account. I am seriously going to file a case against 100bestbuy.
                                  Make this as an order from the customer and do the thing which needs to be done properly.

                                    Hi I would like to bring all in to your notice that never ever pay any amount either online or cash to 100 bestbuy.com. This seems to be a fraud and fake online company. I made payment for rs 699 for a contest. Next day i receive a call that if you want to win you will have to pay rs 918 more after that we will give you code coupan to match the contest on 15th june. Rs 918 for service charges and one watch for rs worth around 200. When i contacted their customer care number nobody ever picks up te phone. Also nobody will respond to your email. I wanted to get my money back but after several emails and calls made to their given numbers and email ids on website. Nobody responds.                                       Sir, on 22-03-14 while surfing net oofer comes to me to purchase a mobile in 699 rs i clicked on that and paid a amount by internet banking after that in few minutes 100 best buy company calls me and said me to pay around 5000 to get this mobile and if i dont want to pay this amount i can do shoping for the amount i paid. I agree to shop and regret the mobile. After thjat i purchase a formal shirt of cost 699 (Aprox) but again from my account 666 deducted and when i talk to company they said that ist time while purchasing 40 % (Approx) will be deducted than 70% and then 100 %. And in this way i paid them total amount of 1365 rs. But purchasing was done of only 699rs. And till date 07-06-14 also i have not recieved my shirt and company is saying that it is not in their stock. Every time i talk same response i got from company. Pls help me to recover my money back
