I have ordered my phone from us, got information that it reached here in delhi, hold on customs... Privately, dhl delivery man communicated through whtsupp with me and asked to trabsfer 26k immidiately to clear customs duty fee.. His proof added below.. Name= ahmed hashim Last name = murad Position = fleet & fecilitation admin Division = service Personal no = [protected] And he also added it can can be refundable.. I believed his words and send my full amount successfully.. To this account below Bank name: indian bank Account name: freelancerdevelopers A/c: [protected] Ifsc: idib000g001 I dnt knw it is right or not... After that he again demand for paying me rs= 18k for insurance refundable fee... How can i pay??? I cant understand, i am loose now.. Kindly help me My nomber= [protected] Shihab. P Pmr house, p. I'm Selva kumar from Chennai phone cost is 10000 that is buy one get one offer. On starting they ask advance just 5000 and while reaching goa, mumbai and Tamil Nadu airport they asked 10000, 8000, 15000, 3000, 7000, atlast they asking 20000. after paying this 20000 they refund the total amount and delivery the parcel I just want money back they are cheating us.there is no tracking number or any information they only asking money to pay.

Before Few days ago i purchased one laptop from canada and shipper guy Mohamed (+[protected] put that parsel in dhl courrier service after this delivery man Ahmed hashim murad(+[protected] called me on my what's app number ([protected]) with his which i attached in this mail also and his id card and photos and photos of my courrier which shipping guy put there and parsel was already paid and after this parcel getting reached india from come my address delivery guy asking 5000rs more money for courrier clearance from customes and asking again & again for deliver at my address.
i need help from your side & team till now I'm waiting for my parcel and sorry also for my english also not better.please help me out from this matter.
