This is regarding my experience with the 1mg

I placed two orders
1) Order Number: PO[protected]-212 Placed on: August 5, 2016
2) Order Number: PO[protected]-380 Placed on: August 6, 2016


Reported the issue with the items got, as i use to monitor glucose level
regularly before breakfast/after breakfast and dinner. I found an increase of
glucose level by 100 in the morning to evening. I have reported the duplicacy
of item to 1MG, But No action has been taken from them.

Better to not order from 1MG, avoid discounts on medicine as they use to deliver the item
which are in their stock from long time.

After all, it is a big loss to my mother health just because of the 25% discount.
Now, it will take another 15 days with the correct insulin from stores to get the same results as before.

Dear sir,

I approached to niramya laboratory through www.1mg.com for chromosome analysis of myself & my wife (Order id: po[protected]-124 dated. 08.03.16). They collected blood two times for my investigation. Till today i am approaching both firms for justification on two times collection of my blood for single investigation but they are not able to clarify my doubt. I called many times to niramya lab for justification and got three different reason of repeat collection on first three calls. They are hiding something from me but they are not explaining the same. In such case 1mg is also not helping me.
Around 10 days back i received a mail from 1mg for arranging doctor call for clarification but now niramya lab is refusing for arranging doctor call. It is happening because they have done some big mistake which they do not want to open. 1mg is also fully supporting to vendor (Niramya lab). Please help me for taking legalaction on both firm. They both (Niramya lab & 1mg) are supporting to each other and bypassing my request.

Friends please try to avoid services of both firms if you are conscious with taking of your health.

My Doctor prescribed me Minoz(100 mg) tablet for 2 months. After taking about 20 tablets, I ordered remaining 40 (4 strips) from 1mg.com. After taking the first tablet from the new strips, I have gone through severe allergic reactions and it caused severe hives. My doctor has to give even injections to counter the allergy. Then I mailed them to return the remaining and get the refund but they told that they have no return policy. Also...

Also in there site it is clearly mentioned that they do not guarantee the authenticity of the medicine and I quote: "The product is being supplied directly by the vendors associated with the Company and the Vendor concerned shall solely be responsible for the authenticity and genuineness of the product so ordered." So I suggest please never buy medicines from 1mg.com. They are fraud and there is no guarantee that a duplicate medicine is delivered to you.
