Since the introduction of gst i have been submitting my gst no. To 1mg but they refuse to include our gst no.
They are selling high then how can they deny our gst claim from the government?

Before 2 weeks i ordered a face shield mask and disposable hand gloves. But 1mg delivered me with more than 100 face masks. No gloves at all. I placed a return request. They canceled my request and didn't refund my money. It costs more than rs. 800. I want my money back, and want them to pick their wrong products from my address. Please help me.

I ordered a medicine from 1mg on 3rd june'2020. Today is 9th june and 7 days passed, still order is not delivered yet. Even after repeated follow up, i did not get any proper response from 1mg customer executives and even the order status not changed yet. Every time they are saying some date and giving some irrelevant excuses to justify their faults.
They are dealing with medicine service which comes under essential service and cant see any proactiveness from their side to deliver the order faster.
Request you to take some positive steps and let me know if you need any further details from my side to way forward for fix this issue.
I am really in urgent need of the medicine which i ordered.

I had placed an order for medicines with the order no po[protected]. The order was delivered well in time. However, the medicines that were delivered to me were not ones i had ordered. The invoice displays the medicines as per my order but the product received was very very different. They are not available on customer care no due to shortage of staff because of covid. I was asked to raise my complaint on the app and write a mail. I have been doing it diligently. For the first few days, they had replied. Their last message was a commitment to arrange a call by their executive. It's been 2 days that they have not replied back and neither has anyone tried to connect with us. All these medicines are for a heart patient which should not be skipped. We had ordered online as we wanted to avoid the risk of going into a public place. We are still without medicines as i have already paid for it once and cannot buy them again.

An amount of rs. 1446 was debited from my 1mg account for placing a order containing medicines and 1mg care plan for special benefits. Amount was debited but order is not showing in my account. On contacting support team of 1mg, their replies as follows :
1. Amount will be refunded to me.
2. Amount is not received from account, order placed on cash on delivery (Cod)
3. Provide cash transaction id for taking action.

4. (On seeing of invoice) amount rs. 224/- received from me for 1mg care plan and for medicine cod.
In view of the above, you can see the rubbish of 1mg team.
Please take strict action.

I oderd medicine. And orders confirm and I make advance payment again order. But orders nit delivered product not delivered so i ask about customer care.. Executive say product not available so sir plz cancel order any our company refud your. Money in 17 may.. But company not refund my money. And her executive says.. Refund money.. But m not recived money

I have ordered for erythropietin level test. I gave sample on 21 may and it was said that reports will come within 96 hrs
.. It has been more than 4 days now ans results are still not out

Sir/ma'am i had ordered a pair of hand sanitizer by 1mg which was available in the stock. Then it automatically got cancelled on 26th april 2020 for which i have not received any refund till date. The company had replied on my mail just by saying that refund is initiated. I had called the customer care which had not received my call saying due to covid-19. It had closed. They are just asking for more time to refund but ideally refund should be with in 48 hours. But despite that, i had not received any refund. Please help me in getting my refund as i am in shortage of money due to covid-19 situation. Looking forward for your kind help.

I ordered one kudos hand sanitizer 5l from 1mg.com and i received the product, but the product has no label no seal no batch no. No mfg exp date mrp rate mothing no brand label also, then i submitted return request also and i mailed details of product i received and photos of product and bill i received, but they are pushing issue they are not arranging return and refund for the product

The company is engaged in fraudulent activities as it take order and insists on making online payment first then they will keep dragging your delivery date for days and weeks. Once you cancel your order out of frustration then keep chasing them for refund. Most important thing is that there into medicine delivery business hence should be behaving more responsibly.

I ordered N95 mask from 1mg with filter for Rs 300. But they send me a fake N95 mask which anyone can say fr looking at it. Just my printing ISI label doesn't solve the purpose. They should be penalised for this self interest at the time of nation wide crisis.

Order no - po[protected] on 18 march, which was cancelled and asked to resubmitt again as prescription issue and new order no - po[protected] dated 22.03.2020. Now the issue is today on 28 march still its showing pending and on customer support they are answering me that will be sent tomorrow. This tomorrow is since 24th march and again everyday the same tomorrow.

If there are no suppliers why are you talking the orders. Some medicines needs to be addressed asap. 10 days still you ask to wait till 4th april, even that you are not sure.

I had ordered medicines which had 20% discount which they have reduced to 18%, may this be the reason that they are behind 2% extra discount.

I urge everyone to think before ordering as during this lockdown there are much chances of 1mg to cancell the order and not taking any responsibility. So get it from shop or other app, as situation can get worst ahead. Be prepared.

I booked lab test online for RS 899at 1 mg company.1 mg company refuses to give me a original hard copy of invoice
With original stamp and signature for my payment of RS 899.they gave me soft copy with digital stamp and digital signature, which is invalid as payment proof .I request company for many times but they refuses to give me a original hard copy of invoice with original stamp and signature

I have ordered medicines online in 1mg and paid by amazon upi on jan 17 got a message debited from savings bank alert linked to upi then got message from 1mg order cancelled then i paid from paytm on jan 18th and it was processed and delivered to me wrt payment on jan 17 th they said they have issued refund on 21st jan and will be credited before jan feb4th but it is january 8 th they have not credited there is no complaint cell and sending emails with no resolution. Beware of online transaction with 1mg, if anybody has medical emergency then you payment is blocked or lost as it happened in my case.1mg ticket no 2158591,, 2103506.

through 1mg have not been delivered.but status showing order delivered. It was assigned to ekart logistics delivery guy named Nikhil Saurav.without contacting me he delivered my order elsewhere.when complaint about it to 1 mg they are showing my receiving signature which is entirely different from my signature.I had done my payment in prepaid mode.

I have ordered 10 strips biotee 10 mg tablet but you shipped me unseal box containing only 9 strip, when i opened it i found only 9 strip and one strip missing.. The worker have stolen or they wrongly put 9 instead of 10 strip... Fraud company and worker. Please put action and reply to kumari jaya, email= jkashyap. [protected]@gmail.com, and contact no. I had ordered few medicine against order no. Po[protected] on 17th nov. They did not sent. And cancelled my order on their own... And not even refunded my money.

As per their app.. It shows that they had refunded my money on 18th november... Which is totally false. Neither they have refunded and not even initiated. I have confirmed the same from paytm.

On various complaint and mails... They are not even replying my mails.
