Respected Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally complain about the non-functioning of my Airtel broadband connection for the past 18+ days (since 9th February 2025, 1:00 PM)... I was offered a bundled plan by an Airtel agent, which included Airtel Fiber WiFi, DTH TV, and multiple OTT subscriptions under a single package. Trusting the offer, I agreed and made the payment immediately.
The next day, an engineer arrived and installed only the WiFi, stating that the DTH dish antenna would be installed the following day... I have called Airtel multiple times, but they have not canceled my connection and keep on sending me bills. Their recovery agents are very rude to us and despite numerous requests, they have recovered money from me by threatening me. I paid the bill of 1767, and they had committed to square up my connection, but the bills are still being generated and wifi has not been stopped... I recharged my Airtel DTH with ₹258 for the Tamil SD pack on January 13, 2025, which was supposed to be valid for 30 days. However, my service was unexpectedly disconnected on February 4, 2025, after only 20–22 days.
Upon contacting customer care for clarification, I was informed that the amount was adjusted due to the inclusion of three HD à la carte channels...
I called airtel dth consumer complain multiple times they state it's their server problem and will fix by 24 hr but no change .
