have checked today my mediassist account it is found that my dependent sister name is not present in the list. It was there in the mediclaim list from last 4-5 years.
During 2021, I have requested to delete my Father name Late Shri Pandhari Thalal ( expired on 16/05/2021 ) from the list, but its still persists in the list... reimbursement claim through mediassist Claim ID:[protected], it is still pending, i checked with medi assistant team they are saying it is pending insurer side. not getting proper reason from team... already been provided to Mediassist. This is resulting in a delay for the pre auth request to get approved, resulting in delay in my mother's hospitalisation... The incorrect payment was done via mediassist TPA to AIMs faridabad instead of AIMs Dombivli due to similar name confusion. Now AIMs faridabad has accepted the receipt of incorrect payment to them but are delaying to transfer that amount to AIMs Dombivli. As a result of the same my refundable deposit with AIMs Dombivli is on hold... Mediassist has put it for insurer concurrence. Mediassist services are worst among all other insurance company. There should be some government channel who can control such fraud company to give justice to customers.

This insurance company are denying me medical bill of my 1 year old son who suffered seizure and fever recently.
Bill amount is Rs. 18, 869. 00/-.
Inspite of submitting all necessary documents, they are sending me reminders to submit bills again and again... genuine, I request Mediassist & TataAIG team connect with me & carefully re-conduct the field & necessary verification at their end & process my claim. office can provide, MediAssist has repudiated the claim. They have so far provided pathetic service. The overall experience is been that they would find an excuse to not to pay the insurance claim. Doctor office says that these are documents his office giving to patients and they are been able to get it reimbursed...
