I had bought a flat at Unitech Fresco Niravana Country -I Gurgaon, in March 2007 and the possesion is still 1 year far, they always extend the timeline by one quarter. Date of cheque ( PREDATED 31... Yes I have booked a Flat in Unitech Unihomes Chennai, Thinking that Instead of Paying Rent to LandLord we can pay EMI. But then now after 2 Years of booking I refer myself to be foolish to believe in what Unitech promised.

Say no to Unitech in all over India . They are biger LUTERE and Cheater.
