Respected sir, I had used mts internet connection for few months by purchasing mts homespot wi-fi for rs.1... I ordered an mts data card ([protected]) on june 21st; although i had doubts about the connectivity and signal strength in my area (thirumudivakkam, chennai), the sales person assured me that the signal strength is good in my area and he already sold many connections there. believing his words i purchased the data card after paying inr 1500 + inr 100 for activation charges... I bought a MTS data card and the amounts were paid but the data card never worked so I made repeated complaints to the Customer care (duration of complaints being 3 hours on phone continuously and for 5 days) and to the person who sold me the data card but in vain. The person who sold the data card never turned up and acted very indifferent as though he had done me a bit favor and he initially left promising to bring the bill... This is becoming weird. We keep getting call and reminders from MTS for bill payment. Our calls and mails a... very dissapointed from mts data card service

I given complaint regarding to stop my MTS data card services. they accepted on april 4th and they were not taken any action on that. now i have used single KB data but they charging 1100 aprox. i asked the store guy he saying that we have did it . but you have to pay the bill and you have to request customer care to close the issue... has been activated on MTS data card no. [protected] without my confirmation or any information for which amount has been charged in Current Mar''16 bill.
For confirmation MTS did Not mail nor msg came that following services has been activated. I just normally inquired about why my billing amount is more than they informed about these services... | |
