I am currently traveling from hyderabad to bangalore and booked tickets using abhibus application (Ticket screenshot attached). At the time of booking we selected e1 and e2 seat numbers but all of a sudden after boarding the bus they changed the seat numbers to j1 and j2. I immediately contacted respective bus driver and spoke to owner of the travels but his response is very unprofessional and rude. I immediately contacted abhibus support and they conferenced the call with the owner of the travels still the same response. He don't wanted su to make it a big issue. We are traveling with a infant baby and they alloted seats at the end of bus which is in comfortable. Owner i's unprofessional and not even concerned about our issue. I will escalate this to higher level and need an immediate explanation for the same.

    On dec22nd 2017 i have booked a bus ticket from nellore to vizag through abhibus by the bus services of meghana travels. Its scheduled departure was at 10.30 pm at nellore. When i reported on time at the venue, it is observed that meghana travels office is closed. And when i called the driver he told that the bus will reach nellore after 1 a. M only. When i questioned what was the reason for the delay there is no response from the driver. They didn't even bother to inform the passengers about the delay. Very irresponsible travel services of meghana travels. And i also feel abhibus failed to inform the customer and providing poor services.

      I am very much depressed with you service and especially with orange tours and travels.

      I was informed about the service cancellation just 3 hours before, and had to get another way for the travel shelling out double the amount.

      Who would be responsible for the extra bugs i had to shell out for the new ticket booked at 11th hour and the inconvenience caused.

      It is your minimum responsibility to track the availability and break downs of buses, and inform us before hand and not at the eleventh hour, causing chaos.

      1. Firstly the bus was late, then the expected time1
      2. We were made to shift to other bus, in the mid night at 3:30, which spoilt our sleep and caused inconvenience.
      3. Even the services were waste. The blankets were not washed. Used blanked were sealed in a packet and provided, which were stinking as well.

      Both these awful experiences were with orange tours and travels

        I booked gpr bus with pnr - gprt[protected]. I booked ticket through abhibus just because of my trust on abhibus that abhibus will never provide me worst service and abhibus is customer friendly but when i reached the gpr travels by 11pm on 13th october, 2017, they made me wait till 11.30pm and then asked me to get into a worst condition bus - "bhagwath" and asked me to take double seater berth even though i had booked lower single berth by paying rs.450. When i fought with the operators, they shifted me to varalakshmi travels and offered me a seat but the bus condition was so bad that cockroach, mosquito and bed bugs were roaming on my seat.
        Also at that time i. E. 11.45pm, i am left with no other bus option and have to take the worst bus!!! Then i wrote a complaint to abhibus asking for refund but they are not giving the refund and also they have not taken any action on bus operators. My concern is - i am guy so it was fine with me but what if there was a single lady or girl in my position? Isn't this a serious security issue from abhibus for customers?

          This is the issue we faced on 29th september 2017 with abhibus. We booked tickets from ambala to manali in abhibus, the travels names was dhevbhumi. The boarding time was 10.30pm nearby ambala (After ambala flyover to be exact), we reached the boarding point one hour prior to the proposed time. Till that time we hadn't received any mails or messages from abhibus or dhevbhumi regarding the bus number or crew number. We contacted the abhibus customer care, after long wait the call got connected and the customer care executive provided a number saying as crew number. We called to that number and it was a wrong number. Again we contacted abhibus customer care and this time they provided two numbers saying as dhevbhumi customer care numbers. Upon contacting on those numbers we understood that one number did not exist and second one was not getting connected. Time had crossed 10.30 by that time - the scheduled boarding time. Again we contacted abhibus customer care and requested them to contact dhevbhumi from their end. He put us 10-15 minutes on hold and dropped the call, may be due to he couldn't also connect to them. After that also we contacted abhibus customer care several times 2 or three of them dropped the call in between may be due to network issue or they couldnโ€™t able to provide us a solution. The last one we spoke to told that he couldnโ€™t file a complaint also, due to some issues!. We understood that this was a trap there are no such services as we booked, also abhibus is having no idea regarding the service whether this service is running or not. They are simply taking the booking and putting common man in trouble. Whatever the details the travels 'dhevbhumi' provided to abhibus was wrong - mainly the contact numbers - they are not even verifying that. We had already booked the accommodations at manali (Which was non refundable) and return return ticket from there, so we waited bus in that unknown place till midnight 2.30am with the little hope that bus would come. But no such buses came. At last we decided to return back to our own place but there was no connectivity at that time, we stayed there and returned back next day morning - resulting in a huge money and time loss.

          We filed this complaint with Abhibus they are telling that they will refund the full ticket amount within 5 days- but what about the time the rest of the money we have lost.!

            Hi,

            Booked a ticket with abhibus and there was no email confirmation, no sms and the trip was not showing on the app profile. The issue is between the app and the phonepe payment gateway. Booked another ticket thru the app and without any confirmation, they have double booked the ticket. When request for refund they are saying that it is my mistake.

              I have booked bus ticket in abhibus website on 04/09/2017, unfortunately the transaction got failed but the amount detected from my phonepe wallet. When i enquire with their customer care they responded the amount will refund with in 5 working days. But now almost 7 days completed still there is no refund.

              Next day itself Abhibus has contacted & resolved my issue and did refund money(the failed transaction amount) back to my PhonePe account. This is the first time I've used this website(ConsumerComplaints) to post a complaint and I got it resolved in time, thank you for that. I was planning to avoid future bookings on Abhibus but, since they have responded and resolved my issue without much hassle, I still got hope on their service as trustworthy and will continue using them.

              Bus was moved before departure time and I raised below case on October 21 2017. Still now I didn't get any resolution from Abhibus.

              Almost I contacted them for 7 times and they always keep on saying that issue will be resolved in 48 hours. But even after 25 days issue was not resolved.

                My amount has been deducted but ticket not generated... Customer care did not bother n wanted me to pay an extra amount of 800 for an other ticket.. He is robbing money.. When ticket was not generated i didn't even get message or an email.. When i got a doubt and contacted them.. They responded saying such kind of messages would be sent within 48hrs where as my journey was within 24hrs.. Customer care executive behaved indifferent and wasted my one hour of time engaging in illogical conversation.. How can a customer centric service company be so oblivious to their mistakes and technology.. Abhibus please improve your service"abhi"

                  Hello there,
                  I've booked tickets from abhibus like around 5-6 times but never faced any problems using debit card as payment option. Now. I've tried to book tickets from bangalore to hyderabad via abhibus using my phonepe balance as a payment option. Unfortunately, the transaction was failed for some reason and a message stating that amount deducted from phone pe will be reversed back within 2-3 days. Today, it's already 5 days and i haven't received my money back to my phone wallet. I've contacted abhibus customer care and no answer from their end.
                  I'll wait for a couple of days and i'll forward this case to the consumer court if there is no action from abhibus.

                    Tried to buy a ticket from abhibus on 09 aug 17, for rs. 1238. The amount got debited from my bank and the ticket was not generated. Have made several calls to the customer service and even sent a mail to customer service (Case number # [protected]) but even after passing these many days, have not received any reply and amount was not reflected. When ever i make a call they are telling that case will be resolved soon, but still getting the same answer

                    Got a private message from RahulKumar stating for making a call. After some calls, he said the amount will be credited in my bank and he even asked us the card number for confirmation. As he tried to make some fraud, he had used our card for making the payment and asking for the OTP, which was not shared by us. When we aksed the reason for asking the OTP when the amount should be credited by Abhibus, he disconnected the call and now the number is not working. Find the attachment for your reference

                          It has been around two years i had a booking on abhibus.com that i had to cancel due to some reason.

                          Now the actual issue arises when i did not notice the refund source (Perhaps, it was abhicash by default which is betray) and the refund went back to my abhicash account now when i tried to get it back to my bank account neither i found any option to do that in the application nor got any help from customer support.

                          I would like to make a request since i do not prefer travelling by bus so may be cannot use that cash for booking so kindly transfer my money back to my bank account.

                            Hi sir

                            I cancelled the ticket on july 1 2017. Abhibus charged 100/- for ticket in amount of 1007/- amount. I was told 907/- will be credited back. I called 2-3 times they told samething. Now again i called i was told money will not back. I want to complain to consumer court and to my bank.

                            Please help me out with this issue. And abhibus customer care people are horrible. Thanks.

                              please find the below screen shot date of journey is 28.07.2017 at @20:05 local time and after i enquiry with ksrtc call center team and your KSRTc bus dept time is 23:15 from chennai and abhi bus call center i requested please help he me on this problem but simply inform and holding the call upto 60 mins.

                              why the time showing difference and why misguide to the customer.

                              When I tried to contact customer care of abhibus they are least bother about my issue. They are making money by unethical promotions. It's a just show off that they are giving advertisement of so and so rupees but unlike redbus app they are not giving upfront discount.

                                I booked ticket from hyderabad to annavaram by gangadhar travels bus. The reporting time was given as 1900 hrs on 22.07.2017. Till 2100 hrs. Bus did not come. The contact telephones of gangadhar travels not working. They did not intimate the late arrival even though our phone number is with them. Though late they charged escalated fare. Even the seat number opted was changed. When questioned the driver asked us to get down. Abhibus who represented gangadhar travels is answerable. They should remove that operator from their services. They should compensate for their rudeness towards my elderly wife.

                                  I have booked a tickets of 7 and 8 seat numbers. When i went to boarding point the operator showing as different bus with different timings...

                                  Called to customer care... Hrs and hrs at last they say will initiate a refund on this... But after some days they reply as what refund?? They try to escape by saying unrelated things... If i raise my voice they say iam disconnecting the call..

                                  I lost my money...!! I need refund

                                    This is a complaint on the quality of service for the price we paid. We feel cheated as your website did not provide complete and accurate information.

                                    Our ticket details are as follows:

                                    Date of journey โ€“ 29th april 2017
                                    Service number chn-kul
                                    Amount โ€“total rs. 4747

                                    We booked a journey from tambaram to virudh nagar on apple bus through abhibus website. It was mentioned as ac sleeper class bus and we paid rs.4747 to book three ac sleeper seats.

                                    However we were taken with surprise when we entered the bus and the sleeper seats were already occupied. When we disputed with the driver and his assistant, he mentioned you have booked seat only.
                                    We paid 4747rs for three o[censored]s and the journey was obviously extremely uncomfortable.

                                    I am not sure, if this is the way you cheat on your customer. The bus driver and assistant did not even respond to us properly.

                                    We are not at all happy with the journey and we want to get the 50% of the money back which would be the right price for a seat. There were many other buses with semi sleeper ac for starting from 800rs. Why on earth should i pay exorbitant price to travel on a seat. It is definitely not worth the money we paid.

                                    We want you to take up the responsibility and get us the money back. Otherwise we will give very bad rating and even go on raising complaints in whatever way possible

                                    Resolve this immediately and get us the money back

                                      My trip cant compelete time and also ur consulant r missbehaviour in front of me and i very sad for that ur consutant not give us proper respons and i also lost my 2 project in my office just for yr bad service and bad aegents i hate yr app and i m now delete yr app now and i also told everyone to delete yr app and say them to not booked ticket in ur app...๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜ ๐Ÿ˜

                                        I did book ticket using Abhibus to travel from Bangalore to Coimbatore on 7th July night. While booking I have got confirmation of seat nos. L5, L6 & U4. when I boarded they changed the seat nos. as per convinence.

                                        They also changed the bus.

                                        Bus reached to pick-up point at 12:30Am which was scheduled at 11:15PM. I had to stand on road with family and 6 months kid for nearly two hrs.

                                        it is my worst travel thru Abhu bus. pls arrange for complete refund.
