I have booked a ticket in ashoka travels from hyderabad to rajampet on 30th july 2019 via abhi bus app. As per scheduled borading time i reached my point and waited for 2 hours and was continuosly trying to reach travel helpline numbers but noone responded. After 2 hours i spoke to abhi bus customer care and they said service is cancelled but i didn't get any message/call from anyone about cancellation. It was an emergency travel plan for me but all of sudden they cancelled without any info and i had to come by own transport (cab) which was 8000 cost INR. I don't know how they are irresponsible like this on service cancellation and no info to passengers.

I would like to complaint aginst ashoka travels and abhi bus.

    I booked tickets from Hyderabad to Kadapa on 10/07/2019. Ticket detail enclosed. I was informed that bus was cancelled as most of the seats are vacant and amount will be credited back the next day. It has been more than a week the amount is not yet credited to my account. It was the fault of the travels to cancel the bus which is a great inconvenience for the traveller. Despite of their fault my amount can't be held for so many days. Please revert my amount immediately. I called Sikinder travels there is no proper response from them.

      Sir,

      My sister have sent me a parcel as Register Parcel on[protected].

      The parcel tracking ID is CU[protected]IN that shown in the postal tracking consignment site that the parcel is booked and bagged on[protected] at knowledge park - I, and then received & bagged on 31-5-19, 1-6-19 at Ghaziabad PH .

      After 12 days, we did not get any tracking information about next received, next opened, next bagged, next dispatched in next location. We had contact postal customer care and they told my sister that the parcel reached in Imphal last week and can Delivery in my local address in the next coming Monday or Tuesday. When I checked this week on Tuesday, I did not get no information about my parcel in the India Postal office at my local area, even the postal employees also doubt and confuse because there is no new tracking update about the parcel.

      So, I feel disappointed that the trustable govt.postal service of India is loosing it trust by not fulfilled to take care property of Indian citizen and aboard.

      It's 20 days now, so please find out the parcel in good and correct condition with new tracking update. If it's lost, please help us to claim. Please do check my tracking id for information.

        Today I have booked a ticket from Vijayawada to Bangalore .money was deducted from my account but I haven't received any confirmation message.so I have booked another ticket from red bus, buy in the evening travels person messaged me saying that my bus would be starting at 5.. money deducting twice for a same ticked happened twice for me so I thought it would be refunded .. I would Iike a refund from your service as it is it mistake for not confirming nd sending the ticket details...also I spoke to the customer service and they sort of rude saying that it was my mistake for not calling them after deduction...

          Very bad experience with kaleshwari travels. Bus came at pick up stop 1 hour late at 11 pm.No one informed that bus us running late. Bus is in pathetic condition. Seats are very narrow. people are sleeping on the floor. Driver did not stop the bus where bathrooms are there after asking 10 times, All the gents went to nature call in open and I was waiting for since 3 hours but he did not stopped.

            On 29th May 2019 i booked 6 Tickets (Ticket nos[protected], 38004332,[protected] from Shegaon to Amaravati (MH). I called to the customer executive 3 times after waiting for 3 hours, and i had even inquired in MSRTC they said that the bus will not come due to breakdown and the same i informed to the Abhi bus customer executive and they simply suggested me to take other alternative and they will refund my amount directly in to my bank. They even didn't told me to store my other ticket(which now they are asking to submit in MSRTC which is unfair. I request you to kindly arrange my Refund ASAP.

              I booked bus tickets 40mins before departure on the online app of abhibus from pullivendala to bangalore but the software took it as bangalore to pullivendala. An amount of ₹1, 740 was paid online and on checking the booked tickets it showed bangalore to pullivendala while i booked it vice versa. I called the customer service number of abhibus and told them the problem. They agreed it to be the mistake of the software but did not refund the money claiming that before 1hour of departure no amount of money can be refunded, being th mistake of their software.

                Hi, my self is kotreshkrishnamurthy, employee of bangalore international airport, on 28 april 2019. Me & brother travel from dharwad to bangalore in sugam travels, per seat charged higher amount of 1730.6 of both the seat. But bus was in pathetic condition of seats are very small, we both could not able to seat my casual. Same issues escalated with me & all the passenger to bus operator. He told us to you all people will drop the journey & take your money back like told after crossing of city. We made voice but he not ready to take even police station also. Finally we in that bus he took us to bangalore. But reach made 2.30hr late. This may caused my one office work got lost & also i struggle from back pain because this bus seat issues. Abhibus operator only responsible for my all this losses & physical damage. I need composition benefits of my losses. Otherwise i will file fir against abhibus company...!!

                  My boarding time is 7:20 bus came by 7:10 and left the boarding point without picking up.
                  When we call to the bus driver he is speaking rudely with vulgar language. Even abhi bus or kaveri travelers operators were didn't take any action.
                  Kaveri travelers operator not even picking the phone and abhi bus agency after waiting for 15mints in the call they simply say we will inquiry on this, without taking complete details from me (Without any assurance)
                  This is the kind of service they were providing.

                    I booked an apsrtc bus seat in abhi bus app for trip hyderabad to eluru with boarding point, survey of india - little flowers junior college, uppal, hyderabad.

                    Bus hasn't stopped at boarding point without any intimation and was about to be absconded which made me uneasy and frustrated upon services.

                      I had made a hotel booking on 22nd march, but even after the payment the booking was not confirmed and i had to book again.

                      Initially i was told that the refund will be processed within 5-7 days, but now even after almost 15 days i am struggling for the refund. I had also placed a complaint with the below case number but every time i call for an update i get a reply that it is still pending. What is the matter??

                      Worst customer service i have ever seen till now.
                      The call just gets disconnected if the cse doesn't have a reply to your query.
                      I don't ever think will be recommending abhibus to anyone and infact would request every user to stop using it.

                        The a/c buses you are running with name of rajadhani are not upto the mark. Because, the a/c was poor. The a/c outlets arranged on the top of every seat, they are closing themselves when bus is in motion. Again and again and again we have kept on opening the outlets throughout journey. I am also member in redbus and reported them also to rectify the problem, because of which lot of passengers are being faced daily. Particularly in the rajdhani buses in hyderabad. Change the system of outlets and install nob system, so that the passengers can open and close whenever they want. Please make survey and do the need full in the rajadhani busses running from hyderabad to other cities. When i given my remark to directly to abhibus, the word of charters they are allowing in complaint is not known. It is not accepting our remark directly to them.

                            I booked a bus in abhi bus. While traveling i found lots of cockroaches in the bus and i complained to the abhibus they are very careless and they are not showing me the importance and they charged me 600 for the bus ticket but everything is wasted. Moreover my seat was also changed. I can't even able to sleep in the bus and bus operators also very careless and they didn't even listen my words. I want abhibus to refund my money and i want a immediate response from abhi bus.

                              Booked ticke from vellore to tirupati in renugambal travels through abhibus. Bus and timing is 4.15am to 6.30am. Got confirmation from abhibus but dint get any response from operate. So called abhibus customer care to resolve the issue but no one is responding simply asking to wait. I request to cancel and refund the money so that i can travel by other transportation because i need to be in destination by 8am. But they are saying no refunds we can provide you need to bare the delay. Am totally upset by the way they have communicated with me. That's why it triggeered me to raise this complaint.                                   This is to inform you that i booked a bus travel named sri krishna travels bus no ka 01 ah 2625 from abhi bus, this bus is supposed to travel from visakhapatnam to vijayawada, the bus got broke down several times during the journey, infact the brakes were not working, but the bus staff were reluctant to provide information, one of staff name is ramesh, bus is late for almost 4 hours, date:10:feb:2019

                                    I have worst experience with abhibus. I booked a bus ticket from chilakaluripet to bangolore on 19 dec 2018. Travel date is 17 jan 2019. I reached the boarding point 30 min earlier. There is no call from bus driver. Then i called the numbers given by abhibus. He said bus was cancelled on 3rd jan itself and same has been communicated to abhibus. But there is no message or mail from abhibus. When i called customer care they are saying the problem is from operator side. Atleast abhibus is not at all taking responcibility. Since it is fastival season i booked ticket one month before. At least if i was informed when bus was cacelled i could have booked some other bus. Moreover abhibus is acting like they don't even know about bus cancellation. Such a bad service. I had to book some other bus by spending 3000 rupees.

                                      Hello, i have booked bus ticket from bangalore to vijayawada on 13 dec 2018 with journey date 11 jan 2019. I was waiting for my bus on 11 th jan at scheduled boarding point. As the bus didnt reach even after scheduled time, i called the bus operator and he was saying that bus got cancelled 15 days back only and they claimed​ that they informed me about this through message and call. However, i didnt get any message or call from the abhi bus or bus operator. When i have questioned them on same, the bus operator was not responding properly and they asked me to check with abhi bus only. When i called abhi bus they informed that they didnt get the bus cancellation​ details from bus operator and they can't do anything on this. Finally i had paid double amount (Around 3000 rupees as it was pongal festival season) and travelled to the destination.

                                        I have booked a ticket from chilakaluripet to chittoor for sankranthi in manasa tours and travels.
