I have booked a ticket using abhibus.com from banglore to tirupati but while booking the seat i dont know how it is possible the gender has been changed to female and the bus operator refused to give me the seat in the bus l though the beside person is male. And he told to pay extra money if i want the seat but my seat is empty and i paid extra money and booked again another seat in the same bus how redicliousil is this u only should say...

refund process not completed

Dear concern,

I have booked a ticket on[protected]:45 pm. But unfortunately ksrtc bus was not came. So we have contacted ksrtc and the have told that to cancel my ticket in the app itself. The i have cancelled the ticket in the app. I have got mail regarding refund process (Case no:[protected]). By till date no payment was done.
I hope it would resolve at the earliest.

cheating on ticket booking

But from traveller I got message like date of journey on 10th.

I talked to so many executives for this issue.Executive to executive the response very different.

Hi, yesterday (10th jan) i got message from tsrtc as

"tsrtc regrets to inform that the service no 7636 has been cancelled for which you have booked tkt no:56210371 journey date:12-jan-2018 18:00 seat/s (15) cancel your ticket at the issued portal before 27-jan-2018 18:00 to get the full refund. T&c apply."

But while trying to trigger cancel request from abhibus (Issued portal), it is showing cancellation...

While booking the tickets from bangalore to shirdi on abhibus all the steps had covered even the transaction was completed and the amount was deducted but suddenly a notification came saying your booking was not successful but amount from bank was deducted and it is saying that i will be refunded within 3working days will i get my refund as mentioned...

I am currently traveling from hyderabad to bangalore and booked tickets using abhibus application (Ticket screenshot attached). worst service by meghana travels

On dec22nd 2017 i have booked a bus ticket from nellore to vizag through abhibus by the bus services of meghana travels. Its scheduled departure was at 10.30 pm at nellore. When i reported on time at the venue, it is observed that meghana travels office is closed. And when i called the driver he told that the bus will reach nellore after 1 a. M only. When i questioned what was the reason for the delay there is no response from the driver....

Booked a ticket with abhibus and there was no email confirmation, no sms and the trip was not showing on the app profile. The issue is between the app and the phonepe payment gateway. non generation of ticket

transfer my money back to my bank account

It has been around two years i had a booking on abhibus.com that i had to cancel due to some reason.

Now the actual issue arises when i did not notice the refund source (Perhaps, it was abhicash by default which is betray) and the refund went back to my abhicash account now when i tried to get it back to my bank account neither i found any option to do that in the application nor got any help from customer support.
