I had booked a ticket on 23rd Feb 2018 for DOJ 29th Mar 2018 from (Banglore to Kochi )shalabam travels through abhibus.com.And i didnot get any confirmation regarding the ticket so i was expecting a refund which din happen, again when i called up abhibus customer care they informed me the same ie, the transaction was a cancelled one and money will be refunded and asked me to contact shalabam travels and then my bank for refund.I did the same, when i called up shalabam travels he gave me a cold response and asked me to call my bank for refund and he said he had nothing to do about it.I called up bank and raised a complaint about the same.

Later i booked another ticket giving double the amount, and on the DOJ i recieved a msg in my phone from shalabalm mentioning the bus details.I called up abhibus customer care and lodged the complaint and had put the operator in conference call, while he mentioned that the seat was booked, but i did not even get any ticket details till the DOJ.And abhibus also confirmed that the transaction has not happened.Later a staff from abhibus whose no: is [protected] called me up and asked me why i raised the complaint, they will never provide refund, and talked to me in a very rude and threatening manner.

I updated the same with the customer care of abhibus, they are still telling that they will check with the operator and update.Now i need the full amount that i have spent for the seat, and i dun understand why they have to check with the operator when they themselves are confirming that the transaction was a cancelled one.

Please look into this, and resolve my complaint asap.

    Hi team,

    It is really frustrating that the abhibus customer care has not responded to me towards the resolution of the issue. Have booked 2 tickets from hyderabad to bangalore on 29/3/2018 and got the cancel message 1 day before without providing the alernative. Have been on the call for 5 hours on 28th and still tried today also without any resolution. Abhibus is not confirming if the service is cancelled and the time of journey is near today.

    I need an alternative for my parent. Issue case #[protected] with abhi customer care

    Customer care kept bluffing me that i will receive a call and never received any call from them
    My parents are waiting as the return is also booked. We have a family get together and ticket is cancelled without any alternative. Not sure this is professionalism from Abhibus or even operator SVR

      I booked a ticket from hyderabad to bangalore on 22nd march 2018 through the abhibus app. The operator name came as new dhanunjaya travels. My boarding point was kukatpally at 8.15pm. The employee from dhanunjaya travels called me at around 5.30pm and said that the bus was canceled, at that time i was on the journey to hyderabad to reach the boarding point. I was very disappointed. I faced many problems to reach bangalore. I missed my interview in bangalore. Who is responsible for this situation. While booking a bus through abhibus app, the assurance given by abhibus. I need my money back and provide me penalty

        I have booked a ticket from abhibus from jagtial to hyderabad on[protected] i have tried payment through amazon pay but it showed payment failure then with different payment the tickets got booked after a while i have been informed that first tickets also got confirmed by customer care and they have charged me 250 rupees cancellation fee for the same and when i have contacted customer care they are saying we are not responsible for that for us it has not shown any payment failure

          Abhibus : cheating public with their departure and arrival timings, i p. Krishna, booked a ticket in abhibus the bus departure is 8:15 pm yesterday (24/02/2018) and arrival time was given in the ticket is 07:00 am on 25/02/2018, now time 08:45 am now my present location at kasimkota, time will be taken to visakhapatmnam more than 2 hours (10:45hrs approximately) from my present location,
          While travelling bus staff was doing another business in the abhi busses, i. E. When some one get down their arrivals they were waiting and searching for another passengers up to last stop.in this connection they are stopped the bus many more times for more than one hour.
          To day we both will be attended an important examination and so many people will be attend on their important works,
          All the passengers of abhibus were felt very guilty about their timings and the worst behavior of bus staff, the bus staff creating very in-convi
          May please be take action against them and make convenient to the passengers

            I booked a ticket from abhibus which is running offer 500 rupies cashback for feb. Its just fraud thay dont give any cash back and say you have not applied code which is lies inspite several failed attempts attempts finnaly booked a ticket and got cheated without offer of cashback. So beware dont trust this service and delet usless app immedietly #cancelation of ticket is charged which is not disclosed earlear.

              Hello,
              We booked a ticket from abhi bus in the month of december, we got a message that bus got cancelled. We called for refund many times and we are asked to cancel the ticket and site did not allow us to cancel the ticket. We called many times and there is no proper response of refund. How many times we need to call you guys for refund of 750/- today i was asked to send the screenshot of message which was received from tsrtc service. What is the case if i delete it? Why there is so much delay, it is causing us to loose trust on abhibus.

              Hi I m Rajesh from Hyderabad, I have a very experience with abhibus advertisement.
              Abhibus app providers we're cheating the customers with their advertisements on offers. Cash back promo balance is worthless and useless. Unable to use the promo balance for next booking.. cheap service.
              It's better to use other apps than using www.abhibus.in

                  Have placed a complaint against service failure. Initial response we're awesome. They send 2 mail. 1. States on 14th refund processed. 2. States on 16th refund processed. But no amount has been credited to my account. Has send bank statement as proof and is doing follow up from 4th jan'18 onwards till date no resolution. After calling on a daily basis don't know the courtesy to check with account department or to update customer with the updates. Promises call back by call center which never happened.

                    I booked my journey from jaipur to bhilwara through abhibus and received confirmation message from abhibus under ticket number 3470*1217 for allotment of sleeper birth s3 and s4, for journey on bus operated by raj travels (Jaipur). I received contact details from abhibus, but when i made contact to the operator they regret of having any booking under my name.

                    They also denied to abhibus executive and on repeated follow up they said the bus was cancelled, while in actual the bus was on the move and was standing at the boarding point.

                    I was left stranded at the boarding point having my wife and 1.5 years kid along. I was having no other option to book another ticket on spot and pay for higher charges to other service (That too sitting)

                    This is not the first time abhibus cancelled the booking without any information or alternative arrangement, i faced similar situation earlier as well.

                    Its very strange that abhibus did not bother about passengers safety and their boarding in bus booked. Also they took 7 days to refund money.

                    I would like to file a complaint against abhibus for their unprofessional working and would like to have refund my paid money along with amount paid for booking of other travel services.

                        Dear concern,

                        I have booked a ticket on[protected]:45 pm. But unfortunately ksrtc bus was not came. So we have contacted ksrtc and the have told that to cancel my ticket in the app itself. The i have cancelled the ticket in the app. I have got mail regarding refund process (Case no:[protected]). By till date no payment was done.
                        I hope it would resolve at the earliest.

                            Hi, yesterday (10th jan) i got message from tsrtc as

                            "tsrtc regrets to inform that the service no 7636 has been cancelled for which you have booked tkt no:56210371 journey date:12-jan-2018 18:00 seat/s (15) cancel your ticket at the issued portal before 27-jan-2018 18:00 to get the full refund. T&c apply."

                            But while trying to trigger cancel request from abhibus (Issued portal), it is showing cancellation charges as rs 40. Service itself canceled by tsrtc but they are charging the cancellation fee. Does it make any sense?

                            I want my full refund (Rs430) and to my bank not as abhi cash. Could you please respond to this asap.

                              I have booked a bus on december itself to go for sankranti. I don't know what politics they have done they cancelled bus service and informed me just 4 days before i travel. Now the same falicitated bus costs 1500, i booked bus for 400 rs/- they didn't even refund the full amount the actual amount was 800 for 2 tcks they were giving me 780 what is the use

                              What the people are gaining here, they cancelled the bus and firing on people. If costumer cancels a bus they charge 50% charge what if they cancel service of a bus???

                                I have made a phone call to APSRTC as well Abhibus customer services. Both are confirmed Bus was cancelled.But i haven't received any message

                                I have also called both APSTRC customer care number:[protected] also c APSRTC RTC DM CPT number :[protected] . Phone call log attached .
                                When called the both APSRTC and Abhibus customer services, they have confirmed it was canceled,
                                Actual bus departure time is 10 PM on sept 2017
                                later SMC received at 12.05 AM (3rd September 2017) received we have check the message 12.56 AM on 3rd September 2017.

                                we have called many times from my number :[protected] and got confirmation it was cancelled . also called from my wife number [protected]. (unfortunately i am not able provide logs from my wife number as they are not available now)
                                we got confirmation and picked up other bus and reached to my destination .

                                i have sent may mails and regarding refund when the bus was not served my travel and also we got confirmation the bus trip was cancelled .

                                Please help me to get refund and and the time wasted by them, so much tension created for the trip.
                                many of the people facing same situation by the agencies, i came here this was not happen to other in near future.

                                  While booking the tickets from bangalore to shirdi on abhibus all the steps had covered even the transaction was completed and the amount was deducted but suddenly a notification came saying your booking was not successful but amount from bank was deducted and it is saying that i will be refunded within 3working days will i get my refund as mentioned

                                    I am currently traveling from hyderabad to bangalore and booked tickets using abhibus application (Ticket screenshot attached). At the time of booking we selected e1 and e2 seat numbers but all of a sudden after boarding the bus they changed the seat numbers to j1 and j2. I immediately contacted respective bus driver and spoke to owner of the travels but his response is very unprofessional and rude. I immediately contacted abhibus support and they conferenced the call with the owner of the travels still the same response. He don't wanted su to make it a big issue. We are traveling with a infant baby and they alloted seats at the end of bus which is in comfortable. Owner i's unprofessional and not even concerned about our issue. I will escalate this to higher level and need an immediate explanation for the same.

                                      On dec22nd 2017 i have booked a bus ticket from nellore to vizag through abhibus by the bus services of meghana travels. Its scheduled departure was at 10.30 pm at nellore. When i reported on time at the venue, it is observed that meghana travels office is closed. And when i called the driver he told that the bus will reach nellore after 1 a. M only. When i questioned what was the reason for the delay there is no response from the driver. They didn't even bother to inform the passengers about the delay. Very irresponsible travel services of meghana travels. And i also feel abhibus failed to inform the customer and providing poor services.

                                        I am very much depressed with you service and especially with orange tours and travels.

                                        I was informed about the service cancellation just 3 hours before, and had to get another way for the travel shelling out double the amount.

                                        Who would be responsible for the extra bugs i had to shell out for the new ticket booked at 11th hour and the inconvenience caused.

                                        It is your minimum responsibility to track the availability and break downs of buses, and inform us before hand and not at the eleventh hour, causing chaos.

                                        1. Firstly the bus was late, then the expected time1
                                        2. We were made to shift to other bus, in the mid night at 3:30, which spoilt our sleep and caused inconvenience.
                                        3. Even the services were waste. The blankets were not washed. Used blanked were sealed in a packet and provided, which were stinking as well.

                                        Both these awful experiences were with orange tours and travels
                                        AbhiBus Services India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
