I have worst experience with abhibus. I booked a bus ticket from chilakaluripet to bangolore on 19 dec 2018. Travel date is 17 jan 2019. I reached the boarding point 30 min earlier. There is no call from bus driver. Then i called the numbers given by abhibus. He said bus was cancelled on 3rd jan itself and same has been communicated to abhibus. But there is no message or mail from abhibus. When i called customer care they are saying the problem is from operator side. Atleast abhibus is not at all taking responcibility. Since it is fastival season i booked ticket one month before. At least if i was informed when bus was cacelled i could have booked some other bus. Moreover abhibus is acting like they don't even know about bus cancellation. Such a bad service. I had to book some other bus by spending 3000 rupees.

    Hello, i have booked bus ticket from bangalore to vijayawada on 13 dec 2018 with journey date 11 jan 2019. I was waiting for my bus on 11 th jan at scheduled boarding point. As the bus didnt reach even after scheduled time, i called the bus operator and he was saying that bus got cancelled 15 days back only and they claimed​ that they informed me about this through message and call. However, i didnt get any message or call from the abhi bus or bus operator. When i have questioned them on same, the bus operator was not responding properly and they asked me to check with abhi bus only. When i called abhi bus they informed that they didnt get the bus cancellation​ details from bus operator and they can't do anything on this. Finally i had paid double amount (Around 3000 rupees as it was pongal festival season) and travelled to the destination.

      I have booked a ticket from chilakaluripet to chittoor for sankranthi in manasa tours and travels.

      But in general the bus was not at all there as a service and not running their travels. So, check with the travels once you post the details regarding the travels in the website.
      Or mention as sold out for instant change purpose.

      This is not the first time we are seeing the same problem in this website.

      So, check with the travels while confirming the services in your website.

        Hi team,

        I have travelled from kodaikannal to cmbt on 24th december,

        Ticket# dbaf15d3f at 24 dec 2018 time 18:45.

        The ac is working only from kodaikannal mountain to down, after that the ac is working and we have travelled for ten hours without ac, when enquired with the driver, he is asking us to adjust and travel.

        Where my seat is the last seat, how can i come without ac for 10 hours, and when i complained same abhi bus on tuesday morning regarding the issue, they have said solution will be give in 48 hours, but today is 4th day still there is no proper response from them.

        They always say that operator is not picking the call.

        Please help me to investigate the issue and refund the ticket money as well as the penatly for not solving the issue on time.

        Which have spoiled my health and taken half on next day. (875 bus fair+2000 my one day salary)

        And i have been calling abhibus frequently asking for the status of the complaint, but they are not giving proper solution, they have repeated answer, wait for 24 hours our executive will call in 24 hours, but not received any call from them.

        I have called few customer executive names, srinivas, deeptika, moumita and some other guys.

        Need quick resolution.

        Hi Team,

        Still i have not receiving any proper resolution from abhi bus, they are ready to give 200 the difference amount between ac and non ac, that too in abhi bus valet, but i am not ready to take that amount, since iam not going to travel or book any service with abibus, due to their poor skill in solvong the customer problem and taking 12 days to give some not valuable solution.

        When I spoke with the supervisor Mr. Ritesh, he is trying to conaole me and supporting the SRM transport.

        When I asked him that will you be able to sit in a closed room without an AC or fan for 10 hours, he is speaking sarcastically that don't compare bus and room, this guy doesn't even know that they have changed the bus or ac not working in the bus.

        And also I have asked for his manager name, he have refused to say it, and said it's confidential, I am not sure what's there in providing his manager, as if he is doing something wrong.

        And i have requested him to arrange callback from his manager, and he confirmed that he arrange it, since my main number is blocked i have asked them to call the other number, but that guy I have not taken my number, may be he can take it from the system.

        My question is that, that guy has refused to say his manager name, how do i know that I am talking with his manager or some else from his team, which happens in most of customer care executives.

          I had a bus booking from kullu to delhi at 8pm for 1 Jan 2019 But when i called the bus service operator at around 6:30 pm he told that bus has been cancelled. So i called the Abhi bus customer support and agent told me that they can provide alternate bus which was going to reach at location in 15 mins and which i could not catch so i told agent that i can not catch that bus and he said then i will refund the amount and i agreed on that. I waited for some time and but i id not get any refund initiated related notification so i called again to abhi bus customer care and this time they said that bus operator has denied your refund request because i was agreed to take alternate bus. But bus operator did not communicate me for any alternate bus. Abhi bus agent told me to talk with bus operator. First of all it was not my responsibility to call him and ask because earlier i was told by abhi bus agent that your refund will be initiated and when my refund request was denied by bus operator i did not get any communication from neither abhi bus nor bus operator so i was not aware of this and alternate bus service provided by bus operator. But when agent asked me to call bus service operator and called him and i asked him why did not you told me about alternate bus service and he said that i tried to call you but your nber was busy. After that he did not try to call me. And when i ask him for refund he said i won't refund the money.
          After that i called abhi bus customer support and told what the bus service operator said to me and the agent told i will talk with my team and get back to you but i did not got any call. I called again today and the agent told the same thing and here i am again waiting for call. I dont i al gonna get the call.
          This is the worsr service. I guess Abhi bus and bus service operator both are making excuses and they dont want to refund money. I guess this is their cheap way to earn money free money and make fool of their customers.
          I am going to report on this in consumer court and see where it goes. If i dont get my money back then this is surely a fraud.

            I have booked 2 tickets from abhibus on 26 dec 2018 and i was canceled 2 tickets individually but i received refund only for one ticket but for my 2nd ticket i didn't receive any refund. My 2nd ticket number is 83686375. I was raised a complaint (Case id: [protected]) and sent a email to abhi bus but they are not resolving my problem. So please do the needful.

            Any update please
            I had booked a hotel through abhibus on Dec 7 2018 but the booking was failed. I did payment through google pay. They have successfully deposited money to abhibus axis Bank account . But when I contacted abhibus support they are telling that money is not received to their account and ready to provide the refund. Please see the details below

              Dear team,

              We have booked a bus of srs travels using abhibus app on 21/12/2018 for the dep time 06.30 pm on 28/12/2018.

              We are damn sure that we booked the bus for evening time (06.30 pm) and very surprised to know that the bus has been booked for morning time. On checking the msg and mails also it was simply written as 06.30 without mentioning am or pm.

              While contacting srs travels the response was very bad and they directed us to contact abhibus but while when contacting abhibus they are simply giving sorry for the case not even helped us to change the bus timing.

              Pls take sufficient step to get my money refund. As this is hard-earned money kindly treat this case on priority and help us.

                  Hi,

                  This is jagan, i made a booking through abhi bus mobile application for the date 2.12.2018 from bangalore to chennai. After booking the ticket i got the notification that, i need to report by 8:15 am and bus will depart by 8:30 am, it's been more than an hour i waited and i don't have any idea when the bus will come. I have called up bangalore office to enquire about the status but no one willing to help me and it's seems that they don't have any concerns about the customers.
                  Driver details not shared
                  Bus number not shared
                  If the bus is getting dealy at least call up the customers or send us the notification.
                  I have called up the bangalore office guy more then 5 to 6 times for the driver and bus details but no use, he did not shared me the details
                  Then i have called up customer care to enquire about the bus status even they are not aware about anything. Customer care executive told me to contact bangalore office but i told that bangalore office guy was not responding then she keeps on telling me to contact them.
                  After big struggle i have got the driver details. Then i have called up driver at 09:00am but cab driver told me that it will take further 20 mins time to reach shanti nagar bus stop.
                  Finally bus came at 09:30 am after the scheduled time.
                  I was simply waiting in bus stand an hour without knowing anything.
                  This seems a un ethical behavior red bus services is thousand time better compare to the abhibus services.
                  This is the last time i am booking bus from your end such a un professional services.
                  Don't know what mess up will happen before reaching chennai.
                  After boarding the bus the first thing, i have uninstalled the abhibus mobile application.

                    Assistant is so rude and didnot provide any basic facilities for passengers like water bottle. When i asked for it, he refused to give and shouted at me that we cannot provide whenever u asked for.
                    Pathetic behaviour i have ever seen. Never go for abhibus it sucks to the core.

                      This is vinod kumar kelam travelled from chilakaluripeta to bangalore on 12nov 18 by kaveri travels and my pnr number is 811356. Service no : kaveri special

                      The issue is with kaveri travels, andhra pradesh, ka01 ag 0338, the bus started from vijayawada to bangalore with out wind glass and wr the passengers are not agreed for further journey after observing the issue after 150km we are yet to travel 500km and the driver and owner of the travels are very ridiculous and not arranging the other bus for further journey, so many children, ladies and old age are effected, exactly 45 passengers, please take necessary action we prepared a complaint with all the list of passengers.

                      Kindly do register my complaint and take necessary action. I have already raised a complaint in cosumer court.

                        I have booked a ticket from bhubaneswar to hyderabad on 20th october for 21st october but cancelled it on same day (20th oct)

                        But the amount has not been credited in my account.

                        As i have called to your customer care number, they said that "your amount has be credited to your bank account within 5 to 7 bank working days.. From our end, the refund has initiated", but nearly 10 days have been completed..

                        I have called to the customer care today and they replied as to contact your bank about the refund process..

                        How can i contact to the bank and why should i?

                        Its your responsibility to contact and let me know the status of the refund.

                        I have called to your abhi bus team nearly 10 times regarding this issue but the issue has not been resolved.

                        This is not the right way to treat a customer.

                        If you people do like this, you might lose your potential customers.

                        Hope a speed response be acknowledged on this issue.

                          The bus i booked was supposed to be at 3:15 am and i had called the driver before 3am to check where he was. He said it would take another 30 mins for the bus to reach the pick up point. I was waiting in the pick up point, called him after 30mins and the call wasn't getting connected so i just waited at the stop. There was no diwakar travels bus that passed by me and i didn't pay too much attention to the intercity buses that were going by. I then called the driver at around 4:30 to see where he was and he said he crossed my pick up point almost an hour ago and that 7 other passengers got into the bus at my stop.

                          Firstly, there weren't 7 passengers waiting at my pick up point. Secondly, and more importantly, i received no call from the driver informing that the bus had reached the pick up point. I booked a seat and clearly stated that i would be boarding the bus at that point, which means that if that particular seat is not occupied at my pick up point, he should call and confirm and make sure what's happening right? Well he didn't. I was stuck in an unknown city at 4:30am in the morning and had no idea what to do. I'm a single woman traveller and this behavior on the drivers part is unacceptable.

                          Abhibus keeps sending me a message everyday since then saying that the complaint is lodged and that they will look into it but its been a week and i have seen no resolution. Nobody even called me to verify my side of the story. When i called customer care just now, he said it's been resolved and that no action is being taken on the travels and i'm not getting any refund either. Midway through the call, he hung up on me as well.

                          Update: received a call from customer service clarifying that I would not get any refund. Connected me into a conference call with the driver of that bus, without any prior notice or consent. Same driver who was rude, unprofessional and borderline abusive, leaving me stranded in the middle of nowhere. They have too much clout and I'm being rendered helpless in this situation.

                            We book ticket from abhi bus app bus name humsafar travels we book ticket of 6 nov 2018 date timing was 1:45 am of so boarding time was on 5 date but we want to go on 6 so because of timing issue we got confused so we want to book ticket of 6 nov so that we can reach on 7 so please do cancel our ticket and refund our money or book our tickets with that same money only

                            This the worst application and online website I have ever seen.. to change a mobile no.. there is a long process.. [censored].. that's why every body preferred to red bus..
                            if we talk about the cask back.. its a lol.. do not use a hi bus app.. worst app.. and worst online support..
                            My reference number is [protected]. I made payment for two tickets, but the booking was unsuccessful. I got a mail that the refund will be made within a week but till today the money has not been refunded.

                            Kindly, please consider to make the refund as early as possible.

                              Sir, i booked a bus (See pics below for details.)

                              I booked seat no. F.
                              Then when i got in bus i found that there was no such seat but there was a lower sleep in which i had to share with 4 other people! Some of them also had no seats who booked online!

                              Please check the real seat pattern of that bus!

                              I suffered much coz i could sleep that night for that long journey!
                              I want refund and nothing less😠😠😠😠

                                I have cancelled 2 tickets from KALYANADURGAM to BANGALORE.

                                One ticket on 16th and other on 19 th of October.

                                But the amount has not been credited in my account.

                                As I have called to your customer care number, they said that "Your amount has be credited to ykur bank account within 5 to 7 bank working days..From our end, the refund has initiated", but nearly 10 days have been completed..

                                I have called to the customer care today and they replied as to contact your bank about the refund process..

                                How can i contact to the bank and why should I?

                                Its your responsibility to contact and let me know the status of the refund.

                                  In diwali time they announced above 600 rs 100% discount. That means i[censored] booked ticket in 1000 rupees they will giving u 800 cashback on redbus wallet. That wallet is 2 types promotional and non promotional. Cash back only received in promotional wallet. U can use that money on next bus booking time only 5%.. (Ticket price 1000 means u will get 950rs)
                                  Then most important that cashback validity 2 month.. U must want to travel 16 times within a 2month period.. Abhibus cheating our customers please tack action this kind of fraud.. *k

                                    Abhi bus is cheating the customers by offering the discount but finally customers are not getting the discount by applying the silly terms & conditions. I am giving you the example for your reference
                                    I have booked one ticket from visakhapatnam to hyderabad (Ticket no[protected] through abhi bus and the service no is 1475 on 23/10/2018, while booking the ticket they have offered the discount by applying the promo code as “abhitday”. I have entered the promo code subsequently they have shown the final amount as rs. 850/- in their software (App), based on that i have made the payment through credit card. After booking the ticket i came to know that the excess amount (Rs. 312/-) has been deducted. I do agree that i have not read the term & conditions but while making the payment through different payment method (Credit card) instead of paypal, their application should show the exact amount what i supposed to pay. They have not even given any trigger that i was making the payment through different payment method (Credit card) instead of paypal to avail the offer or the final amount need to pay this much. Abhi bus should develop their application as a customer friendly not as confusing the customers while booking the ticket. I have raised the complaint ([protected]) through abhi bus contact center but they have not least bothered to solve the complaint. Please refer the compliant and kindly do the needful…

                                      I booked ticket from chennai to coimbatore yesterday. The amount got debited but my ticket was not confirmed. Could you please tell what is happening. I request you to refund my money within a day. I had only less amount. Now what will i do for my bus expense. Online booking has become a threat now. I think it's better to go directly and book. Hope you will resolve the issue as early as possible.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,
                                        I have booked a bus ticket with Jagan Travels through Abhibus.com to travel on 30th Sep from Rayachoti to Hyderabad. However, due to change of travel plans, i have cancelled the ticket today, i.e., 5 days in advance. Surprisingly, i only got Rs. 700 back out of Rs. 1388.40, i paid for the ticket. When i enquired the same with Abhibus and Jagan travels, their blunt answer was that, that is their cancellation policy.
                                        I am totally in shock over their attitude and response. How could they deduct almost 50% of the amount, when i cancelled the ticket 5 days in advance? Tomorrow, some other travel agent may say that they would deduct 90% of the ticket money, even if you cancel immediately after the booking? It is highly unethical and unacceptable. They had deducted this much money from my ticket and they would sell the ticket to another person at higher price (weekend).
                                        Hence, i request you to please look into this and help me and other people like me to get the appropriate refund amount and seize the existence of these sort of non-compliant policies.

                                        Sir my name is positano in booking ticket from hyd to Vijayawada so bus is not coming to at my stop because iam calling to abhibus customer care he said that sorry sir bus is not providing the day so money refund in your account but not credited to my account
