Hi team,
I have travelled from kodaikannal to cmbt on 24th december,
Ticket# dbaf15d3f at 24 dec 2018 time 18:45.
The ac is working only from kodaikannal mountain to down, after that the ac is working and we have travelled for ten hours without ac, when enquired with the driver, he is asking us to adjust and travel.
Where my seat is the last seat, how can i come without ac for 10 hours, and when i complained same abhi bus on tuesday morning regarding the issue, they have said solution will be give in 48 hours, but today is 4th day still there is no proper response from them.
They always say that operator is not picking the call.
Please help me to investigate the issue and refund the ticket money as well as the penatly for not solving the issue on time.
Which have spoiled my health and taken half on next day. (875 bus fair+2000 my one day salary)
And i have been calling abhibus frequently asking for the status of the complaint, but they are not giving proper solution, they have repeated answer, wait for 24 hours our executive will call in 24 hours, but not received any call from them.
I have called few customer executive names, srinivas, deeptika, moumita and some other guys.
Need quick resolution.
