Fake commitment, fake calls, very bad services. I have purchased IVR in 15000 + 18% GST and it was for 1 yr. For the same they tole me to provide 500 calls complimentary. See attached screenshot to know the status of calls. All calls were dropped out at 10 sec and not even a calls completed 2 mins. How to get quality in this way? now they say we have promised to give you 500 so we have given all calls whether you talked or not doesn't matter to us. This is how owner Raghu is behaving. No services and guidance to provide support. When i asked for IVR as it was for 1 yr so they changed the statement and said it was for 6 month. Please do not take any service from this company. They make people fool and do not support them. So do not get trapped with this company.

    When i was booking bus ticket from bangalore to hubli abhi wesite was showing bording point in yashwantur nr govardhana theater but bus service was not available at that point so was waiting and waiting for a such long time. After bus time i go and asked bus service they clearly informed bus service not in this point and you have to go to the next stop bus will come to there so i called abhi bus customer service they are not responding properly and kept call on hold long time this was happened at night 10:05 pm so showing wrong information in there website and customer service is also very poor

      I booked one ticket from chennai to tirunelveli in vignesh tat travels in abhibus app. I got ticket from abhibus not getting any message from vignesh tat travels. My boarding point is urapakkam. I did not get any call from drivers even my boarding time crossed. After that i called to travels they gave me driver number i called the driver. He said i crossed chengalpattu not getting any information from travels so crossed. I informed travels they said cancel the. If i cancel the ticket i am not getting any amount. Please return my amount. Dont cheat the customer. I

        The price variation in the ticket. The ticket was booked from Bangalore to Coimbatore (KPN trvaels). Price was 652.60 with instant discount of Rs 100 on 27th Jul 2018. But on 29th Jul 2018, the price is Rs 500. Can you look into this issue. It is around 250 Rs which am losing if there is no instant discount from abhibus. Please look into this at the earliest.           I booked a ticket from abhi bus in the month of[protected], i got the set conformation mail and bus number message everything after went boding travel person said this set booked already and abhi bus people did't share your detail to us.

          I contacted abhi bus customer care simply wasted the time finally said go to other bus we will refund your amount till now they did't refund the amount then after some days only i come to know abhi bus fraud travel website

          I don't know indian government how approved for this company, abhi bus website mentioned 24/7 support not provide proper answer. If they can't able to answer passenger question simply cut the call.

          Please don't book the ticket from abhi bus if not urgent to go then test it.

              I have booked ticket on abhi bus on 05th may 2018. But that bus was cancelled. Then amount was refund at abhi bus wallet cash.in that cash not transfer to my bank account or air tel money account. Now that cash wallet time is expiring 90 days.

                Comments: The bus driver did not allow to board the bus even after waiting for 30 min at the venue the driver harassed my wife and left within 30 sec . we were left drowned in heavy rain in Goa due to cyclones mentally disturbed and left alone in the middle of the road in the evening even tried to contact the abhibus customer care. we were kept for hold for more than 30 min.the customer care executive is Shiva time of cal is 6 00PM 10 june2018. Very horrible and scrary experience for me and my wife we have the evidence of the incident with localities and staff of petrol bunk where we supposed to board the bus.Kindly consider this issue seriously and take immediate action.

                  I deeply regret to report the incident I have been through and the very very bad experience with AbhiBus.
                  I booked a ticket online for 2 passengers on Thursday 14th of June to Rajahmundry selecting Transit Translines Logistics, details Below.

                  Seats - G3, G4, Boarding LB Nagar Hyderabad.

                  At the time of boarding this guy, conductor Mr. Karthik Phone number - [protected] from Kaleshwari Travels asked us to sit in J3, J4 seats.
                  I very politely asked the reason and refused to sit as I booked tickets selecting seats G3, G4. He gave me no valid reason or atleast the reason he was giving was not at all convincing. In fact he argued and spoke rudely to my wife.
                  The seats he allotted us were right above the rear wheel which we wanted to avoid in the first place and the reason for booking tickets online paying so much.
                  I paid 2, 249.60 in total just to take a relaxed journey in (Bus Type : 2+2, Volvo B9R Semi Sleeper, AC, LED) as described in your eticket.
                  Not only were the seats good but also the bus was in a very bad condition, the bus inside was obviously ugly and no leg room. I spoke to Rahul in customer support on the same day and he promised he will escalate and will have his manager/supervisor callback which never happened.
                  It was my Birthday and we planned the trip to enjoy. Thanks to Abhibus who have managed to spoil the entire day.
                  This my first experience with Abhibus and I assure this will be the last one.
                  I will never ever chose or recommend Abhibus, and I shall make sure others not as well.
                  I humbly ask Abhibus to refund in this case.

                    This is the # service i have ever got.
                    This people are # and have no sence what are they doing my journey is canceled without my permission 24 hrs prior to my journey and agent prakash from abhibus has humiliated me and have abused me and have made me suffered.
                    It my festival and the journey is been cancelled

                    Please help me to shut down this service or else make sure agent prakash looses his job as he has no idea of customer service.

                      I booked 3 seat tickets from abhibus from mumbai to bangalore for 12th may.
                      Travel bus operator was sea bird tourist. My boarding point was borivali. Seabird operator called me and tols then cannot pick up from borivali and then i need to go to kharghar for boarding the bus (Kharghar is 60 kms away from borivali). I was told too reach at 4pm. Unfortunately the bus got delayed for 7 hours and i was waiting with my old mom and wife in highway road. When i called abhibus they were gently saying bus is coming and the same respond was by seabird tourist guy. Any how the bus arrived and the left 2 window glass was broken of the bus and there was a salotape and cardboard on the side of the window to repair it. I found it risky. After 2 minutes of boarding the bus breakdown and some liquid was leaking from down of the bus. When the contacted abhibus and told that the bus is not getting repaired i am in middle of the road with my family they said you have started journeu we wont redund and actually i travelled for 2 minutes and was in kharghar. The whole people travelling in the bus were yelling. Some of them who booked from goibibo got refund and they travelled in the next bus. But i was still there waiting and chasing for my refund. But since my family was important to me i took a bus in middle of highway and travelled to bangalore. Now this abhibus and seabird guy is asking me for ticket for which i travelled. What would i have done 1 pm at night in middle of the road with my old mom and my wife.
                      I am expecting refund of original ticket which cost is 4100 and 800 for uber charges for source point change. Also i need 3400 more as i paid 7500 cash to other bus to travel to bangalore.
                      In total i need refund of 8300 rs

                        Bus has not picked me and telling lies after calling them

                        I have booked ticket in kaleswari travels from tirupati to hyderabad with ticket no:abrs67868071 and doj is 20-may-2018 dep time 10.30pm. My complaint is that i called to bus attender which i have received to my mobile and his name giridharreddy giri i have been calling him several times and i informef him i will be late by 15-20 min, i reached second boarding point after 25min (10:55) i called him and he repiled that the bus has already left tirupati, i dont know how the bus has left tirupati even i informed. So please take necessary action on this issue and refund my ticket amount

                          My name is Yaseen nayak from bangalore and I had a case registred with one of your manager Ms Jayalaxmi who one of the biggest lier I have ever come across .
                          She told me I will get RS 300 back in my bank account which was not done and when I called Yesterday that is on 22.05.2018 I spoke to Mohammed I think good for noting Told I will not get any money as he has no Idea as what is going on .

                          I have all the recordings of the call and I will surely put it in the social networking sites and also I have a youtube channel I will also put up all the details as how my time was wasted by ABHIBUS.
                          I will ask all to book the Tickets from Redbus for Quality of the customer service they give .

My complaint is that i have been waiting for the bus from 3:00am and after 3:45am i have called to bus attender which i have received to my mobile and mobile number is [protected] and his name suresh with bus no ap02te3753, the mobile is not working after i have been calling him several times still 4.30am, after that i found a mobile number in the bus ticket and the mobile number is [protected] and he repiled that the bus has already left anantapur, i dont know how the bus has left anantapur with entering the city as i am waiting for the bus from 3:00am.. So please take necessary action on this issue and refund my ticket amount

                              I booked ticket on May 5th 2018, Tickect was not booked due to payment failure at their end ...but money was deducted and still not yet refunded the money.when i called customer care they said money would be refunded in 24hrs it has been 5days since then...but my money has not been Refunded yet.Im calling them they are saying the same thing 24hrs but...no refund of money.

                                Date : 01-may-2018 till 04-may-2018

                                I have booked 3 tickets from bangalore to nellore for the date of 01-may-2018 under 2 pnr numbers, and i was given 09:45 pm as my boarding time at btm, bangalore. I have reached the boarding point by 09:30 pm and have been waiting for the bus until 10:00 pm with no update regarding the contact details of the bus driver or any update whatsoever. Later at 10:00 pm, hp non-ac bus came and when we inquired regarding ac-sleeper, they have said that the sleeper bus has been cancelled, after which we have tried calling hp travels for the update but no one responded and then we have called abhibus for an alternate solution. Abhibus representatives have called and informed that they cant find an alternate solution for this.

                                Despite of numerous calls, no one helped me resolve the issue and all they say is we cant find an alternate bus and i have to find my own way and they would refund my money the next day. I had a very important function happening at the home and i had to be there, so i was forced to take a cab to my hometown which costed me rs.12, 000/- and on 02 may 2018 i got a call from abhibus executive and mentioned that the bus operator had sent message about bus cancellation but we have received any such sms and when asked to send a proof regarding the same, they didnt send anything till now. And when asked to connect to the operator, they kept me on hold for 5 minutes and said that they are not responding. This is completely ridiculous. And i had to go through lot of mental pressure because of their irresponsibility. I had to spend so much money to get to my destination and i need a re-reimbursement for the same.

                                Please help me out in getting the money of rs.30, 000/- which includes what i have spent for this journey and compensation for the mental pressure they caused me and for my time they have wasted without resolving my issue.

                                Looking forward for a positive response from your end.

                                  Just before 5 minutes of the departure, when we called the meenakshi bus driver, he said that the bus is cancelled. No prior intimation on the service cancellation. Neither an sms nor an email has been given about the cancellation. When we called the abhibus customer care, they have just launched a complain - [protected]. But no response later. No alternative service. No call return. We had children and old women along with us. All had to suffer a lot due to this bad management. Customer care is talking only about fund return but they are least bothered about the inconvenience and pain caused due to this bad management from abhibus. Most worst part is that abhibus has dropped an email on "how was your journey". This is very ridiculous and inhuman from abhibus.

                                  When Bus service gets cancelled at the last moment, what should the Abhibus do? Can it leave the travelers on the road by just taking the complain? We had kids and old people to be traveled. I had to spend double the cost and time to reach the destiny and give a lot of pain to my family due to this last minute travel plan change. I had to even skip my meetings at office giving some stupid reasons to my manager. Isn't all this pain only because of the bad management and service of Abhibus? Ther customer care of Abhibus is even more worse. They keep on hold for long time and disconnect. When I call back again, I need to tell the whole story again. I think its one kind of harassing the customers. My struggle now is to make sure that no one else should face the pain that I've faced with my family trusting this ridiculous bus services.

                                    When booked ticket using AbhiBus app in my mobile for one of my female relative, gender shown in the app was female. However the gender was changed to male and the next seat which was supposed to be either booked by a female or empty was booked by a male.

                                    Strange thing is that when I called the customer care, they said that during booking it was given as male, however in the mobile app it clearly stated as 'Female'.

                                    Seems like the operators does not want to leave an empty seat and AbhiBus has some sort of agreement with the bus operators and they are internally changing the gender to male and in turn complaining back at the customers that customers did the mistake while booking.'

                                    This really caused inconvenience and really not sure why the AbhiBus is doing like this and what ;s their intention by playing with ordinary people lives and causing mental tension. Wont be using AbhiBus at all. Shame!!

                                      Dear sir,
                                      Yesterday night i travelled on bharathi tours and travels a/c bus from hyderabad to palvancha in hyderabad to bhadrachalam service bt - 999 (Busno:ts-08 ud 9693) in l8 seat. But in middle of the night the staff of bus stopped the a/c. Which became a regular practice of all private services in this route. So kindly look into these matters before arranging service through your portal
