Hello I am Alekhya from Vijayawada ..we planned to book at 10pm night on 24th June 2017 and mistakenly did it for morning...As we didn't get information from driver as these days everyone are giving message before journey and we didn't get any message about that booking so we didn't know ... Pls favour us for this time as we need a good experience with your Abhi bus..1st experience gives best one

    Dear sir/madam,
    This is to complain about the incident happened tonight by abhi bus.
    I booked a ticket to bangalore from hyderabad on 26/06/2017 at 845pm through abhi bus app and i got message from abhi bus with pick date and time as 26/06/2017, i was waiting at the said pick point for 20minutes more and there were three bused passed w/o stopping. I called to abhi bus for getting details on the bus whether it crossed or not and asked for phone number. He gave head office phone number which never connected to me. And called again and got sree dhanunjaya bus contact number. Bus operator said it would come soon and the drama went till 11pm. I got message at 10pm for sree dhanunjaya bus details with bus driver name and mobile number. He hardly picked up phone and said it would come in a 10 minute at 10.45pm. But no use and giving me misguidance and fatiguenes att 11pm. This lead me a leave to company today 27/06/2017.
    I attach the ticket details for your reference.
    Please kindly take a necessary action against them to avoid such misguidance.

        Booked bus tickets from chennai to bengaluru and return on 14th june, 2017 using their pay later service lazypay. At the payment gateway, i was asked to enter the otp received at my cell phone number to authenticate my identity and the amount to get debited from my lazypay account. After entering the otp, i clicked on the confirm button to confirm the payment but after clicking it the webpage returned an error code and my tickets were not booked. Instead i received message and mail that my lazypay account has been debited for the amount. I dropped a mail to lazypay to report the issue and got a reply back that the transaction was successful at their end and so i should be contacting abhibus service. So i called them 3 times since then and got the same reply that it will get refunded. I even dropped them mails to which they did not even bother to reply. Now my last day for repayment to the amount which i never transacted has arrived and i am getting mails and calls to repay it from lazypay and i am in no mood to repay any such amount. Kindly help me in resolving this issue and getting this amount re-credited to the lazypay account along with any such fines or penalties which the lazypay may levy on non-payment beyond due date.

          My name is yash vekaria and my contact number is [protected].

          I had complaint regarding, the money which had not been credited back in bank my account. I had been trailing this problem from past 1.5 months.

          I am literally fed by you customer care service, they just give false hopes, time, dates and complaint ticket no. I have been calling customer care from april 16th, dropped mails many time but they hardly concern regarding this problem. Every time new guy will be on call and i have explain my complaint and keep wasting my time.

          I had submitted bank statement on 20th may and called many times, but as usual no updates from your side. (This is my latest ticket no. 687900.) and you can even check my call logs.

            Hello all,
            Don't book ticket in abhibus. There service is tooo worst. I booked a ticket bangalore to tirupathi in 6/6/17 thr abhibus. Due to some issue bus was cancelled. I called to abhibus services center to raise the complaint, but they are making fun with us and cut the phone. Some #ing employees makes the service center too worst and behaving like rubbish. Don't go for abhibus book in some in another app or website. There are looking for money only not a service.

              Dear abhi busteam,

              I booked ticket through abhibus, journey on saturday 3rd june. Oprator name was kaleswari travels bus timing was 10.50 pm. Boarding time was 10.35 pm. I came boarding point on 9.30 pm and waited for kaleswari travel for almost 2 to 3hrs. No proper information given by kaleswari travels and after discusion with abhibus customer care representive he told you can travel with another bus and your amount will be refunded within 24 hrs. Because after calling abhibus customer care almost more than 25 times finally kaleswari travels not came and abhibus customer care representive taken my complaint and complaint number is 713042. I believe my refund amount should given me immediately and strict legal action should taken on kaleswari travels for cheating and not given proper information to customer. Future nobody will believe on abhibus online booking.
              Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible. I attached respective images.
              If i not receive any response from abhibus team i will take legally action.

                Dear sir/ madam, i booked my tickets in no 1 travels through abhibus. Journey date: 4 th jun sunday._ 10.00 clock bus from coimbatore to bangalore. Actually they had stopped the bus in hosur border for more than two hours and all the people who travelled are got stuck in due to the travelles who not paid the money for permitt to travel in karnataka. So i would suggest please do not recommend this kind of buses any more. It is really frustrating.

                  I raised complaint on 27-may-2017. My ticket number 59606360 operatorname : neeta tours & travels. Item id : 700513.

                  On that day bus has breackdown in middle about 200 kilometers from my destination point. Bus operator not responded and driver not responed then i booked a complaint in abibus now abibus not responding. Its totally cheating to the customer.

                  Could you pleas take some action otherwise people will not opt abibus.

                    Abhibus gives 10/- per seat offer.in this offer, i booked a ticket from bangalore to hyderabad successfully. It is generated ticket number 54462227. When i clicked on the print ticket it was printed a ticket without details which are after successfully completing the transaction. I didn't get any message or email in this regard till four hours of booking after i called a customer representative they check my details and told me it is a failure transaction. For failure transaction why abhibus showing ticket number and saying like your booking was confirmed. This is a witness for cheating customers by abhibus. I booked a returned ticket also. But i am unable to take the screen shot because i got some error while print ticket. This ticket booked on a mobile number [protected].                       Booked bus from bangalore to manipal on 27may 2017. Ticket no: ts[protected]rvpi
                      Pnr: 578240. I boarded the pickup bus from gangotri hospital btm and they dropped me at gandhinagar near srs travels in heavy rain and asked to stay there till other bus arrives. As i didn't receive bus driver number called the helpline no of anand travels [protected] they didn't receive earlier when called they will tell that "you will receive bus driver number in msg call them" and they won't give any additional details. I got connected to this number [protected] after half an hour and they told me that bus already left and is in yashwantpura. I asked how can they leave me here without calling and confirming me, no response. Then i got call from bus contact [protected] who said bus is already in yashwantpura and you need to come here. At 11.30 with heavy rain i had to struggle to get an auto and reach there. Luckily one auto agreed for 250 rupees. Once i reach there no response from them at least as a courtesy they should have apologized for delay instead they try to blame me only. I'll never trust abhibus or anand travels in my life. I cannot imagine this happen to any family or women. These guys are highly irresponsible and untrustworthy. I have never felt so insecure in life.

                      Please take action so that don't repeat this and make anyone else suffer in the midst of raining night.

                        I have traveled with my family from pune to ahmedabad in ganga travels - aeroline business class on 15th may 2017, which is an ac bus. I have booked an ac sleeper since i have small kid, and the ticket was booked through “abhibus”.
                        But within half an hour after starting bus the water from the ac panel started pouring on our seat, when we asked the driver about the same, he replied with in some time it will resolve. But it was not resolved and continuously it was leaking. The whole night we was not able to sleep.
                        We also gave the complaint to the abhibus helpdesk, but no action was taken. & all the passengers were bearing the water falling on their seats. Are we paying more money for ac bus to face such trouble.
                        It was a very troublesome journey, i will never use ganga travels and suggest all family and friends not travel in ganga travels.

                          First time i booked a tkt from bangalore to hyderabad in kgn travels on 26th may 2017 through abhi bus app on 24th abhi bus team called me and told service was cancelled and they promised me to do with alternative arrangement.. Till now i called abhi bus customer care almost 10 times... Every time they will our booking team will call next after i disconnect the call... Till now i didnt get any call... It was worst experience with abhi bus. I will never ever prefer anybody to book through abhi bus..

                            I have written mail to Abhibus after reading FAQ mail reference number Attn (Ticket ID :697511)
                            To who ever it may concern

                            I am regular user of your services while travelling currently I am abhicash of 322 and today received a mail saying 222 is about to expire by 31st May But I request you I don't have immediate travel plan But Yes I have to travel in June can you extend that date So I can use that in coming month or so. As from your site learnt that I can't transfer the said money in my bank account nor on paytm
                            on which they send me again there FAQ for which as following send reply but no reply from them after that
                            This mail of yours doesn't satisfied my query I have written mail after reading FAQ I have simple question when I have balance which your company says 322 out of which 222 is going to expired on 31st May are you going to extend that tenure or not.
                            Secondly I have booked tickets thru Redbus as well as PayTM they keep my balance as it is till next booking then why not with your company (they also allow me to transfer that money to my bank account.. I do understand company to company policy change but when I asking for extension of that period don't you think it is cheating a customer by restricting him for limited period and pressurizing him by saying your money which you earn is of no use if you don't redeem that??
                            If this is your standard practice please let me know ..

                              I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to kurnool. While booking abhibus showed the boarding point as majestic and hence I booked from there. While I started to boarding point, they sent SMS which states different boarding point (kalasapaloyam). I reached to majestic and asked for the transport facility to reach kalasapaloyam. They didn't provide and then I asked for return my money. But they didn't return and didn't provide transport to kalasapaloyam. Due to which I could not commence by journey for the day. And these guys have abused me very vulgarly.. Like chodu (Hindi)

                                  But at the last moment manish travels conformed through sms : “due to
                                  Vehicle breakdown today your journey ticket is cancelled” this made my
                                  Family with my wife & son to book for another bus where the fare was
                                  Doubled & put a desperate lower income family in extreme trouble.

                                  I just want to ask you a simple question can you reimbursed the cost
                                  Of rs1500 as per the above subject for me?

                                    I tried to book tickets through abhi bus and there was an application issue, but my money was taken by abhi bus and it has not been refunded to me. Its been more that 10 bank working days now. And no response. When i cald abhi bus customer care, no proper reply and they simoly said money has been refunded and game me some reference number and cut the call. Cheaters they are. I lost my 2500rs.

                                      I had booked a ticket, through abhibus.com portal, for 3 passengers on 03.03.2017 for travel on 11.03.2017. The service provider was apsrtc, service no.3475, and the ticket number is 61190542. Journey was from nellore to chennai by garuda carrier. When the passengers reached the bus station at nellore on 11.03.2017 at around 4.30 a. M., they were informed that the bus concerned had been cancelled and refund of ticket amount of rs.1180.00 would be done within 15 days. Despite this, i had informed the abhibus team, through e-mail, on 12.03.2017 about the cancellation of the bus and requested them to refund the ticket amount of rs.1180.00. They replied to me saying that they tried to reach on my phone and could not speak to me. But for this information, there was no other information in their e-mail. I had sent another e-mail to them on 17.03.2017, once again informing them about cancellation of the bus and requested them to refund the amount. Again i received the same reply. Subsequently, when i contacted abhibus customer care over telephone, they told me that they will not refund the amount of rs1180.00 stating that i had not cancelled the ticket, with apsrtc within 15 days from the date of travel. I told them that i did not cancel the ticket as abhibus.com, to whom i have paid the amount, had not informed me about the cancellation procedure. Further more, the contract was between me and abhibus.com and not between me and apsrtc. The responsibility of refunding the amount, therefore solely lies with abhibus.com. I contacted the customer care cell of abhibus.com several times, for refund of the amount and there was no positive response from them.

                                        On 7th of April from my account amount is debited twice. I contacted more than 6 times to abhibus. Then I ask help from my bank, from my bank they said if they can send a mail stating that amount received to them, then only bank can help me. Abhibus is not sending that mail stating that they haven't recieved money. Please help me from your side. My number is [protected]

                                        My parent's during journey in goa to mumbai date 13.05.2017 seat no 10, 11, 12 we select the two window seat at the time of online booking but agent on travalinghe doesn't given window seat we got on only one window seat and also we doesn't get fernandes travels bus they provide sai ganesh bus at the time of journey such a cheap service providers
