I have booked a ticket from Bangalore to kurnool. While booking abhibus showed the boarding point as majestic and hence I booked from there. While I started to boarding point, they sent SMS which states different boarding point (kalasapaloyam). I reached to majestic and asked for the transport facility to reach kalasapaloyam. They didn't provide and then I asked for return my money. But they didn't return and didn't provide...

I tried to book tickets through abhi bus and there was an application issue, but my money was taken by abhi bus and it has not been refunded to me. Its been more that 10 bank working days now. And no response. When i cald abhi bus customer care, no proper reply and they simoly said money has been refunded and game me some reference number and cut the call. Cheaters they are. I lost my 2500rs....

I had booked a ticket, through abhibus.com portal, for 3 passengers on 03.03.2017 for travel on 11.03.2017. The service provider was apsrtc, service no.3475, and the ticket number is 61190542. Journey was from nellore to chennai by garuda carrier. When the passengers reached the bus station at nellore on 11.03.2017 at around 4.30 a. M., they were informed that the bus concerned had been cancelled and refund of ticket amount of rs.1180.00...

On 7th of April from my account amount is debited twice. I contacted more than 6 times to abhibus. Then I ask help from my bank, from my bank they said if they can send a mail stating that amount received to them, then only bank can help me. Abhibus is not sending that mail stating that they haven't recieved money. Please help me from your side. My number is [protected]...

It was a literal bitter experience in my travel with vandana travels from Chennai to Guntur last day .i.e on 28th April.
1. We boarded the bus to get down at guntur but the driver straight away brought everyone to Vijayawada. When we ask the driver on this, he said he wasn't given any call sheet.

I booked tickets from abhibus website and applied promo code, after journey also i didnt get cahsback for 2 journey.
Ticket details:61962892 & 61901448.
I raised complaint on this and response from team is i didnt login into abhibus website. Without login into website, system will not allow to apply promocode.

I am booked ticket from delhi to lucknow ac sleeper bus abhibus give me ticket detail on sms but at the time of boarding a non sleeper bus and when i ask for sleeper bus bus conductor told me "baithana ho to baithooo nahi to dusari bus dekh loop" it was shocking for me i am attached photo of bus and my ticket

Abhi Bus website showing offer details are not accurate . They are mentioning cashback and Off, Once login into the website and about to book a ticket, its giving only cash back ( that cashback amount cant use at a time, only 5% of total booking amount .), but not off .
One more issue, so many times money is deducting but ticket is not confirming.May be they are refunding ticket amount to respected debited account (it will take around...

I called abhibus cs and was advised that I'll get refund in 5 working days. However HDFC bank informed that payment was successful from there end. I have booked ticket thru abhibus for orange travels and the boarding point was jalahalli cross at 9.35pm and i was at stop at 9pm itself

I booked a bus ticket in SRS travels bus services from Pune to Chennai on 16/02/2017 through Abhibus.

SRS travels was not reachable over phone and either they did not contacted me regarding the boarding point.
I missed the bus finally!
