It's been after almost a wait for a month, I have to write to you guys to check upon refund status of my unauthorised transaction.
On April 09, 2022, i made a 2-way booking under booking ID ABRS8090225. Trip was BLR-HYD-BLR. Payment was done via UPI for which INR 1544.88 was deducted from my account for both onwards and return journey (date - Apr 09, 2022, UTIB[protected]-UPI). However, booking was only confirmed for only HYD to BLR. As per your app, BLR to HYD transaction failed.
I therefore cancelled the HYD to BLR journey and got my refund (705 abhi cash). I then called up your customer support, who assured me, money deducted for BLR to HYD (which was never booked but money was deducted) shall return to my account within 7 working days. It's been over month, I am still waiting for the refund.
I request you to please look into this with utmost priority and have money refunded.
