    I booked ticket from vijaywada to secunderabad. they charged me and dint give me ticket. when I asked for refund they said i will get after 2 to 7 days. I have to reach secunderabad tomorrow morning and they are not providing me another ticket as well. I want to file consumer complaint against this.

      I didn't get my refund, after I send all my bank statement still didn't get response, when I called to customer service they just put call on hold this was the pure service of abhi bus, very very very bad bad worst end

        I have booked ticket yesterday (22-June) night at 11 58.
        Ticket payment time 6 mins of duration.

        And I paid online using Amazon pay at 12AM.
        At 12 01 I able to see the error msg from Abhi bus app. Saying that ticket not booked.

        Quickly I informed to Abhi bus team, and had a call. But they are not responded properly even rash on call.

        Again next day (23-June) I asked them the status at least provide the Ticket cancellation confirm with that I can plan to book another but they are not sent back me anything and guiding me to book another ticket.

            On[protected], i booked Tickets from Devarapalli to Hyderabad for[protected]AC-Sleeper). Due to some emergency situations, I would like to cancel my booking but cancellation is not available. I have called Abhibus Customer Customer Care No.[protected] but didn't get any response. Could you please check and resolve at the earliest as the ticket was booked for tomorrow. Also, I would like to convert that amount into AbhiCash so that I can book it next time. I am here sharing the ticket details for your reference

              Dear support team,

              I have booked two tickets from Hyderabad to Nagpur, journey date 27th May 2022. AbhiBus Booking ID: AU[protected]. Screenshot attached for your reference. Approx 1400rs per seat.

              Pickup from chandannagar was at 8:20 pm and boarding main service bus OTT17 was scheduled at 10 pm.

              But Orange travels after pickup at 8:30 pm from chandanagar, just kept roaming around the city and picking up the customers at different locations and waiting at JBS and other locations for approx 3 hours.

              When I called the Orange tours for checking why there is such a long delay in reaching the main service bus, there number was switched off and office number [protected] no response.

              We were exhausted and tired travelling for almost 3 hours. Finally when we reached the service bus insted of feeling relaxed, frustration increased as the service bus was a old one in pathetic condition without proper sleeping space, no tv and dirty.

              Your site shows fake rating of 4.2 for Orange and charging 1400rs per seat and cheating customers every time saying bus is under repair and sending old bus.

              Orange and Aabhi bus both are cheap business practices, and will shut down the business soon.

                Yesterday my daughter booked a ticket from Pune to Hyderabad through Abhibus-Orange travels vide Booking ID:AU[protected], Bus partner PNR :[protected], seat no:U13, Scheduled departure : 10.50 PM.Boarding point :Vishal Nagar, Opp:Swarsat Bank, Pune.

                Bus departed 5 minutes before schedule time and called Driver to wait 5 minutes in the boarding point but he had not waited. My daughter has to attend an important work at Bank in Hyderabad today and her trails went in vain.
                I request the authority to initiate suitable action on Bus operator(Orange travels) so that the same should not repeat to others and Orange travels must refund the double the amount paid for their ridiculous behavior.

                  On 7.6.2022 we have booked 2 tickets of Sri Renugambal Travels from Trichy to Vellore through Abhi Bus app. Boarding time was 11.50 pm as per online ticket. Even after 12 am bus has not arrived we have contacted the travel agencies K J Renugambal Travels and they are very reluctant and irresponsible in their reply that there s a breakdown in Madurai and the bus is still in Madurai Only. As the time crossed the boarding time we unable to cancel the tickets booked and we have travelled through alternative source as there was emergency. Kindly intervene the above complain and refund full amount Rs.1355.98/- as there is no mistake from passenger side. Booking ID is AU[protected] Service No 28353 Seat No. 9, 10W Bus Partner PNR SRTA-AP[protected] Bus Partner Sri Renugambal Travels.

                    Update pick up and dropping points appropriately even the service provider says it's abhi bus mistake not to update dropping points appropriately, just for your booking hikes.

                    I was dropped 10 km far from my drop point.

                      Dear Team Abhibus,

                      It's been after almost a wait for a month, I have to write to you guys to check upon refund status of my unauthorised transaction.

                      On April 09, 2022, i made a 2-way booking under booking ID ABRS8090225. Trip was BLR-HYD-BLR. Payment was done via UPI for which INR 1544.88 was deducted from my account for both onwards and return journey (date - Apr 09, 2022, UTIB[protected]-UPI). However, booking was only confirmed for only HYD to BLR. As per your app, BLR to HYD transaction failed.

                      I therefore cancelled the HYD to BLR journey and got my refund (705 abhi cash). I then called up your customer support, who assured me, money deducted for BLR to HYD (which was never booked but money was deducted) shall return to my account within 7 working days. It's been over month, I am still waiting for the refund.

                      I request you to please look into this with utmost priority and have money refunded.

                          I have booked bus from bhopal to mumbai booking id AU[protected] . The bus timing is 7:00 pm from boarding to 9:00 AM my dropping point chembur kamraajnagar mumbai.
                          Bus is already late by 2 hours from bhopal and not the dropping timing showing is almost 3 hours late 12:00 .
                          I have an meeting in mumbai at 11:00am and i m now going to miss it and this i big loss not acceptable.
                          also driver not stopped bus on the dropping point after ask him they stop somewhere in middle of the road .
                          I want the resolution or kindly get my money back i want refund.

                            Hi Team,

                            Unfortunately I have to cancel my trip due to loss of a person and I would not be travelling. But I see that refund amount shows "0" for AbhiBus Booking ID : AU[protected].

                            I did had a word with the one of you representative last night (12-May) and got the information that the amount cannot be refunded even we are cancelling before 48 Hours. The amount is ₹3538, which is huge. I also requested for to cut the Cancellation charges if you have any and give the rest of the amount. But she still said No. She has also raised a complaint with the Case # [protected] and said that I will get a call from the Supervisor or Higher Management. But none called till now.

                            I called back to Abhibus as I did not receive any call from them. The agent did not give a resolution and she dropped the call.

                            Is this something that ABHIBUS is looting people with the hard earn money of the customer.

                            Please give my money back.

                              3 hrs before I called customer care asked for post pone or cancel ticket, they are saying its not possible.

                              Its against their policy they are saying. As a customer we are loosing entire money.

                                    I had booked one ticket for our employee Mr Manjunath from bangalore to Hydrabad on 14th apirl and the boarding point is anand rao junction at 9.30pm . The ticket ID is AU[protected]. he was arived at the boarding point 30minut before and also tried to contact the bus driver but nobody response. travel agency Abhibus also not response. after 11.30 pm abhibus customer care excutive said bus not came today so you can find alternative solution. so we have faced lots of issues and we have become depressed. and also More money lass. So i need full refund of ticket fare with compensation.

                                      I tried making a bus booking from Bangalore to chennai and chennai to Bangalore on Apr 6, 2022. The payment failed somehow that day. My order ID is RB55871176B55871175A . I was assured of the refund between 2-3 days, it's been 8 days and counting and I have not received my refund. I've been trying to call, there is no agent availabel to talk. I've tried using chat option in the app and no agent is available to talk. Feels like I have been scammed.

                                        Hi, I am Vinod Kumar. i have booked my ticket from Abhi Bus 16days prior (27/03/2022) to my journey date(14/04/2022) for Rs.1050/-. But i got message saying bus got cancelled due to technical issue and received the refund today(13/04/2022). As they refunded the amount but when i checked for booking the same route now its showing me the double price, its totally unfair as i booked 16days prior. Abhi Bus should give compensation or book me a ticket. i have booked the ticked to avoid last hour rush. i don't want to pay extra that's the reason i have booked 16days prior. I dont want refund,
