I an suffering with high fever . I just asked driver to stop at medical store but straight away he ignored . If my body temperature increases further then it is completely responsible by driver.

    Hello team members,
    The bed sheets are not cleaned. And the blood 🩸 marks on he bedsheets. Feel like vomit 🤮. Who is the responsible for the bus cleanup when I asked drivers they are not responsible for the mess which they are telling you guys r nlt providing things.
    Please help costumers.
    How can we sleep on this kind of bedspread.

      Hi dear Team,

      The bedsheets were not cleaned and blood 🩸 marks smell, which I travelling by Sugama from Belgaum to Bangalore now.
      Below is the details for your reference. On weekend days you charged almost 50% extra than not taking care of cleaning of the beds. Please let me know how can we trust and travel. When we asked bus guys, they are blaming you guys whichever they r giving we are using ext.
      Here after we don’t want to use your service I will try to send details to all

          This is my first time using the ABHIBUS App, and I had a terrible experience. The bus was delayed more than five times, from 12.30 a.m. to 5 a.m., and no correct information was provided to the passengers. We went to Madaiwala POLICE STATION and reported the same issue
          No communication or call from ABHIBUS has been received as of 5 a.m. on Tuesday, March 2, 2023. At 5:03 a.m., I received a bus arrival notice ( Thanks Abhibus for sending it, this a perfect proof )[ATTACHING IT]
          ABHIBUS should compensate for forcing older citizens to sit on the road for 4+ hours.
          Considering this is 100% error from your end, I need both tickets reimbursed as soon as possible.
          As proof, keeping the audio recordings of conversations with ABHIBUS/ ORANGE BUS customer service.

            I had booked 2 bus tickets from abhibus for amount of rs 1980, i got a message that our seats have been changed from number 15 & 16 to number 11 &12 which had damaged AC so there was suffocation and no air so was feeling very hot, seats were untidy with almost no cleaning, when told conductor he behaved rudely, felt like vomitting due to this and had to consult the doctor after arriving mumbai, felt dizzy for 2 days, pathetic service.

              Money for the booking was deducted from my account but successful booking couldnt happen from their side so refund was to be given to me. but after these many days also refund is not received. it happened on 24th january 2023.

                I have booked ticket from Goa to Hyderabad with Jagan travels in your website

                Bus no NL07B0918 and seat No L16, PNR : 1467309

                I have boarded this bus at Panajim

                The reason i booked this ticket is it i mentioned Abhi assured in the website. The bus is not at all in a good shape. I am not sure who approved this bus to travel from Goa to Hyderabad. The bus does not have any plug point to charge mobiles. I think except the driver steering nothing is in a perfect condition.
                While driving, the bus is just shaking which is not comfortable for the customer.

                Before reaching Karnataka, the bus tires got smoke and it entered throughout the bus for almost 40-60 mins. I am in the emergency exit door and i faced lot of issue with that smell and smoke and then the tire got fire. The bus was stopped at 4-5 am and the bus broke down, it was not in a shape to move forward. The driver and staff were not confident about the bus. The manager, owner didn't even picked up the calls nether responded even after knowing the bus was broken down.

                This is just not a complain, i can say we almost the entire crew may be just saved from death, it could have resulted in complete fire to the bus.
                The driver didn't help neither the Owner nor the manager. Nobody took responsible. Me and my friend has to take a cab from there to reach hyderabad which costed as 10000+ rupees.

                Please do the necessary compensation as soon as possible.
                Below are major monetary losses due to vehicle breakdown

                1) Bus booking 3035.00
                2) Cab cost 10000+
                3) 1 day loss of pay because i was supposed to work on Jan 2nd.
                4) Other additional expenses like auto, food etc

                Almost survived from death

                Please donot trust Abhibus. They didn't help me in solving point #2, #3, #4 even after multiple followups. They are just a forum to book the tickets otherwise are not helpful at all

                  I booked a ticket online and in ticket boarding point was showed as Adimaly, departure time was 9 50. I waited almost 2 hour at adimaly bus stand.. @ 10:24 bus partner called me and said that the bus will not enter into bus stand after 7clk .. Then I asked him why you didn't called me earlier.. and he said he can't call everyone he was busy!! How can a new passenger know about this thing that bus will not enter into bus stand after 7 ?? Bus partner should ensure that passenger details before departure.. I need my refund because this is not my fault. I waited 4 hours there to get another bus..

                      I have booked a ticket for my brother on 19/12/2022 from borivali to Hyderabad. Bus boarding time was 6pm and my brother reached by 5.45 pm, after waiting for few minutes he inquired about the bus to which the travel agency said they don't accept inquires booked through app. Still one guy helped and called the driver to which he told a lie that the bus came to borivali point and no one was there and told to come to sion. When we called the abhi bus customer care they told other passengers are also boarded from the same point when asked about the proof of that he was clueless and changed the topic to other direction.

                        I had tried to book ticket from abhibus.com on 22nd nov 2022, ticket was unsuccessful but payment deducted from my credit card rs. 1868.80. It was successfully booked after 2nd try. Payment also deducted from the same account. I had contacted customer care for refund of 1st unsuccessful transaction. As they told me to send all details on [protected]@abhibus.com. I had send all information like order id, contact number and transaction details and statement etc. But they are not responding properly on mail and calls and daily they give fake promises that wait for 48 hours, your money will get refunded. But till date refund not received.

                          False Terms Refund Not Received

                          As per the act if I don't use the services or goods how am I not eligible for refund. And also my tickets being sold to someone as I dont board the bus

                          I asked for a refund for my tickets as I was not well and couldn't travel and hence I had sent an email but there came an email that I and not eligible for refund.

                          And also I have booked the tickets same day so how does the terms and conditions fit.

                            I am facing the same issue when I cancelled the back journey. They charged highly. Thanks to your help my previous issue is resolved. Please help me again to resolve this issue.

                            My ticket costed around Rs. 1499, and I cancelled my ticket one day prior to the journey, I booked ticket as their cancellation policy terms were good. As per their cancellation policy I must receive 95% refund i.e. Rs. 1425. which they also mentioned in the app while booking and also during cancellation. But after cancelling the ticket I got a message saying I will receive only Rs. 642.04. Which is mere 43% . I have been charged 57%. When their cancellation policy which shown in App says otherwise.

                              I boarded bus from esteem Mall banglore to Hyderabad.
                              My departure time was 8.40 pm. I reached at 8.43 pm and before 10 minutes i made call to conductor no:[protected] to wait 3 minutes.
                              By the time I reached 8.43 the bus started to move. I called the conductor he was speaking harsh. I rushed by cab to next point yehelanka .
                              I need to pay Rs 1000 to cab.
                              I asked the bus conductor for this not waiting even 3 minutes. He started abusing in bad words and attacked me and try to stop me from boarding bus.
                              I strongly condemned this misbehaved kind to customer.
                              I need immediate action and need refund for the cab amount i spent.
                              I will discontinue all Booking with abibus failing to justify.
