re: inhuman punishment for using abhibus

I booked my ticket from pune to bengaluru for 23/10/2019. The primary reason to book with sea bird operator was the timing. As per ticket the bus should start from yerwada by 5.15 pm but it didn't even reached the boarding point, even after 9. Pm (Am waiting still and drafting this complaint)

This is the first time using abhi bus and i really understood the value of time keeping and effectiveness of ksrtc/ redbus.

I'm complaining against refund policy.

I recently happened to book a ticket from rajahmundry to hyderabad at a fare of rupees 961. I cancelled that ticket 4 hours prior to my journey and i got a refund of rs 30 which is not even 10% of rupees 961. Apps like redbus, irctc will refund amount at least upto 50% but here i didn't even get 10% refund what a pity. Is this for what you have established such an organization. Worest experience ever i got. I immediately uninstalled the app...

my ticket cancelled all of sudden by abhibus

rude behaviour with passengers and me

At the time of booking when mentioned guntur bus stop as dropped stop but helper guy in the bus mentioned that it won't go there. It will go to high way directly. But he mentioned very rudly made argument with us. Finally driver stop the bus at guntur bus station stop. Because of helper ignorance he made big argument in the bus. very bad service

Very bad experience with kaleshwari travels. Bus came at pick up stop 1 hour late at 11 pm.No one informed that bus us running late. Bus is in pathetic condition. Seats are very narrow. people are sleeping on the floor. I booked bus tickets 40mins before departure on the online app of abhibus from pullivendala to bangalore but the software took it as bangalore to pullivendala. An amount of ₹1, 740 was paid online and on checking the booked tickets it showed bangalore to pullivendala while i booked it vice versa. abhi bus service - worst

I booked an apsrtc bus seat in abhi bus app for trip hyderabad to eluru with boarding point, survey of india - little flowers junior college, uppal, hyderabad.

Bus hasn't stopped at boarding point without any intimation and was about to be absconded which made me uneasy and frustrated upon services.
