I had booked my bus on 17th of july from blore to mlore. And i hd requestd the custmr exectve to refund to my source account not any abhi cash.. They had promised.. But they hv done in form of abhi cash.. Still i hd sent so mny mails.. No action is taken. Today is 8th of july.. How mny days shld i wait with this type of service??/.. All i requestd somethng they have done somthng else.

    I did book my ticket from visakhapatnam to vijayawada bearing with booking id "as[protected]" and the booking was cancelled on 31st may 2020. So far i could not receive my refund amount rs. 905/- though i did send multiple email follow up.

      I have booked a ticket on 24th march from abhibus app. But it got cancelled because of covid 19. I haven't received the refund amount back, i have called multiple times to the customer care and even i sent multiple emails but there is no response.

        I have booked a bus from bangalore to hyderabad for the journey on 9the june. But the bus was canceled due to some reasons. Neither the omar travels nor abhibus people can't just inform whether the bus was canceled or confirmed properly via msg or by mail.. We tried contacting abhibus but they are telling that we are not sure whether buses will be running or not.. Such a poor service and its been more than 10 days now and i am expecting my refund money
        Even that is also not clear for them when they are going to pay me back.. At least do this properly.. Kindly refund the money soon..

          My bus ticket from madurai to chennai which was scheduled on 14-apr-2020 was cancelled by the operator due to lockdown. My refund amount of rs.695 has not been credited to bank account till date. I reported the same to support team on 5-apr-2020 and again on 3-may-2020. I requested them to transfer it to my respective bank account but no response and no steps have been taken so far from abhi bus support. I request you through this platform to kindly credit the refund amount to my respective bank account.

            I had booked tickets from kavali to bangalore on 18th april 2020. Due to lock down extension the service got cancelled. I had opt to refund cash to abhi cash amount the amount is rs.3635.
            Now that cash got expired. It is non promotional balance but still expired. How can i book tickets if there are no services due to lock down.
            Can i know how can get my cash back?
            Is it possible to refund my amount to my original payment mode.
            I am trying to call to support iam not able to reach.

              I have booked a ticket (Booking id : as[protected]) from vijayawada to bangalore on 10th of may 2020 through abhibus for the journey on 20th may 2020. The service has been cancelled and the ticket cancellation happened on 12th of may 2020. However, i haven't received my refund amount of rs. 5767.20 yet. I have called abhibus customer care and raised complaint several times. I have even registered complaint regarding this on abhibus website. No one is responding properly. I have sent email with all the details to [protected]@abhibus.com. Still no response.
              The service and response is pathetic.

                My bus was cancelled on 22 march'20 due to covid-19 lockdown and have requested for refund to my bank account they denied to do it and transfered to abhi bus wallet to which i have clearly intimated to transfer to bank account, they asked me to share the upi id screenshot so that they can initiate the transfer to respective upi id and the tat which was promised me was 48 hours now its been morethan 9 days after sharing the upi id to [protected]@abhibus.com and the cancellation which happened passed 2 months still now there is no response and refund. I have been trying everyday speaking to customer care which they were really irresponsible. Pathetic service and irresponsible customer care. Please find the bus ticket and the complain no registered towardsthe cancellation and refund

                    They cheated me by taking 800 for booking, when asked why is it high, he told its increased the fair.. For my clearance i checked online 640 was there... Just after 5 min i checked and called. But he refuses to cancel. It's happened in bellamy branch... Don't ever going to book in this traveler again... How cleverly they are cheating g people... So sad to say that nobody is taking precaution to avoid such mistakes

                      I booled a bus with ticket number: as[protected] through abhibus.
                      I was asked to disembark from a sleeper bus and made to travel in an eicher minivan halfway through the journey for no reason. I have escalated this issue to their customer care executives and they have refunded ₹300 out of ₹2350 ticket. I could have travelled in a normal government bus for ₹300, and they have given petty money refund for the inconvenience caused to me citing that the bus operator is agreeing for only that much amount. I have raised this issue to 3 levels of their customer service representatives and no hope. Such a horrible experience.

I have also been assured that they will escalate this issue and take action with regard to this bus operator so that it doesn't happen again.

                        I have already registered a case and my case no : [protected].

                        I did not have any journey yersterday. Did they not register that in their system? There was no bus service yesterday. My bus got cancelled. I did not any receive any notification. which bus did i have my journey yesterday?

                        Very very bad experience! Infact the worst experience ever! My bus got cancelled and i wasn't even informed about it. And i had to wait at my designated boarding point from 9pm to 1.30am waiting for the bus and after trying through many different numbers, i was able to reach an operator who told me that my bus has been cancelled.

                        Being a girl, i was all alone that late in the night. What if something had happened? Will abhibus take the responsibility for it?

                        I need complete refund and compensation for the trip that i didn't take. Your system has not even registered the fact that i haven't travelled yesterday or that the bus service has been cancelled. Worst service and experience ever.

                        I want to give zero rating if there is an option. No more travelling with abhibus and i will recommend my friends as well to not use this. This is your way of treating customers and providing service and it's worst and bad.

                        I need to speak to the customer service manager or whoever i responsible at the earliest and i need full compensation for all the trouble i had go through yesterday.

                          I have booked bus on AbhiBus From Delhi to Varanasi on 03/10/2019 for travelling date on 25/10/2019 with ticket number[protected] . At that time here cashback Offer, of 50% upto 600 ₹ for first ever transaction through Paypal account, was given .When I have booked they did not given cashback . On asking for cashback from Abhi bus they told me that Paypal will give you cashback but paypal were saying that you were not eligible for cashback because of payment done through virtual debit card. But this terms and condition of transaction with virtual debit card was not given on AbhiBus account for cashback eligibility. But this terms and condition should be given. So I want the cashback for this transaction.

                            I booked my ticket from pune to bengaluru for 23/10/2019. The primary reason to book with sea bird operator was the timing. As per ticket the bus should start from yerwada by 5.15 pm but it didn't even reached the boarding point, even after 9. Pm (Am waiting still and drafting this complaint)

                            This is the first time using abhi bus and i really understood the value of time keeping and effectiveness of ksrtc/ redbus.

                            Kindly note: please don't use mahesh babu in your advertisement. He is one of the charm of andhra film industry and you're just spoiling his name and fame.
                            After dialling to your customer care couple of time, you are right, booking through abhi bus is the fastest, easiest way but definitely not for traveling.

                            I booked a Busticket through Abhi bus website on 15/11/19 to the travel date of 16/11/19 from Dharmapuri to Madurai they charged Rs 760 but on 16/11/19 bus agent called me and informed bus cancelled you get your money by calling to abhibus website but when i cal the tollfree number there is no any response even not connecting very worse

                              I recently happened to book a ticket from rajahmundry to hyderabad at a fare of rupees 961. I cancelled that ticket 4 hours prior to my journey and i got a refund of rs 30 which is not even 10% of rupees 961. Apps like redbus, irctc will refund amount at least upto 50% but here i didn't even get 10% refund what a pity. Is this for what you have established such an organization. Worest experience ever i got. I immediately uninstalled the app and called the customer care the type of response i got. Pity on you people.

                                Hello, i have recently booked tickets on abhibus on 20th september 2019 for journey date - 8th october 2019. The ticket details are as follows

                                Ticket details - ts[protected]itqx (B1, b2 from bellary to bangalore on subramanya tours & travels).

                                Ticket details: ts[protected]wkaj (L3, l4 from bellary to bangalore in subramanya tours & travels).

                                I have cancelled the booking ref: ts[protected]itqx and it was refunded. However my other booking ref: ts[protected]wkaj was confirmed and there were no cancellations at all.

                                But when i went to board the bus yesterday (8th october 2019) for my surprise my booking was not reflected on subramanya tours & travels and the seats l3, l4 were booked for other passages and they did not allow us (Myself and my wife with our 4 years baby). When i enquired with abhi bus customer care they said there was a mistake and they were unaware of it and suggested me to find alternate bus which is at almost midnight (11:40 pm) and there were no bus services at that time and since its festival time the chances of getting seats was not possible.

                                Later some discussions happened between abhibus customer care agent and the bus operator and the bus operator arranged two seats (Which were the last seats and they were completely wet and poorly maintained) and also the bus operator / driver charged me 2000 rs for these seats (1000 rs per seat which is almost double than my booked tickets fare).

                                The way the bus driver and operator treated was also very bad and careless. With no choice i had to pay the driver 2000 rs and spent a horrible journey throughout the night.

                                I would like to complaint first on abhibus negligency on booking tickets and lack of coordination with bus services and passengers. And secondly against subramanya tours and travels for the poor quality of service with dirty wet seats and careless behaviour.in this all process i lost about 2800 which i would like to get refunded as soon as possible and would like this not happen again with any passenger.

                                  Please don’t recommend Snr travels from chilakaluripet to Hyderabad they provided odd blanket and when asked to change blanket they said no blanket available and bus staff is very rude there is no one to contact for ongoing bus journey, In an Ac bus with more expense than usual no service is provided .

                                      I have booked ticket from gobichettipalayam to chennai in national travels on[protected] and my default board point is gobichettipalayam and my boarding time is 9.20 pm. I didn't received drivers contact number. I have informed ([protected] & [protected]) about my boarding point change to kavindapadi with name & seat number, bus timing as bus has to cross this town & usually travel like this only in the same bus operator (Attached the proof of last time travelled ticket).

                                      Then i have tried reaching the operator on [protected] & [protected] & they said the bus is not come yet & if it comes will update you. So wait in the new boarding point. When my bus is crossing my boarding point i tried to stop bus but it went.

                                      Then i tried reaching the numbers but not attended. So i tried from wife mobile number & they picked and said we have one person only & cannot handle all calls & customers. After the humble request they given next bus driver number[protected] & he said the bus is full, cannot board u. So asked me to contact the operator.

                                      Again i tried reaching them & they given my actual bus driver number ([protected]) & the bus is in bhavani which will take one hour from my place at the time of 10.00 pm. So i called the operator but unanswered more than 30 min.

                                      Then raised a complaint in abhi bus customer care. They have taken con call with the operator after 30 min wait & confirmed that the bus is left me without boarding point. For the refund, the operator given another number to abhi bus customer care to speak. Customer care executive given the time line of 24-48 hours for the resolution.

                                      When i calling the abhi bus customer care on[protected], they said to not refund. After my request they called the operator but again they not responded more than 10 min. Now they again given the timeline of 24-48hours. I have asked to update the status but he said we have to call them to know the update. Abhi bus will not call / email on the complaint to the customers.

                                      While the incident time, there is heavy rain in the town & tolerated for the travel to chennai but i couldn’t travelled that day.

                                      So the refund will not be given & national travels operator will not give response, respect & abhi bus also will not take response & responsibility.

                                      Need resolution for the same as all people depended on the operator & service providers.
