On 2nd April, 2022 I booked two tickets from Bangalore to Ooty and back the amount got deducted but no tickets were booked.

I need the refund

Dear Sir, I would like to inform you that the refund of my ticket has not been given yet and they assured and agreed to refund me on call because bus has not reached till the 1:30 AM while its timing was 11:45 PM. I was waiting at the highway in midninght for more than 2 hours but bus didn't reached at the pickup location. This is the second time I am facing this issue.
I have already given complain to customer care no. They promised me that the refund will get credited in my account without any followup but now they are denying to credit the amount. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

I have the call recording of the complain in which they assured me that they will refund me the ticket amount without any followup. I can share you the same if required.

I was canceled the ticket and refunded into abi bus wallet. That amount unable to transfer into my account.

I've booked NON-AC ticket through ABHI bus for myself, my wife, my two children and my mother-in-law from Bangalore to Vijayawada (journey date 8th March). Without any prior intimation, our ticket has been shifted to AC bus due to which my mother-in-law, who is a diabetic, faced lot of discomfort as she is not accustomed to travel in AC bus. The travel agent did care a bit about informing the passengers whether they are comfortable to travel in AC bus. With no other alternative we had to travel in the bus not of our choice. When informed Abhi bus, their response isn't satisfactory and customer-focused. They want us (with children and elderly) to wander on the roads until they arrange a non-ac bus of our choice.

On 23rd of February i have booked a ticket from Visakhapatnam to Gudivada & journey date is on 23rd Feb 2022 at 10:30pm.
At evening 06:30 PM of 23rd feb I got a call from morning star representative (Mobile no: +91 [protected])and said that the bus was cancelled due to less number of travellers.
He said the amount will be refunded within 24hrs.Till now I didn't received amount from Abhibus.
Please take complaint and take severe action on them and please impose penality on the bus partner on cancellation of bus at last moment due to less travellers and not refunding of amount.

I booked a ticket. Due to carfue, only this bus trip was cancelled. For refund, I called Abhibus customer care and send what and all statment they asked.
Now it’s became 1.5 months still I won’t get the refund. And worst customer care also

I have an sent email to abhi bus for cancellation of tickets as well as informed to customer Care by orally for cancellation of tickets and refund details on 07.10.2022 before 7 hours as per their rules and applied free cancellation fees. But still I didn't received my refund amount of Rs 598/-.

I booked a bus ticket From Dilsukhnagar to Tadepalligudem for the date 27/12/2021 from abhibus But bus ticket is confirmed as well as I have paid the ticket amount then there was no bus service on that day I made many times to talk with a customer centre to get support and help around 01:00 clock AM, no one attend my call to solve the issue not only this customer care center Orange bus call center also which ticket is booked with the company . Bus service number: OTT201, dated 27/12/2021, Boarding time 11:30 pm at Dilsukhnagar, Hyderabad.

I booked a ticket via abhi bus app but there was some payment failure .. unfortunately money got refunded from my account still no response from the latter

My issue is

I have traveled from Bangalore to nellore in KKAVERI TRAVELS by using abhibus app. Bus didn't called me and I have contacted abhi bus customercare. after a long conversation with abhibus they have given one contact number his name is Mallikarjuna reddy. he is using foul laungauge and not giving any respect to the customers.

and he is in alchohol influenced, all women in the bus are not able to tolarate his folthy laungauge. service is pathatic. i am sure i will never travel again in this kkaveri travels.

I have observed bus name its mentioned SHIV SAI TRAVELS so I have confused.

He is threaten me to kill. I am requesting you to please take serious action on KKAVERI TRAVELS.

I am sure this bus is not safe for women and all passengers.

Requesting you to please take legal.action so further people won't suffer like me.

Hi there,
I have booked 2 tickets from Bangalore to Vijayawada on 22nd Nov 2021.
Now since my plans changed, I wanted to cancel my ticket or reschedule 2 individual dates for the same. Both the requests were denied, and customer care told only premium members can cancel. Premium membership is 199 bucks and a full refund will be done.

I didn't understand why normal booking will not have cancellation, and my booking is 1 month in advance.

Please resolve this issue at the earliest

I booked a bus in Abhi bus and the trip was totally horrible. It was like town bus N number of stops and seat was totally congested no leg room such a horrible bus ever seen. Coming to rest stop the bus stopped in a place where I can't even able to get a proper water bottle, ac was limited and not working properly. The money I paid is totally wasted and I want Abhi bus to refund the full money back . I need a immediate resolution from abhi bus.

I am vallepu subramanyam booked ticket from chilakaluripet to Hyderabad on 10/6/2021 in Kaveri travels PY04 A2463, and they don't picked up even though I'm at right place and right time too
When I called them they replied they are traveling in another route, they informed me before

Bus arrived at the stop before the given time and i am a lady and I cannot chase the bus in the midnight if called to the bus driver and requested to wait for 5 min

But he said we don't wait for even for one min and cut the call I keep on calling him but he didn't respond

I have booked two tickets on 29.03.2021 vide booking id No. AT[protected] from Hyderabad to Visakhapatnam. While booking the ticket, the dates were erroneously taken as 29.03.2021(default date) instead of 01.04.2021. AFter receiving the message, i immediately called to the customer care, who told that we cannt cancel the ticket now and gave me another number (drivers/owerns number). They have told me that we cannt do anything.
Sir, I humbly request you, the date was erroneously taken as 29.03.2021 instead of 01.04.2021 and could not even cancel the ticket and i did not made the journey. Hence i request you to kindly refund my amount please.
